i contacted The Roof Doctor about roof damage. Anthony came out and said the shingles were defective. He said he would submit claim paper work and handle. I contacted the manufacturer twice in a six month period. They had not received the documentation for my claim. Many of my calls were not returned. After six months I had to get another roofer to handle the claim.

After calling numerous roof contractors, The Roof Doctor responded to our home within a few hours, evaluated damage and worked with estimator helping us through the job. Tore off old roof and replaced roof in one day, followed up making sure cleanup was completed. In the meantime heard back from one other contractor 2 weeks later, I recommend the staff of Roof Doctor

Great A-1 Job The Roof Dr. Did an excellent Job on my roof in 2014 and 5 years now still no leaks and the leak proof glass sky lights look great. They vented our roof at the crest and our heating and cooling is way more efficient than before. I highly recommend The Roof DR. They cleaned up well, thanks again Doc.

We had our roof replaced on our ranch home by the Roof Doctor. The Roof doctor team that arrived ripped off our old roof and replaced our home with a new roof in no time at all! The team of workers were kind, respectful and courteous. They promptly cleaned up all the old roofing materials as they were removing it from our home. The few times they needed to know something or do something, they came and inquired, (ex. like they needed to leave the work truck parked in our driveway until the next day) . When the main roofing part of our home was completed, there were no remnants that anything even happened, other than having a beautiful new roof for our home. If you need a new roof for your home don’t hesitate to call The Roof Doctor. They are very friendly, fast, courteous, as well as well priced!

They replaced the roof right away and seemed to do a pretty good job. Unfortunately, they did not replace the gutters at the same time, which is why we ordered them to begin with. They did, however, go ahead and take full payment from the finance company. After several phone calls and several weeks, they did replace the gutters. However, they did not install the leaf guards we had paid for on the front of the house. I called multiple times and asked them to complete the work and they assured me each time they would. Since it has been a year and a have, I assume they have no intention of doing so.

Great. He replaced what needed replacing, repaired what needed repairing, and the leaks are gone.

They did not find hail damage, showed up on time. Told us our roof was good for another 5 years.

They also did our gutters and I have to say the leaking has stopped and my basement no longer leaks. Thank you Anthony Day. I have recommended your company to others.

The crew that came out was very fast and efficient. Cleaned up after they were done and the roof looked great. After the insurance went through they were out the next day

John came by on Tuesday to provide an estimate of work and quote. Noon on Wednesday, the work was completed. They were very courteous and professional to work with.

Some roofs requiring new sheathing. His men were very quick and stayed until 10 in the evening. They did a good job cleaning up and very respectful of the residents.

Tim and Matt installed metal performance roofing system after I stripped cheap plastic roof that leaked everywhere. Estimator Jonathon came over the day I called. He knew what I had researched and guaranteed that my wife and I would not have any leaks. They installed roof quicker than first estimated and beat the heavy rains we encountered this afternoon. This therefore saved my deck Furniture and cushions, flowers, grill etc. Tim and Matt were very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Great job Day family! You are on it. Employees were very professional. Took several trips out to my house to get the job done but appreciated communication with office staff and workers regarding status of job. So far looks like the problem is fixed.

The company was easy to contact and they provided same day service. The Roof Doctor showed up and immediately went to work and provided an instant quote. The worker was very informative and provided numerous options for us to choose from.

Sean, the Sales Manager was very responsive, professional and informative. From day 1 of meeting and giving me the estimate, to the selection process, through installation and follow up afterward, Sean was always available and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. My roof was a 2 day job and the crew was very prompt and worked extremely hard. They didn't even take a break for lunch either day. As you can imagine in December, the weather was not the best, but they didn't seem to mind and got the job done. Their clean up was also very thorough. I went through an intensive screening process in getting bids for my roof and deciding on the best contractor for the job, and I am very satisfied with my choice of The Roof Doctor!

Overall the actual work was satisfactory. The issue I had was with scheduling. I spoke with Angie in the office. She rescheduled the first date due to an employee calling in sick and their other employee being swamped. The second appointment was rescheduled due to an employee quitting. When I expressed frustration on the multiple reschedulings and lack of accomodation on time slots at which I could present when the work was performed Angie retorted that work associated with Big Deals had lower priority on the scheduling and were fit in when they could. I responded that should have been communicated upfront and I shouldn't have been given the impression that they could accomodate my schedule and basically they were going to just come when they wanted. And that is what unapologetically happened. Overall the work was fine but the customer service was lacking.

There when they said they would be there, very professional people. got job done in a timely manor. Would recommend them to anyone.
