They said like 15 windows and then they got here and counted each panel as a window like I have sliders and they countered that as two and that wasn’t clear before they came. However, I worked it out and I don’t think I would have them back.

I finally got a call on November 4th, 2014 and the company simply said, "you need to contact Angie's List for a refund, this is not a service that we provide". No further explanation, no apologies, nothing. Since the company isn't willing to honor the big deal, I would like a full refund. Thank you.

They came out and met with my adjuster on site. The adjuster tried to avoid replacing things that was covered in the policy. Thanks to his company things was accounted for. They was extremely knowledgeable with insurance operations and claims adjustments. They helped adjust the claim and done the work. They went above and beyond what I expected. I will use this company again in the future.

The Roof Doctor was very responsive, but said there was a mistake and they do not install attic insulation and I should seek a refund from Angie's List. Thanks!

The owner came out to do the work but upon the inspection of my windows they contacted me and indicated that the caulking on my windows is in very good shape and there was nothing for them to do. They recommended I contact you and ask for a refund.

They did a good job and we would use them again. We're actually having them back out to do more work. They worked for a few hours and did a good job. We may actually need a total roof replacement and we'll definitely get a quote from them.

Communication was good with the provider. They contacted me very timely and sent a crew to provide an assessment. The onsite technician was courteous and thorough. While they were unable to do the repairs as per the coupon, they did provide me an alternative solution. The proposal was fair, just much more than we had planned to spend at this time on the subject repairs/work. Angie at The Roof Doctor, was very kind and assisted me through the estimation and scheduling process. We will have The Roof Doctor quote for additional services when the time is right.

The quote was the highest quote but according to the provider it was because his quality if work would be higher. Since he had done work for a friend and they were very satisfied, I decided to trust him. When we met, I explained that I wanted the stairs to go out the end of the deck away from the house. He suggested that the steps would be better placed beside the house since that was flatter ground. I agreed and left the plans up to him to construct. They showed up to build the deck on the day before Thanksgiving. Since I had plans to be out of town, there was no way for me to supervise the work. When I returned that weekend, I found that the steps were in the wrong place. I was told it would cost $700 to move the steps to the agreed on location. I have since spoken with the provider and was informed that the people quoting a price were not authorized to do so. I have not yet moved the steps.

The crew came. They finished, yet the moisture returned. We called them to repair this, they made the statement that they did not need to come look at the work that it was right. We found that the flashing was wrong on the chimney that they had "fixed". We showed them pictures of the problem. They sent out another crew to patch it because it was going to rain, and they would come back to finish. They were going tell the purchaser when they were coming, never did, only showed up unexpectantly. She sent them away and they came back 2 hours later after they had been told not to come back. At this point he refuses to refund any of our expenses on the roof and wall replastering repair and painting. He admitted he sent the inexperienced crew who made the "repairs". I have just reviewed the Mr. Day's response. He did not comment on the money he owes the seller, my husband and myself, because of improperly repairing the roof initially. We sent Mr Day an email weeks ago and have received no response. We believe that he should pay us for the repair work - stripping down the wall to dry the plaster, re-plastering the wall and then re-painting it. We also believe he should reduce the amount we paid him originally to "repair" the leak initially since it was definitely not repaired correctly. We estimate this sum to be @ $800.00 at the minimum.

I would like future customers to know that Day Roofing was very professional and courteous. Tony was very informative and helpful. Day Roofing came when I was having a problem with leaks and they came very quickly to fix the roof. The leaks are gone and they were very clean. I'm very happy I chose Day Roofing, the cost I thought was very reasonable and I would highly recommend Day Roofing. There has already been quite a bit of rain since they fixed the leaks and everything has held up very well.
