Able to diagnose my issue with no trouble and in a quick turnaround from calling for an appointment. A little expensive for a quick diagnosis, but you pay for knowledge and experience.

Mike with Mr. Electric came out the same day to solve an issue with my power on a home I just bought. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issue and I was able to get AEP out to get it fixed. I moved to Columbus two weeks ago and 100% will be calling them for any electrical needs in the future. Strongly recommend this company.

Appointment scheduled 3 days earlier for at 5pm on a weekday, no one shows up, called them at 5:45pm to find out where the tech is, response: "oh, we have been meaning to call you to reschedule. All electricians are booked for the night.". Awesome. They call back at 7:00pm saying a tech is on their way, they call back again at 7:40p saying a tech is on their way, a tech shows up at 8pm and gives a quote. Time to do project: 3 hours. Great company if you don't mind waiting 3 hours after your scheduled appointment time and work being completed at 11pm on a weekday. Quality of work was good and troubleshooting the request of scope of work was solid. But customer service and being on time... what a joke!

Fast on time it was right. For me it was expensive but I'm a very cheap person

They gave me a quote then the day of the job to be performed they raised that quote by$1700. The manager did give me a $500 discount but I feel the technician should have seen what needed done on the first quote.that was a big jump in cost for the work to be done

The service technician was friendly and professional. He provided me with his personal cell phone number should I need extra assistance.

I had a ceiling fan installed in the living room and a new light fixture installed in the kitchen. Very professional and on time. The gentleman also made sure to tidy up all of his mess before he left! I would highly recommend this company, and the service pro, Ivan, to anyone.
