Booked an appointment with them with an appointment between 6 and 8 pm. Left work early...they called at 8:30 to tell me that they were too busy and asked if I'd like to reschedule. I did reschedule but not with Mr. Electric. I asked for someone to call me to discuss but no one ever called.

Technician was on time and did the thorough and perfect job. The only thing was, the person was very rude. He got frustrated when he found HVAC duct while drilling for electric outlet and then hammering the duct mercilessly. He also broke one of the lamp while installing.

Mike and Christian where consummate professionals. They replaced our service from the pole and added a 200 amp panel while removing the patched together mess that was there before. They also added multiple recessed lights and outlets/switches in our plaster ceiling and walls with minimal cutouts to guide the wires. Treated our house as their own. Highly recommend!
