Description of Work: I selected Steamaster because of its high ratings on Angies List and because as a sole proprietor he actually does the job himself. I was impressed from our first telephone conversation, where he promptly returned my inquiry call and explained what he could and couldn't do, how he prices, and what type of equipment and method he uses. His service didn't disappoint. He came ON TIME when scheduled, provided an estimate and explained what areas may require extra care. The basement rug in particular was in very bad shape and it came out looking like new!!! My 25+ yr old upstairs carpeting was revitalized and quite improved. He even helped me corral my cat to place him in the bathroom so that he would be safe during the process and not run out the door and helped me plavr his food and water dish there to keep the cat happy. . Maybe a tad higher priced than the national chains, but the care and time spent to make the carpets fresh and clean again were worth it and reflected in the price. Highly recommend this service. Description of Work: Cleaned all the carpets and rugs in our house.

Description of Work: My carpet was very dirty and Jim had it looking almost brand new. I thought it would never look this good.. We were going to relace it but it has a second chance now.

Description of Work: They cleaned the living room and dining room carpet, which had not been cleaned for over 20 years. It now looks almost new and much better than I expected. They also cleaned two old and heavily used couches, and did an amazing job on them as well. They put in six man hours, working hard and continuously. I have no complaints.

Description of Work: Hallway/living and a few pieces of furniture.
