The price was reasonable. They delivered and it was free. They were on time, courteous and nice.

I called this morning to order mulch for tomorrow. They were heavily booked so they asked if they could deliver today. They accommodated my work schedule and delivered after I got home. Due to the intermittent rains, the driver offered to help me put a cover over the mulch to help keep it dry till I could spread it. The driver also remembered me from last year and was very kind and shook my hand and thanked me for choosing them once again.

I called Mazzola last week to schedule delivery of 5 yards of black mulch on Friday the 17th. They returned my call quickly with the estimate already in hand because I included my order details in my voicemail. They indicated that 5 yards of black mulch would be $181 (including tax). I selected the 9:30-12 delivery timeframe when I placed the order. The driver was on time and even gave me a phone call when he was on his way. Once he arrived, he dumped the mulch where I indicated and was sure to ask if I needed to move my car prior to dumping the mulch. Both the phone call to place the order and the delivery were pleasant experiences. The mulch was super clean, and looks great. I will be sure to use them again.

We needed a lot of topsoil to try and fix our front yard that was in pretty tough shape due to the drought last summer. I called, rather uncertain of how the process of ordering topsoil worked, and the person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. They were willing to deliver immediately if needed, but I scheduled for the following week. The delivery person was also great. He asked where it was needed and considered how soft the ground was before dumping. I need mulch for our landscaping and plan to purchase it from Mazzola Supply.

I called Mazzola at the end of March and made arrangements for top soil to be delivered sometime in April. Mike from the company stayed in touch regarding the best time (weatherwise). We finally agreed upon April 23rd. The soil was delivered as promised. It was the finest, richest soil I'd ever seen.

I called and left message. A few hours later Mazzola called back, and gave me an estimate. I told them I would call back after I spoke with my husband. I called the next day and arranged for a delivery of top soil. They gave me a delivery date and time, but called a day or two later to let me know they could not keep the time originally set. We set up another time to deliver on the established date, and they delivered on time. Wonderful experience.

I call them up, tell them what I need and schedule a time for delivery. They call when they are on the way, dump the load where I need it. The 3-in-one compost is a really nice product.

Great. Kept in communication. I caught a bad cold and to delay the delivery one week. They had no problem with it and were very accommodating.

I was unsatisfied with another company and needed more top soil so I called Mazzola, received a quote. I was told I would not be disappointed with quality. I gave them a try. They were prompt and quote was exact. I had them bring more top soil after first delivery that I was satisfied with. They kindly dumped soil where I asked, as long as they could get the truck in.

They came on time with the estimate of they gave me. They were very efficient and neat.

From beginning to end all was great. They are very responsive on the phone. They were very open to time and date of delivery. The mulch was very clean. The driver unloaded the mulch to give as much free driveway space as possible. I have gotten mulch before and they have maintained their top quality service and product.

From the original call to place the order, to receiving a call from the driver, to the delivery of the material, to the material itself, I can not be more satisfied. The material is outstanding. I had professional landscapers stop and ask me where I received the topsoil. It is a pleasure doing business with Mike. It is obvious he takes great pride in the business and product he provides to the community.

They are always so friendly on the phone. The driver called before he arrived and placed the mulch where I requested. I feel very comfortable asking for advice on how much I might need and what products would best suit my needs.

I left a message on Monday evening. First thing Tuesday they called and helped me figure out how much top soil I needed. It was delivered later that morning. The driver spent extra time moving the truck to the back of the yard where we wanted it dumped. The soil is dark and rich with no clay and no rocks!

When I called mid-summer in 2009 for wood chips I was informed that they were out for the summer and did not expect any more the rest of the year. When I called the following spring (March 2010), Michael actually remembered speaking with me the prior year and supplied me with the wood chips at 2009 pricing. I have purchased from Mazzola at least 3 times over the past 6 years and they have always been very pleasant about making deliveries that are accomodating to MY schedule (no theirs).

Michael was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone while helping me determine what and how much I needed. The delivery was prompt and professional. It was a very pleasant experience and I will be sure to call them again.

I ordered 10 yards of topsoil.When I was calling around getting quotes, his was the highest of the three. But he had make a point of letting me know that the soil was enriched, dark, and black. The other two never spoke of the quality of their soil. We decided to go with Mazzola and are so happy that we did. The quality is fantastic and the neighbors all commented on what good stuff it was! They were very quick to deliver too. Paying a little bit more for such exceptional quality was well worth it!

Excellent, both in quality of product and the price. Delivery was prompt, in our case we needed the mulch that afternoon. They gave a discount for a larger quantity. My landscape designer shopped around and was really amazed at the quality of his topsoil--I don't think you can get any better on the East Side. They even helped us by delivering it in different stages during the day and putting it at a convenient place. I highly recommend buying from them.

ORDER MULCH FROM THEM EVERY YEAR. AM AT WORK WHEN IT IS DELIVERED BUT THEY ALWAYS DROP IT OFF EXACTLY WHERE I SPECIFY. DELIVERY IS ALWAYS SOON AFTER REQUEST. SWEET PEAT TYPE MULCH WORKED OUT GREAT THIS YEAR. LOOKED GOOD ALL SUMMER. WOULD USE IT AGAIN.
