I had a terrific experience with Mr. Electric and it’s pro named George. I hired the company to visit my home to examine some track lighting which was not functioning properly. The company provided a two-hour window of time for arrival of the pro and sent a reminder 24 hours in advance. They followed this up on the day of the appointment with a courtesy call advising of George’s impending arrival within the half-hour. George arrived quite promptly and I could not have requested a more pleasant, professional, communicative, knowledgeable and patient pro. George explained to my wife and I the cause of the problem, how to address it if it occurs again and had the lighting system working properly within a very short period of time. He also made sure that my wife was satisfied with the exact positioning of the lights. I also had Mr. Electric perform some work earlier this year at my elderly mother’s house in Bexley and she had a similarly positive experience with the company. I intend to use Mr. Electric exclusively for all of my future electrical needs in addition to requesting George to perform those services.

Scott came out to my house to bond our CSST to the electrical system and install a ceiling fan. He arrived right on time for my appointment and completed both tasks in under 2 hours. He even helped fix our light switch which had been driving us crazy! Overall excellent service and experience.
