Description of Work: Work was performed quickly, both technicians were very nice professional and knowledgeable, showed up on time and their price estimates were accurate. Also worked in a same day emergency call on a holiday weekend so we could have a/c during a very hot period of time.

Description of Work: Replace furnace, A/C. The furnace was installed as planned, on schedule, at the quoted price. The workers arrived promptly each morning, worked all day, and were respectful of our property. They fully answered all of our questions during the installation. We're very happy with the finished product.

Description of Work: The Furnace that was installed by Westland about one year ago was malfunctioning. That morning the house had chilled to 54 degrees. I called the emergency number and a technician was here before noon. It seems the air intake had become clogged with leaves causing the sealed sysment to automatically shut down. Process took about 45 minutes at minimum cost. I would recommend them to others and have in the past.

Description of Work: called firm and sent out repairman. Looked over unit for less than 10 minutes. Did not observe repairman did any testing what so ever. Gave an estimate of close to $700 which included their "service fee" of $96 to repair and a capacitor for $200. Follwoing day had another company look at it, fixed it for $100 inlcuding their service fee and capacitor. I felt the company was more of a sales firm than service company. Very high service fee. Later found out firm is owned by another based in New York.
