James got back to us right away. ,came over, quoted a price . Arrived on the designated date and time .He worked the better part of 6 hr on 800 sq ft of carpet in our condo and did an excellent job.Some areas were wine stained soiled.

It went well. He is busy... which is good in my eyes. We arranged a date and time. He called beforehand to confirm. He did everything to make the carpets clean... moving furniture, etc.

Excellent job. Jim is very hardworking and removed stains I thought were impossible.

Jim called to setup time, was up front about a minimum cost and offered services to meet the $100 minimum. (My parents had just had their furniture and carpets cleaned by someone else and didn't need any additional services.) My parents were very happy with the cleaning, deodorizing and scotch guarding results. Jim arrived on time and did a thorough job. Very pleased about his responsiveness and quality of service.

All went very well. James was timely when coming over for the estimate visit and his crew likewise for the appointment. They worked efficiently, with care to assure a complete cleaning as the prior owners had several dogs who helped dirty the carpeting. We were very happy with the results.

Mr. Drahos cleaned the carpets in my dining room and living room. The dining room was one big stain. Carpets now look like new!

Jim cleaned has cleaned my carptets before, and this time I hired him to clean a large sectional. Jim did an outstanding job. This is the fourth time we have used Steamaster. We will continue to use this service in the future. The services are personally provided by the owner, Jim, who is dedicated to providing quality work and the results are amazing! We had several areas in two carpeted rooms that had tough pet stains due to a 12-yr old dog. The stains are completely gone now and the carpets look incredible. This was the first time we had asked Jim to clean a couch. He first tested it to make sure that it was cleanable, and then spent quite some time cleaning it thoroughly. Again the results are amazing. Jim has been cleaning carpets and furniture for me for about 9 years. As always he did an excellent job and was very accommodating of the last minute addition to clean two rooms of carpets in a second home. He is incredibly thorough and does by far the best job of anyone ever hired. Cannot say enough good things about him or his work!

My carpets look FANTASTIC! I am so impressed! It had been several years since I had the carpeting cleaned (by Jim - before I moved in). The carpets came out much cleaner than I was expecting since I have a large dog. I wish I hadn't waited so long to get them done again. Jim was responsive, on-time, professional and polite. Mr. Drahos is very thorough and will go over and over traffic patterns or stains until the carpet is very clean. We have used him in the past several times and he always manages to get all stains out of the carpet. Would highly recommend him. He is punctual and professional and his price is very fair for the extra effort he provides.

Called Steamaster, Inc. to make an appointment, left a message, Jim returned my call. I had a few questions about how he cleans the carpets, Jim was very polite and answered all my questions. I made an appointment, Jim told me he would call the night before, which he did. He showed up on time, reviewed and measured the rooms I wanted cleaned, got set-up and made sure my cats were safely secured in my office, so they didn't escape to the outside. Jim worked very hard cleaning the carpeting, they had a few stains, but he got them out. My carpeting looks very, very good, they are soft, the house smells cleans. I am so pleased with the service I got from Steamaster, Inc. I have already recommended them to my friends. I will use Steamaster, Inc. again. It is so nice to have clean carpets in time for the upcoming holidays.

The owner, James Drahos, worked fast, thorough and efficiently. He cleaned the carpets on each of my three floors including 2 staircases and landings. My carpets have some difficult stains due to a sick cat I am caring for, not to mention day to day travel. The carpets haven't been cleaned for over a year,. The carpets esp. in living room were noticably cleaner to guests. I had nice coments. The house smells fresher and James applied a protectant. I am very happy with the cleaning that he did. He worked alone and was very engaged in the task. I would hire him again.

Jim was punctual and worked until the job was done. I had no idea those carpets could look that clean! We are asking him to come back to clean the carpet in the basement. Very pleased with his service!

This is the second time I used SteaMaster for services and was just as pleased as the first time. We had carpets that had animal stains and moving stains--and by the end of the service, all were gone and the carpets looked absolutely pristine. The carpeting looks very clean and the house smells fresh. Jim has excellent equipment and works hard to produce the best results. He was flexible with scheduling the job. The work was done at my Aunt's house today. Originally, I had gotten his name from Angies List when I wanted to clean my carpet before I moved. The results were excellent. He also cleaned the carpeting in my current home. I have recommended him to my friends and family. He is friendly, polite and professional. I plan to have Jim clean the carpeting again in my home when it is needed.

Our BEST carpet cleaning experience. Jim was extremely thorough and was very careful with our furniture. He was such a professional and worked very hard to clean our carpet that had not been cleaned for a few years. Looks like new! I would have Jim come back in a heartbeat. Jim is awesome!! He has cleaned our carpets three times now. He does a great job preparing and then cleaning the carpets. He does a super careful and thorough job.

After calling to make an appointment, Jim called the next day and was out to our home within the next two weeks. Arriving on time, he inspected our five year old carpet which had worn spots and very dirty areas, thanks to our large dog. After pretreating the very bad areas, Jim proceeded to clean the carpet. He worked harder and longer than anyone we have had in the past. This particular carpet was cleaned once three years ago. He worked especially h****** the very soiled areas. We were amazed at how well the carpet came out. I have recommended him to several people.
