Description of Work: We were looking for six cubic yards of garden soil for our raised garden beds. We called four different places and Mazzola was by far the most responsive and courteous in explaining the types of soil they have and when they could deliver. They provided a mixture of topsoil, sand, humus, and compost. The delivery happened exactly as they stated and our garden is doing wonderfully.

Description of Work: Delivered 10 cubic yards of topsoil (in two shipments). The topsoil was of good quality and contained practically no weed seeds.

Description of Work: I use them for garden soil mix. My plants love their blend. The people who have delivered the garden mix (both this year and last) have been gracious, on-time, and thorough.

Description of Work: They delivered 6 yards of mulch to the house. I needed it put into two piles: one in the driveway, the other at the far end of the yard. They were very helpful and were able to accommodate my request.

Description of Work: I've been buying firewood from Mazzola for longer than I can remember. We used to only buy it in the winter time, but now with a firepit out back, we buy it in the spring/summer as well. I normally buy a cord and have it delivered. They always deliver on the date stated, they drop it right on the tarp I have laid out, and the wood is seasoned and none of it is pine. I would recommend and I will use again.

Description of Work: I called for delivery for 6 yards of topsoil and approx 3 yds of mulch for landscapers which were due to arrive this weekend. Had everything worked out for delivery and the gentleman was extremely helpful, professional, and full of education on the types of mulches and topsoils. Delivery would be free. I even had to call and change the order after the initial order and he was not frustrated or anything with me. Well to make matters even worse, on the day of delivery, I found out that the landscapers were not coming (after waiting 2 weeks for their arrival), so much to my embarrassment I had to call and cancel the order. This guy was so nice he even gave me the name of a landscaper that I could call for an additional estimate and that he believed was a good guy. He said if I did that and decided to use him, this guy would just fill his own truck and I wouldn't have anything to worry about, but that he would save my order for him if needed. It happens that I did call the landscaper he recommended, and he came out the very next day and did a phenomenal job! Not only that, he also saved about 500 dollars!!!!!!

Description of Work: The topsoil was ordered and delivered within 24 hrs. I was notified 20 min. before the truck arrived. Soil was dumped as requested. The person I spoke to on the phone was polite and answered all of my questions. I will use this company in the future.
