Frank Nagy did an outstanding job in setting up the speakers and was very prompt and did great work. He gave us an estimate the very same day I called him and came out at 7PM on a Friday. Everyting he promised...he DELIVERED!!!

Company was orginally a little slow to respond to an e-mail inquiry. Once contact was made, Custom Digital was very responsive and very detailed in the scope of work.

He got us up running and in good order. HE told us what was wrong and gave us different options for fixing everything. We did have to wait about three weeks for him to come, but when he did arrive he did an outstanding job.

The installation was very professional.

Frank seemed very knowledgeable. He was clear from the start that he was not cheap - he was right! I believe he would have done an excellent job, just too much money right now.

We have cable and have added several TVs over the years. Each time a TV was added, the cable company split the existing line, causing the picture quality to deteriorate. Same thing when we added cable Internet and phone services. The cable company also told me that our home cable wiring was an older style of cable (from 20 years ago) that was not as good with the current broadband services. I called at least four companies listed on Angie's List to have them look at this rewiring project, and Frank was the only one to call me back promptly. He was able to come look at the job within a few days, and everything was done within a week. The new wiring has made a clear improvement in our quality of service. We even get several channels on the sports tier that we have always paid for but have not reliably received. I don't know what the guys who never called back would have charged, but $550 for a full days' work seemed fair. I would recommend Frank to others.

He had to replace the receiver box. He called the satellite TV provider to verify everything was working properly.

Mr. Nagy was great to work with. Our dish was damaged when we were painting our house trim and it got whacked when we moved the scaffolding. We were able to adjust the dish to receive either local or national channels, but not both at the same time. We called Mr. Nagy and he came out quickly. He anticipated the necessary repair and brought with him a used dish to replace our damaged one. Our signal has been even better than it was before and we were able to work with a genuine professional instead of the company that our satellite provider referred us to. The satellite provider contractor wanted to give us a 4-hour service window whereas Mr. Nagy made an actual appointment with us and was on time. Can't say enough about how pleasant he was to work with. He even emailed us a copy of our paid invoice for our records.

We live in a community with homeowners regulations, and free of charge he completed a thorough, detailed description of exactly what would be done. It took more time than we thought for the HOA to get back to us and Frank was extremely patient and made himself available whenever we could move forward with the work. Two days after we received the ok, Frank worked us into his schedule and completed the work (including some work on a Saturday just so he could get it done for us without any delay). He is honest, hard-working, prompt, helpful (does not make you feel like an idiot for asking questions) and his work is of the highest quality. He truly works for the best of the customer.

Dish moved as requested. Technician was very nice and explained the entire job before completing the work.

We could not have expected a more professional, courteous, helpful person to work with. From the very beginning Frank sat with us and helped us understand how things could be done, what choices we had, how each choice would affect what we were wanting to do. He never made a step without our OK. He made it very clear that he wanted us to be comfortable with our choices; including with the price of each choice. From day one, he came exactly when he said, took off his shoes, was extremely careful to take care of our house. He always cleaned, and I mean cleaned up when he was finished. When he left you could not tell that he had been there all day working. I am retired, so I know that he worked hard every minute he was there. He completed the job more quickly than we anticipated. He then presented us with a very professional notebook which included instructions, manuals, and warranties. He did all the work himself. He concluded by having an expert come in to re-program our TV.

The owner, Frank Nagy, came to my home on the scheduled day and time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the appropriate repairs. I highly recommend Custom Digital.

Frank always was on time for all appointments. He came out to view what needed to be done and interviewed me on my expectations. He then sent a detailed estimate which was very close to the final price. All the work was finished as he had indicated and he gave us detailed instructions on how to work the systems and things we might do to improve it. He also reviewed everything in person and indicated his willingness to come out again if needed.

Frank quoted this system in extreme detail. They installed everything in three days. Wore booties. You never had to worry about them. Everything was done better than perfect. They were real professional about everything. The invoice was detailed and matched the quote. If someone wanted a really great home theater system I would recommend this company. Even the owner was helping with installation. I am more than pleased.
