I called on a Friday to schedule an estimate. They took my information, including a very detailed description of the work to be done and location of each tree. They said someone would be out on Saturday or Sunday and would leave the estimate in the mailbox. My husband was home when they came and he discussed our needs with the salesperson. My husband felt comfortable with the company and their price so I called back to schedule the service. This is where it went down hill. I had trouble getting them to call me back. We set up one time and they were going to check for a sooner time and call me back. I ended having to call them back. After several calls, the time was set-up. On the day of service, I waited for over two hours before calling to inquire where they were. We got bumped for emergency service but no one bothered to call me. They showed up mid-afternoon and cut the trees, but they didn't come back until 9 pm to grind the stumps. Work was good, communication was bad.

Lowest estimate of three I received. Nice guys who did the work. Did a few extra things once here.

Communications with this company was excellent. They responded with a call to schedule a date for a price quotation 4 days after my first call and came the next day. When I called to schedule the work, it was scheduled 5 days later, even though I had been told that they had been very busy lately. Their work was done in a professional manner, including cleanup. I am very impressed with the quality of this company.

I called about stump removal that needed to be done right away. They were unsure how soon they would be able to do the work but said they would make some calls. About 15 minutes later they actually called back to say they would be unable to do the work in my time frame. They were very helpful and friendly and seemed to go the extra mile. How nice in this day and age of poor customer service!

He came out to give me an estimate when I was not home. Left the estimate in my mailbox. I called to see if he could stop by some time so I could meet him in person and talk about the job. I could not get him to call me. When I called them, I spoke to a woman who answered the phone. I explained that I'd like to meet him in person before he did the job to find out how he does the work and to schedule the job for a time when I could give my neighbors some notice. The tree is located right near their driveway and they park cars under it. He would not call me back. He only left messages with the woman in the office. She did a poor job of communicating my information to him. She told him that I did not want branches dropping into my yard. I never told her that, so I'm not sure where that came from. Based on that mis-information, he told her to tell me that I needed to find someone else to do the work. I have waited a month since his estimate only to learn I have to start all over again.

Overall experience was poor. After viewing the trees and providing an estimate, the work was not performed as scheduled. The reason was that the trees were too tall and a bucket truck was needed (something that could have easily been determined during the site visit). After waiting over a week for the appointment,the work wasn't done and I wasn't notified of the reason until I called the next day to ask why the work was not done. Because of delay caused by this experience, the trees are now in bloom without having been trimmed.

Estimator gave me price on the spot. Scheduling took some time because they were busy. Climber was friendly, polite, and worked safely with ground crew. Someone else came back to grind stumps a few days later.

On time. Professional. Worked safely and quickly. Did everything we agreed to at the price agreed to. Also discussed other problem trees and they provided recommendations. One recommendation included cabling a large tree -- not just cutting it down!

MATT IS A YOUNG EXPERIENCED BUSINESSMAN, WHO IS PROMPT HONEST AND ALWAYS CONCERNED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. SAFETY IS OF COURSE PARAMOUNT IN HIS PROFESSION. IN ADDITION BETTY THE PHONE SECRETARY IS A KIND, CONCERNED BUSINESS WOMAN.

They came when they said they would and did a nice job of trimming the tree.

I AM THRILLED WITH IMPERIAL TREE SERVICE! A PROMPT RESPONSE TO MY CALL PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE WITHIN TWO DAYS. MATT (THE OWNER) CAME BACK A SECOND TIME AT MY REQUEST TO ADD MORE WORK TO THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE AND DISCUSS THE JOB IN PERSON. OF THE THREE ESTIMATES I SOUGHT, MATT'S ESTIMATE WAS THE MOST SPECIFIC AND THE BEST-PRICED AT $1875 (COMPARE TO A COMPETITOR S ESTIMATE AT $2600). THE OFFICE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL IN SCHEDULING THE WORK TO BE DONE ON A DAY WHEN I COULD BE HOME TO GIVE INPUT. THE CREW ARRIVED ON TIME. THE CREWS EXPERTISE WAS CLEARLY EVIDENT AND THIS LARGE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN ONE DAY. THE CREW WORKED HARD TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK, AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THEIR JOB. THE AREA WAS CLEANED COMPLETELY. FROM BEGINNING TO END, IT WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH MATT AND THE IMPERIAL STAFF. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL IMPERIAL AGAIN. IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL AND EXPERT SERVICE AT A GREAT PRICE, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IMPERIAL TREE SERVICE.

MEN WERE GOOD, CLEANED UP VERY WELL.

VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. EVERYONE ON THE CREW AND IN THE OFFICE WAS PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT TO DEAL WITH. THEY EVEN CREDITED ME FOR A COUPON I HADN'T ASKED ABOUT! I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THESE GUYS ARE FANTASTIC! VERY PERSONABLE, FRIENDLY AND COOPERATIVE. THEY DID EVERYTHING ASKED AND EVEN MORE. THEY THOROUGHLY CLEANED UP THE WHOLE YARD, ROOF AND EVEN THE NEIGHBORS YARD! I NEVER MET A MORE INDUSTRIOUS WELL ORGANIZED SERVICE TEAM BEFORE! WOULD RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ANYONE.

CONTACT AT THE OFFICE WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE. THE PEOPLE WHO DID THE WORK WERE EXCEPTIONALLY EFFICIENT, AND DID THE WORK AS CONTRACTED. WE CONTACTED OTHER COMPANIES ON THE LIST AND THIS COMPANY WAS MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE THAN ANY OTHER COMPANY WE CALLED, UP TO HALF AS MUCH. THEY EVEN DID SOME OTHER WORK WE REQUESTED AT AN EQUALLY FAIR PRICE. THE PRICE WAS SO LOW WE WONDERED IF THEY HAD MADE A MISTAKE.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF PROTECTING OTHER PLANTINGS AND LEFT THE AREA REASONABLY CLEAN. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
