Excellent! Frank knows his stuff and didn't take long to diagnose the problem and come up with a viable solution.

Went very well. We had a new whole home audio system installed with speakers throughout the house in 10 different zones. We had cameras and a security system installed, and the cameras are able to be viewed on any TV in the house! We had an outdoor tv and audio system installed for the patio and dock. A video doorbell and “smart” thermostat were also installed. All of it is controlled by “smart home” touch panels throughout the house. We couldn’t be happier w the system. Use it every day!

As always Frank does a wonderful job. He does a great job and even saved my wall from drilling extra holes for hanging the t.v. yes, I would recommend Custom Digital.

Frank was great. He got everything all set up, He had to do a little niggling to get things to work without having to reprogram my Harmony system. He was polite, on time and very knowledgeable. Don't call the Geek Squad - they'll just hang up on you. Call Frank!

Frank really knows his stuff. He managed to get everything out of site, got some issues corrected w/my products and made my TV straighter than it's ever been. Had this set up for 8.5 yrs. :) I did hire him before, hired him again and will without question use him for any of this type of work in the future.

Very well! It was a tricky installation, with drywall directly over masonry over a fireplace, but Frank developed a solution that looks very clean and professional. He took the time to carefully review my installation needs to develop a detailed estimate. We had some quick email exchanges regarding questions I had about the estimate and then scheduled the job. Frank arrived early on the installation day and started right away. Due to his detailed estimate there were no surprises other than a couple equipment issues that he quickly worked through. He thoroughly cleaned the whole work area too. I would definitely use Custom Digital again!

Frank is always punctual, professional, and highly effective. He listens to our needs and finds practical solutions to satisfy them. He has also fixed several problems that our previous provider left unresolved. You can't go wrong with Custom Digital.

He was very good and helpful. Small company, however. Scheduling can be difficult, but it's also good to know that he is in demand as well.

Upon further inspection I chose to conceal my wires along one of my walls and not in the walls. I will at some point need this service. Frank was very quick to respond to me through the business center and I am very thankful for his prompt response. I will most likely be giving him a phone call or message in the very near future to complete this project. Thank You Frank!

He did all I expected and more. He made a puzzling arrangement of components workable and comprehensible, patiently explaining things and answering questions I posed. He arrived even before the scheduled appointment time and stayed almost two hours.

He came the first business day after I purchased the deal (the grandkids thank you!!!) was right on time and work very fast. It doesn't look quite so scary behind that bose system thanks to his organization and explanations. If I run into problems in the future - or - decide to add to my system, I would definitely use him.

They are great. Scheduling is not too easy because the man we call is now located in Ohio and he calls someone who’s local to come out. The technicians are professional.

While we felt the price was high, the work was fine. Scheduling was great. He has done several projects for us over the past few years.

They decided they didn’t want to do the job. They were inflexible with scheduling. They had a really narrow scheduling windows and didn’t seem willing to do the work. I have since had the Deal refunded.

It went great. He coordinated times that fit into his schedule for the installation. He made sure we understood how the system worked and gave us options. He was really good at staying in touch and was there if we had a problem or had additional questions. I would highly recommend his company.
