Job went very well. He showed up on time finished on time and left everything in good shape

The job took him longer than he expected and I thought I'd be charged more than my original estimate, but I wasn't. It looks beautiful. He gave me a non-stick surface to put down so that the kids wouldn't fall -- no charge. He did smoke a cigarette while he was on the job -- it didn't really bother me, but I knew he was doing it (I could smell it through the door, even though he had the window open). If you are really concerned about cigarette smoke you should let him know.

Tony was personable, prompt, and cleaned up after the job. The tub looks great, and he gives a great guarantee on the work. We're very pleased.

It was great. Mr. Cirino contacted me the same day I left a message. He arrived at my home on time. He was very polite. He put down drop cloths to protect my floors and rugs. He didn't put a single scratch on my new faucets. The work was finished in the time he had estimated. I was delighted with the results. It looks like a new tub.

Took awhile to get an appointment, then Mr. Cirino came, did the job in four hours straight, waited for me to approve, accepted payment with thanks, and left.

He came exactly on time and was done on time. The tub is now a shiny white rather than a dingy white. He re-caulked around the tub and left everything neat. Joe came on time and finished within the 5 hours that he quoted.

We would definitely use them again!

Mr. Cirino returned my call promptly with a cost estimate. He arrived on time to complete the project. He was courteous and very pleasant and the quality of his work was excellent.

Tony returned my call promptly to discuss my job. He indicated that he had a lot of jobs scheduled the following week, but that he thought he could fit me in the third week of August and that he would call me to schedule a date and time. Tony never called to schedule the date and time.

Tony Cirino was able to quote a price over the phone for resurfacing our tub, and came on time and completed the work in one day. He even expressed extra concern about making sure we aired out the bathroom for the fumes due to my pregnancy at the time. He cleaned up after himself and the tub looks great.

Tony responded to my initial inquiry quickly, came when scheduled and did a very clean and professional job. He was concerned about matching the colors and took initiative to find a good match. I've already recommended him to three people!

Tony gives you plenty of info about how to treat the tub near-term while it cures and long run. I had to leave before he was finished, and he called me that night to see if I was satisfied.

MR. CIRINO ''TONY'' ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME. THE TUB DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS EXCEPT FOR THE COLOR CHANGE. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT, HE RETURNED MY CALLS, DID A GOOD JOB & CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS. IN CHECKING PRICES OF OTHER METHODS A FIBERGLAS LAYOVER WAS $900. REFINISHING WAS THE WAY TO GO. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE NO SLIP SURFACE ON THE BOTTOM.

AFTER 30 DAYS (THE CURING TIME) THE TUB STILL LOOKS GOOD. TONY WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. HE QUOTED ME A PRICE OVER THE TELEPHONE AND STUCK TO THE QUOTE. TONY ARRIVED ON TIME, WAS RESPECTFUL (COVERING MY CARPETS AND THE BATHROOM WALLS AND FLOORS), AND FINISHED THE JOB WITHIN THE TIME HE ESTIMATED. TONY PROVIDES A NONTRANSFERABLE LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE TUB TO THE OWNER, BUT AS WE ARE SELLING PROVIDED ME WITH A ONE YEAR TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY TO THE NEW OWNERS, NICE TOUCH. ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE: IT APPEARS THAT DURING THE REMOVAL OF THE OLD CAULK TONY SCRATCHED THE SURFACE OF SOME OF THE TILES. PERHAPS THIS WAS UNAVOIDABLE, BUT THE SCRATCHES ARE NOTICEABLE TO ME. ALSO WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETED TONY SWEPT THE BATHROOM, BUT THERE WERE STILL MANY BITS OF MATERIAL ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR AND TONY LEFT HIS TRASH IN MY DRIVEWAY. I MIGHT HIRE TONY AGAIN, BUT I WOULD WANT MORE CAUTION USED TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE TILES AND ALSO A BETTER JOB CLEANING UP.

VERY FRIENDLY. TOLD YOU EXACTLY WHAT TO EXPECT.

EVERYBODY ELSE QUOTED ME A PRICE THAT WAS AT LEAST TWICE AS MUCH. THE OTHER COMPANIES WERE ALSO GOING TO TAKE A MUCH LONGER TIME IN ORDER TO EVEN START THE JOB THEN THIS COMPANY.

MR. CIRINO WAS PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. HIS WORK WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM.

NEAT WORK. DID SOME EXTRAS FOR MEMBER, AND REFUSED TO BE PAID FOR THEM. WELL PLEASED!

MR. CIRINO ACTUALLY TOOK OFF HIS SHOES IN THE HALLWAY BEFORE HE STARTED THE WORK. HE WAS PUNCTUAL AND EFFECIENT. MY BATHTUB LOOKS LIKE NEW.
