Don't call these people if you have a small job! They clearly are not interested and string you along for months!!! We called them in early June. The carpenter came out to look at the job and said it would be months before he could get to it. OK, we thought. We will wait. Despite repeated calls to the office staff who said they would talk with the carpenter and get back to us, no one ever did. Never heard back at any time. Never received a quote. The honest thing to do would have been to say right up front - find someone else, we are not interested. Now we are sitting here going into the winter in the same position as we were in June. Disappointing considering the previous good reviews. We will find someone in the Spring who is interested and responsive.

This company is structured in an awesome way. Mike is a really smart guy.

Contract was signed in Feb but by April it was apparent that our materials would not be available. New materials were selected in May and work started mid-June and was completed within 1 week. Mike F and crew were very professional, skilled and friendly. They were open to suggestions and were very diligent to get the job done. Cleanup was very good with all demo and extra materials removed. Deck looks great and should last a very long time.

Mike B., Mike F., and Tina F. were absolutely nothing short of outstanding with the construction of our deck. Their level of communication, professionalism, and respect made the project so enjoyable. Mike F. had such great ideas on design and materials including the deck itself as well as underneath. He was also quite responsive as I had several series of questions leading up to the start of the deck build. Without question, I will reach out to them again for my next home improvement project.

The crew did an amazing job. They did the original residing of the house about a year ago and when another contractor accidentally damaged some of the siding, they returned to make repairs. We were very happy with the original work a year ago and again very impressed by the quality and attention to detail this time. Very professional and thorough.

I didn't like that they took so long. I had to wait for them and also I was behind because I was waiting for them for a couple of months. But when they came, they finished the work in a timely manner But what I want them to do is to keep up with their customers.

Someone came out on 8/2/2019 to provide an estimate. He spent a lot of time examining my roof. He described the problems he saw and gave me a very reasonable estimate ($200). After I got a much higher estimate from another company, I decided to go with Mike's. Someone came out on 8/16/2019 and spent about 1.5 hrs. doing the repairs. The final cost for the work was $220. This seems to have fixed the problem. There have been several heavy rains since, and I have not noticed any leakage.

MHI replaced a deck, stairs and walkway, added fascia and soffits, replaced the man door on the barn, and added gutters and leaf relief. Greg came out promptly to review the jobs and give an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The crews he sent to work on the different jobs did excellent work. We are extremely happy and hope to use them for other projects. We highly recommend them.

It took almost 3 weeks, we received the the quote that was not complete. We were told that we would be quoted for wood and composite. The quote was only for composite. We have decided to go with another company.

They were very professional and this is a very positive experience. If I had questions about the design and they addressed them patiently and gave choices. They were informative. They kept me posted with the progress of the work. They showed up on time. The workmanship was excellent. The after service is also excellent.

Everything was as projected and the quality was inpeckable

It went very well. Mark came out and took a look it and gave me an estimate. Went up inside the roof as well and took pictures of the issue. We schedule a date next week for him to come out and fix the issue. In the end a shingle needed to be replaced and apply clear caulk around some side vents. Overall it went very well and it was resolved in a timely manner. I will recommend them to others.
