Excellent service. Guys arrived promptly and were careful and courteous. The job was tricky and laborious but was completed very well. Very good clean up.

It took quite a while to get scheduled, so I went and hired someone else. They were at least very polite and professional, and I would have used them if I had the time.

I had purchaed an Angie's List big deal for this, but the company came and gave an estimate with a lot of extra costs.

BETTER JOB THAN ANY WINDOW CLEANER I'VE EVER HAD AND LESS COST. NO SCRATCHES, OR STREAKS, LIKE THE LAST WINDOW CLEANER AND HE EVEN DID SCREENS. WHAT A PHENOMENAL JOB!!! WORTH THE WAIT. AND BETTER YET, WHAT A GREAT GUY. WONDERFUL PERSONALITY. HE LET ME FOLLOW HIM AROUND WITH THE VACUUM TO CLEAN OUT THE TRACKS, EVEN THOUGH I DISRUPTED HIS ROUTINE. ..NO LARGE EGO TO DEAL WITH...LIKE SOME OTHER PROVIDERS. ALL IN ALL I'M VERY HAPPY. (UNUSUAL BECAUSE I CAN BE VERY PICKY)

Jay and his crew arrived early each day, worked all day, cleaned up at the end of each day. Overall, this is a fabulous company that does flawless work. These guys are perfectionists. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again - and plan to do so in the very near future. If you're considering hiring painters, look no further. Fair price, excellent work, professional conduct. Very, very pleased.

Having Jason work at our house was a wonderful experience. Not only did he perform his job professionally and with great care and pride in his work, but he is also a terrific person whom we enjoyed having around. He's the kind of man you can look up to and would like to be friends with. My windows look fantastic. We had problems with bees so he's coming back in a few days (after the bees have been properly disposed of) to finish. We will definitely hire Jason again.

These guys are really meticulous, careful and eager to do a great job. The boss guy, Jay, is a really friendly guy and he was on hand throughout (with a colleague) to take care of everything. They took out all the screens first and then cleaned them all, along with all the windows, inside and out (they had already wiped down the frames fully), before putting everything back in place. The house really sparkles now (which is great, as we're trying to sell it - this definitely helps the curb appeal). As if that wasn't enough, they also took care of one blocked gutter (the downspout was seriously blocked) and charged only $10 for that. In other words, hire these guys now if you want the real deal.

The company could not get to me in less than two weeks and I needed it done before 8/2/14.

Wow! The short story is that if you want your windows clean, it is in your best interest to hire Jay and Universal Painting and Window Cleaning. He spent the entire day cleaning my windows, inside and out, including removing, washing, and brushing all window screens. He swept and washed down all windowsills, made every window spotless, including the ones atop of the 24 foot foyer. The windows are so clean that it looks like I don?t have any windows. Jay is extremely polite, personable, professional, and possesses outstanding attention to detail. Not only we will use him again next Spring, he is also a general contractor with many talents that we hope to exploit soon. Thanks again Jay for a job well done, the windows look awesome!

Jay was a hard worker. I never even saw him take a break. I bought his coupon for $129. He let me know right from the start that if there were additional windows it may cost more. He assessed the house and told me it would be an extra $60 to clean all the windows. He worked ALL day and took out each window/screen/and storm window. He had his nephew working with him that day. He was also a hard-working young man. At the end of the job, I expected it to cost more than the $60 but it did not. He was very fair and our windows look great. We really appreciate it! :)

Jay did a phenomenal job on my house and I was so pleased! He is so personable, thorough, and just a pleasure with whom to do business. He definitely has my recommendation, I've never had my windows cleaned so well in the 14 years I've been at my home!

I wish I could give Universal Painting and Cleaning and Jay Snetsinger, the owner, an A++ for the amazing job he did on the windows, screens, frames and sills in my Condo! The results truly exceeded my somewhat lofty expectations. Jay was extremely thorough and neat. My windows sparkle and the screens are so clean, I wasn't sure he had put them back in place until I got close up. Jay, the owner, is very personable and friendly; he never seemed in a hurry to "get to the next job". I highly recommend both the company and its owner.

Work was done neatly and efficiently. It took a little longer to get the date scheduled (as in further out than I'd have preferred) but once we got on the schedule all went exactly as expected.

This was an outstanding service that exceeded all of our expectations for any service we acquire. They were prompt and thourough in all that they did - our windows were so clean that the next morning two birds flew into our picture windows - now that's clean!!!

Jay and his team were great about communicating throughout the the project. They were extremely thorough about getting the walls ready to paint in our home that was built in the 60s, and needed some TLC to give a good surface for the paint to adhere to. Showed up when they said they would, kept us up to date on where things stood, and gave us ample opportunities to review the work and provide feedback.

I purchased the coupon/special for cleaning exterior, interior, and screens for up to 20 windows for $129. I was having a party at my home so I asked Jay if he could perform the work within a two week time frame from when I purchased the coupon and was able to accommodate my request. I also asked Jay to quote power washing of the siding on my house and concrete patio, and then if he could also complete that additional work at the time of my appt for window cleaning, which he did. I asked Jay to power wash only 2 sides of my home to remove all green mildew and dirt that had built up on the siding for several years. He charged $150 for it and did a FANTASTIC job. He also power washed my concrete patio and walk for an additional $25. It was well worth it he did a excellent job on all the work performed.

My husband and I are beyond thrilled with the work performed by Universal Painting. We hired them to paint all the trim in our new home. The trim is very detailed and therefore very tedious to paint. Jay and his crew did an exceptional job! Everything looks amazing and their attention to detail was superb. I have raved about them to all my friends and family. If we ever need a painter in the future, Jay, Carmen and the rest of the crew will be the only painters we call.
