They were very good. I couldn't imagine how anyone was ever going to take down this tree. We were scared every time it would storm. They had a truck and parked on the street. They went up 100 feet to get it down. It was worth every penny. They were very professional. They cleaned up and there was no damage to any of our houses. I had called several companies about 5-6 years ago, but they did not want to do the job.

I had submitted the paperwork necessary and then received another call from them that they would not be able to do the trimming. They said they were too backed up and, in their opinion, the tree needed to come down. I believe that is my decision to make and if they didn't feel comfortable doing the work, they should have stated that in the beginning. I feel this is very bad business.

Day of service delayed by weather which was understandable. When they showed to complete the job there was no cherry picker; they said it would not fit through gate which was not true (it is a double gate). Branches were dropped and caused damage to grass and created large holes. Vendor would not allow my mother to view their work because of safety issues. They left a 10 foot by 8 foot pile of drilled out roots in the grass that was a foot high. Said they would not remove it. They badly trimmed the neighboring tree so that it is lopsided. We tried to work with the pile of refuse but it was too much for my mother and I. We called the vendor several times and finally a worker stopped by who partially filled one of the holes with 40 pounds of top soil but would not remove the refuse pile. He said we should have requested that the stump be cut to the grass level which is what my mother requested and not to have the roots drilled out and left. We have had our regular lawn service remove the refuse pile and dump truckloads of top soil to repair the damage that they caused. The lawn is peppered with wood chips and seedlings from where they dropped the branches and debris. In addition to the damage caused and extra expense incurred for this service it was tremendously upsetting to my mother who believes the best of people and gives them that extra chance to do a good job or at least make good on what they promised.

They came on the date and time promised and did a very professional job. When they were finished they cleaned up and you would never know they were there. My neighbor was so impressed with the crew she had them take out a tree on her property when they finished my job.

They came out and cut down the tree quickly. Their price was the cheapest, which was why I went with them. Up until they got the money, everything was great. However, they cracked the apron of my driveway and left a hole in my yard where a huge piece of the tree fell. I called the crew chief to let him know of this problem. He told me they saw it when they left, but didn't say anything about it to me. The crew chief came back because there was something that needed to be finished & he was very rude and nasty. I have contacted them and talked with the secretary (I've never been able to reach the owner, even though I have asked). She told me that because of the weather, they've been very backed up, but would get somebody out there. When I asked for a time frame, she wasn't able to give me one. The work has been done over a month ago. I was surprised at the outcome because I spoke to the owner before the work had begun, and he was very nice and professional. But now this has become a horrible experience because this situation been dragging on with no resolution in sight.

We have used them before on larger trees in our yard. I could tell that my tree was going to fall over, so I called them. There was a pretty bad storm, so they weren't in yet in the morning. They came out the next day. They took care of the job with no problems. I wanted them out on the same day, but it didn't happen.

I first contacted Imperial Tree company on January 18th to get an estimate for the tree work. The estimator showed up at the property that very afternoon, and then the work was promptly scheduled for later in the week. In fact, the company was more than prompt - they were able to schedule the tree removal a day early due to the fact that a heavy snowfall was expected on the originally scheduled date. As it was, snow was already falling when the removal took place, and working conditions were slippery and icy. The crew did a great job - this was a big tree and located very close to the house, but all of the large canopy was removed without any problems. This wasn't an easy removal - numerous massive branches had to be lifted up and over the trees lining the street, using a crane. They were then placed in the street, had their smaller branches cut off, and then were lifted again onto a large flatbed truck. Next, the large trunk piece was cut off and lifted up over the tree-lined street and placed onto the truck. This whole process took about 4 hours. During the removal, the crew cleaned the street area of debris multiple times, and when the work was done, everything was completely cleaned up. If it wasn't for the stump, you'd never know anybody had been there. In addition, the crew was very courteous and friendly, and it was obvious that they were experienced in tree removal. We definitely got more than our money's worth from this company and highly recommend them.

The price quotation was done carefully in that I was asked to discuss exactly what I wanted for each tree. The work was delayed because the company had a backlog of work due to recent wind storms. When the men came to trim the trees, I went with the man in charge to each tree where he asked me in detail what I wanted, and then asked me in each case if I was satisfied with what he had done so far or if more trimming was desired. I got just what I wanted and I am very happy with this company.

It went very well. While the crew was delayed at a prior appointment, the company kept me informed of their progress, When they arrived it was almost dark, but they proceeded to do the work and it was nicely done. They also cleaned up well.

On the tree removal and trimming, did a nice job overall, came when they said they would, fairly good job with clean up. On stump removal, did not come when promised, I had to call. They could have done a better job with clean up after stump removal as there was quite a bit of soil covering the lawn area adjacent to one of the stumps.

The price was very fair - another company wanted $2000 to remove just one of the trees. I got an estimate the same day I called and the trees were gone within the week. They showed up on time and did their work very efficiently. There were no problems and no surprises.

I thought they did a good job, worked fast, cleaned things up afterwards and the price was reasonable. The only problem is that they were supposed to arrive around 9 a.m. and didn't show up til 11:30. I called the office at 10:30 to inquire what happened as no one had called me. The office person tried to get in touch with the crew but was unable to, probably because they were finishing another job. She said they were probably finishing up an emergency job from the night before. That's fine, but I would like to be told when workers are not going to arrive at the stated time. I realize delays occur, but just call the customer to keep them informed. I finally told the office person in a subsequent phone call to tell the crew if they couldn't get to my house by 12:30, I'd have to reschedule. But then they arrived shortly after I talked to the office person.

They did a good job, and I was satisfied. It was a difficult job considering the circumstances, but they did a nice job and didn't tear up the lawn.

First I have to say a lot of tree companies wouldn't even give me a quote or return my calls. Imperial gave a very reasonable rate and were very professional. I was extremely impressed by the crew and work they provided. They craned trees over my house and I was really impressed with their work. I would absolutely use them again.

We were satisfied. They did a good job and they were quick.

Things went well, they were courteous, prompt and did a great job. They walked me through the project but didn't provide an estimate. So the price was a bit expensive.

They were great! They were able to come on short notice while they were in the area. They actually ended up being less expensive than I expected.

Very responsive. Got an appointment right away, and the rep. called us that day to confirm. Rep. did a written estimate and reviewed options for trimming trees away from our roof. He even spent time identifying the trees and answering care questions for us. They came and did the work when we weren't home, and called us to tell us they finished, but had to come back and grind a stump. They came back when they said they would and took all the trimmings and hauled old logs out. This company was extremely professional and reliable.

Lowest price amongst several estimates, quality of work was excellent, & minimal equipment impact on yard/property.

They came pretty quickly when I called them. The quality was good, they cleaned up and they did a good job. I think their price was fair enough. They were pretty quick in responding. I need their service in the future too.

They were average. They did not clean up the chips or brush very well, and didn't rake up the area. They were very responsive with putting in a bid, and they came on time. I was disppointed, however, with their cleanup and probably would not use them again.

They were excellent. The price was very good. I thought they were absolutely amazing in taking down the enormous limbs over the house. They never dropped anything onto the roof. They did it all in one day and took everything away. They had two enormous cranes and two big flat bed trucks that carried the trunks away.

Called to get estimates for tree trimming (Monday). Tony came out the very next day (Tuesday) to give estimates and showed concern for the condition of a few of the trees. One in particular was completely rotted, cracked, and leaning towards our home as well as our neighbor's. He suggested removal of two immediately and trimming of others. Also showed us another that would eventually need removal. He suggested that if we chose to use them, when I call to schedule, ask to get in ASAP. We called the next day and they were able to come out on a Saturday to do the immediate work. The four man crew was SUPER. They were extremely professional and good natured. They worked so hard for the entire day. Ended up taking out a few extra dead trees that were in danger of causing damage (of course after they consulted with us). They are an excellent company and would not hestiate to contact them for more work.

I called and indicated where the stumps to be ground were. The company's represenatative came out the next day and just happened to arrive while I was home and so just gave me a quote.

The foreman did a walk thru with me as I showed him the work I needed done. Then he and his two men completed the trimming.
