We called after the window repair because the window was tight in the frame and asked them to come back out and check the window. The window was regularly used prior to the sash cord breaking and was easy to lift and close. Following the repair the window is extremely tight and hard to close and caused damage to the frame. We contacted the company and they said it was not their fault but would come out and give an estimate.

Two men came to do two jobs and they were terrific!Fixed a window and the rollers on the screen door.

The installer was on time and very prepared. He was polite and explained to us that we couldn't open the window for a couple of days. After he was done he completely cleaned everything up.

I needed a window repaired ASAP for my house sale to close. Apex squeezed me in two days before Christmas!

The project involved major repair of a sunroom that took several days to complete. Pros: The price was excellent. The time to wait for the job to start was very reasonable and the carpentry work was outstanding in spite of the fact that he was working in 90+ degree heat. The glass door replacement was also excellent. Cons: We didn't always know if a worker would show up on any given day. We had to call to have them come back after they were done to adjust the new screen doors so they fit properly and they left some paint splatter on the outdoor stamped concrete patio.

Professional and Good service

The lady with whom I spoke on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who fixed my garage window did a fine job. $250 to install a small single pane of glass was too high, but I did insist on having it done on the same day I called, so I suppose I paid for that convenience. I would recommend this company for glass replacement but caution the customer to be willing and able to wait a few days to have it done or you will pay more.
