He did a great job and the wider gutter solved our overflow problem.

All the work was done to my requirements. The workman were very efficient and very polite. I have used this service before and am Happy with this company. Excellent service.

There service was excellent as far as time and workmanship.

It was fine and they came on time. The person did not notice that there was not a damage lower. I wish he had seen it so I could have a comprehensive quote.

They could have been more thorough.

It went fine. It took about a day for two workmen to remove the old soffit and to cut and fit the new panels. They were skillful did an excellent job. The final result was even better than I had anticipated. They left the site absolutely clean at the end of the day.

He was supposed to be here last week, but the weather got bad, and we put it off. The price was a steal for us. We have never had a leak again, and the gutters that he put up matched with the log home. The roof is green, and the gutters are green, and it all matches. They did the work in half an hour. Mike himself has been in this business a long time, and handles himself as best as he could. He is very professional, and everything he did seemed to be top notch. He didn't try to make us buy something we didn't need. He did his work, and got out as fast as he could.

The crew that Mike has is very professional and do excellent work, they even worked in between the rain and in the rain. Each day when they where done they cleaned up after themselves. Any questions that we had they answered and anything that we wanted done a certain way, if it was possible ,they obliged. Anytime we needed to speak with Mike he was just a phone call away. Mike is very pleasant to work with and has very good suggestions. We are very pleased with the job that was preformed.

A bit of a lag to between the time I signed the contract and the time they began the week - a couple of weeks. But the work they did was stellar.

1. Perfect. 2. Mike went on the roof, looked around. Found a nail sticking out, took it out, cauked the area, and, NO MORE LEAK. Didn't charge us a penny.

The craftsmen who did the work were industrious, polite and skilled. The total organization of the works was frustrating. I would hear nothing for weeks after one part of the job was done. Then I would get a call telling me they would come and work again the next day. If I wasn't retired and could stay home to let them in last minute they never would have finished. I found this lack of accommodation for the customer very frustrating but the quality and the workmen and staff were excellent. They just need better organization. They also made it hard for me to pay and I still have no final invoice.

Jim really displayed ingenuity when he replaced the doorway threshold. His experience came to the forefront in fixing the messy vinyl siding repair. He knew what he was doing.

Everyone from Tina in the office, to the estimator, to the installers were very easy to deal with and very professional. They returned phone calls when promised and kept us up to date on the project. Our completion date was moved up when other jobs were completed early. We would definitely use them again. It is also impressive that while they are located in Willoughby, they were willing to come out to Garfield Heights. They also gave an Angie's List discount.

The representative from Mike's home improvement arrived on time and provided an estimate for the roof on a house that we were under contract. The estimate was very reasonable for the work that was going to be provided. He also gave us additional information on siding and windows (not included in the estimate price). We ultimately, the purchase of that house fell through, but we plan on calling Mike's Home Improvement again once we close on our new house.

The sales man came out and got right to work measuring the roof and inspecting the boards. He got up on the roof and looked at what needed to be done, as well as what did not need to be done. He was very precise as to our options and needs. We did have some scheduling conflicts when it came time to do the actual job, some because of weather. We were able to easily work out a new schedule and they promptly completed the job. They left the area very clean when done and the roof looks great.

Sales person arrived at my home gave me an estimate that was $700.00 dollars less then the 3 companys i had recieved estimates from and they also offered a 5% coupon for being a member of Angies List. They also offered the longest warranty on there labor 10 years as oppose to the 1 & 2 years other companys were offering. The work was completed today the garage looks like new. The workers were nice, polite, and professional. The only small complait I had was that they arrived at 9:30AM instead of the 9:00AM time I was told.

We had several things done from Mike's Home Improvement for the past 4 years. We had some water getting in and had to replace some dry wall. They also replaced some board along the roof line because a lot of water was getting in. They're great and do everything. They say what they are going to do and met our expectations. They are competitively priced and the quality is good. Their responsiveness is good because every time we call them we know the office manager lists down and we get the call back real quick. They give us the estimate for what we are doing. We had our roof, windows and gutters done and a wall repair. We had some electrical done and they did a good job. We are going to use them again in the future and we don't bother to look for anyone else anymore.

He came out and said he wouldn't do it and didn't say say why. He drilled two hole so my locks will latch and charged $25 just for that, and he didn't give me my 5% discount. This was in mid-February. He left a brochure about storm doors and I called him and he never returned my calls. I left a voicemail telling him specifically which door I wanted. I finally got him on the phone and he said he never called me back because he thought I was looking around for a better price - even though I'd been clear about what I wanted. He said the total would be $505, and didn't give me the 5% discount again. He sent me a paper saying he wanted over $200 down for the door, but his office said it would be only 20% of the price. I wanted to draw up a contract, but then I decided that I didn't want to work with him. I don't know if he thought I wouldn't pay or if he had a bigger job. He wasted my time and I felt insulted.

They were professional and did the job. They cleaned up when they were done and there was no problem.

I first found Mike's through Angie's list last October. I had purchased a new home in Willoughby and the inspector found a leak around the rear windows due to improper mounting. It was a fairly new construction but the builders were out of business. The inspector intimated the problem and his estimate of price. Mike's came over, properly identified the problem and gave an estimate that was in line with what I had been told to expect. They were prompt, professional and clean. I then hired them to do remodeling at my veterinary office in Wickliffe. The pocket doors to my exam rooms were no longer functional or aesthetic. Also, I wanted to move a doorway to my surgery suite and have a new door mounted. These were fairly big jobs due to the need to move electrical outlets and the need to partially remove walls to get to all the pocket door hardware. They performed all of the work quickly and neatly. I was very satisfied with the result. The price was not the cheapest but I have done enough to know that cheapest isn't always the best. I feel I received very good value for what I spent. I would use them again and, in fact, will soon as I have an unfinished basement and other work around my home.
