The job was done fast and notified there were several carpenter ant hives that was destroying the tree they ground the stump down the next day

Every thing they did was excellent. They were very professional and so on. Their cost is a little bit higher, but they did bring in a crane. It was a giant tree. They did an excellent job, and I have no complaints. I was very pleased. I was very pleased with both companies that I used. I didn't go to another company because I was displeased, I just went to another company because I couldn't remember their name. Every thing was done so well. It was done very quickly, as a matter of fact, and very professionally. Professionalism was excellent.

The location of the trees made it impossible to use a crane. There was also not enough space to simply fell the trees. PJ, the leader, climbed each tree and cut them down from the top. I was incredibly impressed with his ability and skill to do this safely and without any damage to surrounding plants and fencing. I've used two other companies in the past to remove trees. Imperial's price was competitive, scheduling was timely, and as indicated above, the quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend them.

Excellent job and professional. Amazing how carefully they lifted up and over part of the house to remove branches and trunk. THey chipped small stuff and took away large pieces. Used blowers to clean up the driveway.

The bushes were very old, so the roots were very deep. They came out and dug them up. They are very reasonably priced. I've used this company before and I will use them over and over again.

When they cut it down, they used a crane to lift the tree up. It was so exciting to watch them do that. They were professional and respectful. I told them not to step on my flowers and they were contentious of that. They even cleaned up the yard before they left and I thought the yard looked better.

They were hard workers and they hauled away the debris.

Never showed up. Never returned calls.

They did a very good job! Sometimes you have to keep calling them and reminding them to come out.

Our first contact with Imperial Tree happened on 10/25/13 after a wind storm damaged a White Birch Tree in our front lawn. This was at a time when all tree companies in the area were busy with similar calls. Had landscaper remove the largest limbs and called Imperial again on 11/4/13. They sent the owner out who left an estimate on 11/6/13. The estimate included 10% winter discount for work done in Dec, Jan or Feb. The company scheduled appointments on 12/3, and 12/11.13 both of them ended with a no show. Finally on 12/13/13 they came out did a fine job of trimming the tree and removing broken and hanging limbs from throughout the tree. The crew was very professional and cleaned up all of the debris. The price was $296.00.

I asked him to give me an estimate and he was half the price of someone else I got a quote from previously in the year. They did a marvelous job! I intend to use them again in the future!

They came in under budget, came when they said they would, and were very professional. They cleaned up afterwards and were very courteous. Their price was hundreds less than others than I got estimates from.

Mike and his crew were wonderful!! Mike made me feel comfortable right away,and inspired trust right away. I am very protective over anything I have done for my Mom, and I knew she was in excellent hands. One tree in particular was a real challenge, and Mike and the crew took time to think it out and execute it perfectly! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs tree service!

This was the third quote I received for the removal of a large tree. First, let me define "large". I had read several other reviews where people reference "large" trees. They must not have been as big as they were tall, because all of my quotes were MUCH bigger. When I say large I mean 40+ feet tall and about 5-6 feet diameter; a very old silver maple that was dying due to old age. This quote was $2875 It included tree removal/hauling away/stump grinding. Not the cheapest quote I received, but not the worst either. I contacted him after the quote and asked if we could keep some of the wood because we have a wood burning fire place. He told me it would raise the price as he makes money off of selling the wood. I was baffled as to how I could be charged both for keeping the wood myself or for having him haul it away.

Cut down trees, remove logs, grind stumps and was supposed to come back to smooth out but have not today or called.

Took about 4 hours. Most of the work occurred rapidly and efficiently.

Excellent work in removing one extremely large tree from my front yard.

We also experience having trees that needed any kind of maintenance so we were just kind of checking to make sure that trees that we have in the property were in good and healthy condition. It was fine experience. I don’t know if we necessarily will go to them again. We will do little more research next time. Just thing back – I think after they were finished we noticed that there were some part of the trees that probably should had been cut and had it done and things like that I think they could had been more thorough but we also could had been more informed in knowing about what we want it to have done.

Called, spoke with pleasant receptionist who told me I would recieve a call back. I did the next day, scheduled on a weekend (sunday) to accomodate my schedule and very busy time for tree removal. Arrived on time, professionial crew,explained how and in under 30 minutes the 45 foot pine was gone.

They did a really nice job. They were quick and efficient and their price was right.

I had received a referral from a friend as well a coupon within a mailing at my home. With the scope of the project, I felt that they did the work quickly. My landscaper found a root that was missed this year and even a year later they came back to remove the root without any additional charge.

A fifty foot long major portion of a tall maple tree came down in our front yard against the entire front of the house, blocking the front door and across our driveway. When we got up Friday morning and found this "surprise" we called Imperial Tree Service.They sent Matt and his crew to our house within an hour to remove it. The crew was polite, good natured, and well-organized. Each member of the team seemed to know exactly what to do and when to do it. They were able to remove the limb in such a way that our other landscaping was saved. After removing the limb they raked the leaves out of the entire area. When they left one wouldn't know that anything had happened.We had used their services twice before and will definitely use them again if the needed arises. Kudos to Matt and his crew are to be congratulated for a job extremely well done.

The crews worked continually, were very courteous and seemed to want to provide a quality job. They cleaned up better than I could have hoped. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.
