Great experience with Westland! They were able to get to me fast and heat was back on within hours. Services guys were knowledgeable and friendly and It cost way less than expected. Will never use anyone else!

Without writing a whole essay praising Westland on the service I received, I will try to keep it simple with the following points: 1. Customer service - as a first time customer, I was treated as a long-time loyal customer. They always followed up promptly, friendly and always kept my needs in mind. I worked with their sales, scheduling and installation department. It was easy to be in touch and get the information I needed. I could tell that they were all on the same page and consistent with their service. There was even a part of my service that had to be completed at a later date because of weather, and by surprise they ended up cutting the cost for me. 2. Professional/knowledgable - along with the points above, I received a thorough understanding of the best options for my home without feeling pushed. I was also given great information to feel "empowered" as a customer despite not being an expert in the field. 3. Quality - I had multiple companies evaluate my furnace, but Westland offered quality products at an extremely competitive price. I didn't think I would be able to afford or have an high efficiency furnace in my house, and I ended up with a high efficiency Trane furnace. Everything you would want as a customer is what you will get with Westland, call them now!

I spent over $1000 on paint and 2 months worth of painting this house from top to bottom and they came in and completely destroyed it! You would think a company would put down drop cloths or hang plastic but they did none of this. I had to re-paint all over again from all the damage they did. I would definitely not recommend at all

Great. It's pretty quiet and I can get more area cooled than I did with a window unit.

Everything went great. I had a gentleman in sales, very informative, discussed my choices, listened to my concerns and answered all questions. And boy did I have questions! I did have 3 estimates and I hands down chose Westland. . (The others were "pushy" for the sale but didn't want to take the time. I had 2 separate HVAC systems installed. Price was fair. The installers came "ON TIME" and worked diligently. Finished in 3days. When all finished they explained all the functions,thermostat etc.. All was clean and debris was hauled away. Installers were pleasant and worked hard at their job. Westland provided as a courtesy 2 seasonal inspections on the units. (Summer and Winter).After that you can purchase biannual inspections. I definitely recommend Westland.

They don't service my Cleveland address.

Technician (Ray) arrived ahead of schedule; quickly diagnosed problem; gave us an estimate of what repairs were needed. We agreed and within a few minutes he was addressing wiring needs; completed repairs and had unit up and running within an hour. We talked about life expectancy of unit and what to look for in future. Also discussed service contract for our two furnace/ac systems which we will look into. We will have Westland on our call list for future hvac needs.

They are professional, on time and I will continue using them again.

All is well. Took out a new contract for 2018-19 at a price of $179.00. Great deal includes check of air conditioner next year and a check of my furnace in the fall. Also only $72.00 charge for emergency calls if necessary instead of the overtime charge. I have done business with this company since1983. Never had a problem. Their techs are all courteous and certainly know what they're doing. Omar was very personable and answered all my questions.

Omar arrived on time, performed a thorough check up, explained what he had found and suggested maintenance provisions that would save money long term. He was well spoken and exhibited good technical knowledge of what he was doing. Be glad to have him back again.

A major job that was done as quickly as possible. Was loaned a heater for night-time when the furnace was not operating. Other men were brought into the job as needed to move it to successful conclusion.

We were extremely pleased with the service. Omar was extremely thorough, professional and friendly. He explained every step that he took to diagnose the problem as well as how he fixed it.

Very well. Ray arrived within the scheduled time frame and completed the maintenance within the quoted service time. Therefore, my expectations were met. I watched him perform some of the service out of curiosity and he explained and answered my questions adequately. I could see he knew what he was doing and he worked very efficiently. He was respectful and covered his shoes before walking through the house.

They found that the heat exchanger WAS STILL COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, and they found one the next day that fit our furnace, so they came out, assembled it onsite, removed the old one, installed the new one, and then ran quite a few diagnostic checks to make sure the gas pressure was correct, the oxygen saturation was ok, the amount of CO in the exhaust was at acceptable levels, etc.. Omar spent from 12:45pm until 11:30pm! (this is not a typo!) THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING making sure everything was working properly AND THAT WE HAD HEAT FOR THANKSGIVING. It cost $1200, but was worth every penny. Then, Sean came out the day after Thanksgiving and spent another couple of hours making sure everything was OK, and tried to get the oxygen saturation lower, to make the furnace more efficient. They didn't charge us for Sean's followup visit! I can't say enough about how thorough, professional, and helpful everyone at Westland was. I even signed up for their annual service agreement ($169/yr) where they come out twice a year, once for the furnace and once for the A/C, to check to make sure they are adjusted properly. A contributing factor in the failure of the heat exchanger was that the natural gas pressure was too high. If it had been checked out regularly over the past 13 years, it may have lasted a lot longer.

Cody was very polite punctual and knowledgeable he did an amazing job and was able to answer my questions helped us to understand what electric heating units are and how they work

The cleaning went very good. Omar was very friendly and thorough with the cleaning. We were very impressed by his knowledge of our furnace since it was very old. We would definitely call Westland Heating and Air Conditioning when we look for a new furnace and air!

Excellent troubleshooting to quickly isolate the problem.

He was very knowledgeable. I had a very very old furnace, and he came right in and fixed it, I told him what they problem was. He was terrific.

Technician considered all information provided then proceeded to successfully troubleshoot the problem. He willingly answered my many questions and provided advise and options on upgrading our AC system.

Westland came and gave us an estimate, and the next day a new air conditioner was installed. The salesperson and installers were polite and efficient.
