The project was completed on time and done well!

Mike came to my house two times to choose colors, materials and give estimates. He was very patient with all my questions. The invoice was the exact amount as the estimate. The 2 man crew were professional and their craftsmanship was perfect. When the project was complete, Mike wanted to review the work with me. But I had already looked it over and had no issues. So I told him it wasn't necessary. The crew cleaned up their work as best they could every night before they left. They were detail oriented and neat. I was nervous about a project of this size, especially on the outside of the house. But it really went smoothly. Only complaint was that their truck kept leaking some sort of fluid on my driveway. Besides that, everyone went well. Would recommend and use again.

We are extremely pleased with the level of service and quality of the end product that we received from Mike Bando and his installation team. I am in the commercial construction business and have very high expectations. After receiving 3 bids for siding and gutters, we chose Mike's Home Improvement for several reasons. Mike Bando was very knowledgeable about the different siding products and trim material, detailing the differences between manufacturers and grades of product within the offerings. Additionally, Mike was able to answer all questions we threw at him, including explaining why you may see the wavy or ripple affect on some homes after being sided, which was a major concern of ours. After meeting with all bidders, Mike was clearly our top choice based on his knowledge and professionalism, even though he was at $1000 total higher than the low bid. Punchlist items were completed as the job progressed, and the final punchlist completed in a timely manner.

He gave me the best price. He only asked for 10% down. Lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. I was recommended to Mike's through a friend. Great personality and a pleasure to work with. No pressure. He is the very best in my opinion. Beautiful quality windows. I would recommend him to anyone. If you are a senior he will give you a discount.

HE PROMISED COMPLETION DATES, BUT IN THE END, HE WALKED OUT WITH NOTHING BEING COMPLETED AND MANY THINGS BEING DONE POORLY. HE AGREED TO FINISH OUR BASEMENT, BUT HE WANTED MORE AND MORE MONEY FOR UNFINISHED PHASES. FINALLY, HE QUIT BECAUSE WE WOULDNT PAY ANY MORE UNTIL THE PHASES WERE COMPLETED. WE DO NOT WANT HIM BACK IN OUR HOME AND WANT OTHERS TO BE AWARE THAT WAS ARE NOT THE ONLY PEOPLE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD THAT HE HAS DONE THIS TO.
