Initially I had difficulty in reaching the office by phone and had to email. However, the work was done very well and timely. Great job!!

Multiple window frames needed repaired. A quoted 1 day job turned into 3 days of slow work. they managed to break one of my windows and when reinstalling a shutter they installed it upside down and managed to glue it to the side of the house with the caulk so I can't easily remove it. In the end the job was done and there are no obvious issues but the experience was not pleasant.

They arrived when they said they would. Did the job quickly and very efficient. I thought they were a little pricey but was overall very satisfied with their work.

This company consists of some people who have come to our country from the Ukraine about three years ago. They have a wonderful, upbeat spirit and are very professional and customer-service oriented. When my window fell out into my house some of the hardware broke. Now it would not raise or lower and the tilt in function for cleaning it was broken. I could not find the company after twenty years. I got a quick, reasonable quote, great treatment on the phone, personable representation by the repair person and a fair price (certainly compared to buying a new window). I never would have called this company because I did not know them. Home Advisor's recommendation was right on target. I would recommend this company highly for more complicated projects than what had. They are that good.

The contractor, estimator, and the person I scheduled the appt. with, were all courteous and professional. The contractor did a great job on my window repair in a short amount of time, even though it was a double pane metal frame window. The price was reasonable. I would recommend Apex to others.

Man arrived in the evening (he had been delayed) and worked quickly and well. I am satisfied with the job.

Quality craftsmanship. Dedication. It was raining most of the day the work was done but he pushed on. He was here for nearly 12 hours. Because of the rain, he could not caulk so he had the office call me a arrange for a day/time he could come back to finish. They did and he did. Very satisfied.

Lynn, Not only did it only take them only 2 weeks from appraisal of problem to installation of our double pane glass. They also give a 5 year warranty against fogging or anything between the double pane, but the window itself. Interesting the young man showed how they do door and bay window size, as well as replacing outside wood, that rotted. He has the before and after pictures. Thank you Lynni Remigio for suggesting this company, because they met exactly our needs. The window company only do it if they do the whole job , wood casement and all. Our casement is beveled from the upper glass pane, which includes our sliding glass door. Apex window weeks cost was $270, imagine if the glass company did it, when only a crack covering part of the inner pane needed replacement, but they wanted to do the casement too.

They came and did the estimate but unfortunately could not do the required repairs due to the age of the window. They didn’t carry the parts needed.
