From the start we were told to reach out if there was any concerns. After the job was scheduled all communication stopped and that includes the job being rescheduled. 2 hours after the original appointment the salesperson, his manager, the scheduler, and the owners would not respond. Currently a month and a half past the 48 hours response window, still no response. When the crew did finally arrive, they were quick and clean. the crew leader did a walk around and fixed all issues we identified.

I had a great experience with Window Nation and specifically, Rodney Wilder. He came to my house for a free quote appointment and was extremely professional and kind. He spent a lot of time with myself, my soon to be wife, and our daughter. He felt like a true friend as he was very down to earth. I don’t like pushy salesmen and I was VERY happy that I didn’t have to deal with this with Rodney. I felt no pressure to go with Window Nation throughout my entire appointment (which lasted 2 hours). However, we ended up buying windows and scheduling an installation as the price could not be beat!! I highly recommend this company and Rodney to everyone! You won’t regret it!

Great service from Rod. He stuck around until we got what we wanted and could afford. No pressure, punctual, very professional. I have already recommended our salesman personally to two friends. Excited to get everything done because I know Rod will make sure we are happy and it’s done right!

First attempt installers came out after window dressings removed and furniture moved to say they would not fit and I would receive call with a few hours. It wasn’t until a few days had passed that I got the call. At that point frustration had sat in and the desire to cancel. Rescheduled this crew came from Akron area they were professional and safety conscious. I was told I would be compensated in some way for first crew not fulfilling their job. Never received call after installed. Pleased with windows but honestly couldn’t give a good referral.

The entire process went without a hitch. The timeline was slowed a little bit due to Covid but it did not really diminish the experience. The installation crew was experienced, very capable, and quite friendly. They answered any questions I had and when they finished they made sure the installation was correct. The follow up by Hamaad was quick and professional.

I would not recommend this company based on terrible customer service. First the windows were delayed two months due to COVID, there was no communication regarding timeframe unless I reached out to them. After the windows were finally manufactured the install was scheduled and confirmed. The day of the install I never heard from them, and started calling at 8 am to which I couldn’t get a straight answer about my install. After being transferred to the install manager, who referred to me as sweetheart because he thought I must have been the lady that transferred me, I find out that the crew that was scheduled didn’t finish a job the day before therefore would not be installing my windows on the day that I took off from work. After some back and forth I got a call back saying it was my lucky day, they had a cancellation and a guy would be out to install my windows. A guy, one guy who showed up at noon installed until 6 o’clock finally getting help from a warehouse guy finished around 9 pm, too dark to inspect. Next day saw holes in screens, writing on frames and the caulking was abysmal. After immediately taking pictures of all the problems and labeling locations an email was sent to the service department who set up a service call. A service guy showed up who wasn’t the one scheduled, just to do a preliminary survey of the problem!! After scheduling the actual service call they actually did come out and fix everything to my satisfaction. WindowNation replaced 8 out of my 15 windows, and I would gladly have the rest replaced by a window of inferior quality to have greater customer service.

This is a long review, so I will start out with Cliff notes if folks want the short and sweet, just stop after the next sentence. Stay away from Window Nation. Below is my story if you care to read and I will tell the good and the bad to ensure I am giving the wholistic review. First off, I have come to learn that window companies in general are incredibly aggressive. We had three companies come out and they are all the same. They do not take no for an answer and want you to buy on the spot. I will say though they were all nice folks and easy to talk to. Window Nation, their sales rep even better than the others. I could talk to that guy all day. He was in my house for 4 hours from start to finish during the sales presentation even though it was only supposed to be an hour or so. I could easily drink a beer with this guy, so I was confident I had the right company. He did everything right. Unfortunately, I let him sell me this project and I regret it. It started out a little awry as they told me they would buy down my rate on the financing to get the deal done. The next day when I spoke to the finance company, they had an interest rate much higher and said that buying down is not a thing and they should not have told me that. I called my sale rep, and they were able to fix it. Not sure who was at fault but right off the bat, that was odd first impression but Kudos to Window Nation to sticking to their word and giving me the interest rate, we agreed to verbally. Now that everything was squared away, we just had to wait so I was good. He told me 8-12 weeks and even wrote it down on my paperwork. 12 weeks come and no windows. A couple weeks later, I get a box of cookies and an apology note from the company saying they did not meet the deadline. Cool…cookies, the kids enjoyed them. I am still Okay with it because its COVID-19 and everything is slow. 16 weeks now go by from date of contract and no windows. Now, it is a running joke that the windows are never coming within our family. Finally, 20 weeks after signing the contract, the windows come to be installed. We did 19 windows-Soft lite Envision and replaced our French doors with a sliding glass door. They come to install. They tell me that 2 windows were built 6 inches off so they cannot install, and they could only install the 17 of 19 windows. Now…I am mad. I waited 20 weeks for this!!! Also, I should point out that we changed our color scheme and went from Brown windows to bright white. With that being said, two windows not installed is an eye soar and now I am back at square 1 with god knows when the 2 windows will come in. As of writing this review, I am at week 30 since contract and still do not have those two windows or any clear guidance on when they will be in. Window nation has been paid every cent they asked for from our contract. However, it is the next list of items that set me over the edge. Part of the sales pitch was this revolutionary new screen called Flex screen which apparently was on Shark Tank. I fell for it as I thought super cool, they will not rip. Well, the installers ripped 3 during install so not as tough as I had hoped. Window Nation came back 8 weeks later and gave me new screens. During the sales pitch, they talk about spraying this mold stuff and doing a 20 point install inspection post install. None of that is true, I was here. They sprayed nothing and the windows come with this black tar like stuff all over from the factory inside and out. They left me to clean it all off and a good chunk of it you can not even clean off. It’s just there to see forever. I asked them before they leave if they will clean them all and they said no, they just install. What, I asked myself??? Don’t you want the first impression of a big purchase to be great? This next part is absolutely the icing on the cake for my frustration. They came to have me sign the paperwork and before I did, I wanted to go open and close each window because I did not see them do it. Glad I did, 4 of the 17 that got installed could not open or close properly. The window guy went back out to get his tools and came in and screwed some more screws in to relieve some pressure from the sashes and got 3 of the 4 fixed. Fourth one, he tried and tried but could not get it so the window would work. He told me they would have to send out a service rep. That is odd and frustration since he is the installer. 30 days later, the service tech comes out and says he cannot fix it either. It took 30 days for someone to tell me that. That should have been the following business day, so now I am at square 1 with another window. Also, right after the fix of the 3 windows mentioned above, the next time I opened the allegedly fixed window; It went right back to bring stuck on the screw guard. The tech 30 days later fixed it again, so he says. I went to look at his work and all he did was bend the screw guard and push it in, so the window sashes do not get stuck. These windows no longer look brand new nor look like the other ones installed. In summary, 19 windows got ordered, 8 weeks late after expected install, only 17 could be installed, 3 had ripped screens, 4 were not functional, and now 2 need continuous work when you open and close. Also, another window area was two windows side by side. There is a cosmetic gap in the middle. They came back out 8 weeks after install and took it out and found that the frame was cracked and will need to order a new one. 8 weeks after initial install, they came back with the two wrong windows and also found out they were built wrong and could not install. We are now 7 months post contract and Window Nation has been paid and I still have not received the product that I wanted or paid for. Now, I will be honest and give my fair review. I got a sliding glass door in at the same time as the above-mentioned windows. I was nervous about that switching from French doors. A couple companies said was not possible as the door was an odd size. Window Nation said they do custom size doors, so I said do it and glad I did. It is awesome, no issues at all with this sliding door. So glad I did it and 60 days post install, no issues at all with the door. These guys installed 17 windows and a sliding glass door in 8 and half hours. Incredibly fast but I am seeing that fast was probably the issue. I will also note it was cold, snowy, and New Year’s Eve but if I cannot get the work installed correctly, do not send folks out on that day or condition. At this point, I do not even know what to do. I am just frustrated. They need to complete the job and give me my money back for such a horrible experience.

Window Nation gets my highest recommendation. Everything went extremely well. We were referred to Window Nation by some neighbors of ours, The professionalism of this company is evident from day one. Our estimate was very enlightening, as we did not know just how much went into the manufacturing of a quality window. We booked Window Nation for the project, and it was worth the 10-12 week wait for installation. We are beyond impressed with the quality of our new windows!!

Ordered in June on a RUSH... It is now New Yeas Day and still not finished.. They scheduled a guy to be here this morning to complete the job... I work 60 hrs a week and today is my only day off.. My wife and I got up early to be ready for them...No call and No show again... After all the calls and promises from this company I can not tell you the contempt I have for them... I would NEVER recommend anyone buy from Window Nation... Try to call customer NO service and the mail box is full.... Please do yourself a favor and stay away from Window Nation....

The installation went very smoothly. Beau, our installer, was prompt, professional, and tidy. All 5 windows were installed and ready to go all by lunchtime.

The installation was great. The installation crew was efficient and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Christian M and Mas G was great to work with. I did refer my mother and she got some windows too. Covid did slow down the delivery not to the fault of window nation.

Installation was great but everything leading up to was horrible including the promise to right a wrong which still hasn't occurred. This company lacks communication skills.

Well, the only hickup was that one window was shattered upon removal, staff cleaned it up completely, not a spec left. The windows are very nice, outside they look fabulous. No more drips into the house when it rains! YAY! I didn't pay extra for the carpenter work that needs done, but the inside can be painted pretty easily. I wont have to break a sweat. As far as price goes, I know that it costs a lot for windows and mine needed special measuring because my house was built in 1900 and a few of the windows hadn't been updated since then. But, I think the price was a little steep. (almost $5,000 for 5 windows). I am glad I made the investment, but I still think it was a little steep. I will use Window Nation for the last 6 windows in a few years or as soon as I can save up another $6,000. I do highly recommend Hamaad M. and his crew, they were very diligent and had great attention to details with excellent camaraderie. Hamaad M. even tightened a screw to a door that was loose. Above and beyond!

Everything went great love my new windows

The worst experience of my life. They didn’t install the windows correctly. It took 4 months and going through may people to get the problems fixed. I kept being told were working on the problem. They also broke one of our yard lights, and siding. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Windows are coming apart hard to open water coming in when it rains hard. Been trying for 6 months to get things fixed they do not return calls. There customer service sucks.

The process went very well from start to finish. The installers was very friendly and professional and completed everything in one day. I can already tell the difference by having them installed Great job and Thank you

It’s impossible to get in contact with anyone from this company, the only time they ever reach out is wanting a review and they expect a good one at that! Installers showed up late day 1, then said will be back following day at 9am to finish casing and caulking, showed up at 1230 in the afternoon. Was lied to by the sales man and manager about time frame, claimed COVID but best believe when they gave me my bogus 5 weeks for install it was literally in the middle of the pandemic, had no issues lying about that. Installers while here were friendly and professional however they left plastic shavings all inside the window tracks, didn’t even clean the actual windows after. Would not recommend solely off lack of communication and response times.
