They gave me an estimate to begin with. They were very responsive, it was a quick turn around, and they were very professional. They did a very good job and I would use them again.

Very well. James is very professional called day before for confirmation and again when he was on his way from appt. prior to ours.

Jim and Rich arrived on schedule and worked efficiently. Jim did a great job getting out most of the water, a special concern since it was a rainy, cool day that was not conducive to helping the carpets dry. He did a professional job. Both Jim and Rich were pleasant and helpful, moving furniture and checking frequently that I was satisfied. You can tell that both take pride in their work.

Job went very well. Carpet had not been cleaned in a long time. Jim did an excellent job in removing ground-in dirt on the stairs and in other high-traffic areas. Carpet looks like new. He was pleasant and professional. He also came in to work on a Saturday to get the job done before new furniture was delivered. We would definitely hire him again.

Two men cleaned the carpet using their truck & my water. They did a great job, especially on cat's vomit stains.

They asked if I would like a reminder call the day before. I said yes, and I was called. They called before they came to say they were on their way and they were on time. When they arrived they introduced themselves, then measured the carpeting and went over the price. I had asked for an estimate first based on my very rough measurements. The price was good. They were good with the way they handled the pieces of furniture that had to be moved. They answered all of my questions. They took their time and did a thorough job. I would definitely refer them to someone I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Jim returned my call within hours of my leaving the message and was able to rearrange his schedule to accommodate mine. I was able to schedule an appointment within 4 days. He also provided an estimate over the phone based on measurements I had given him - his rates are on a square foot basis. He was friendly and personable and worked quickly through the rooms. He was very diligent with a couple of stains and really put in the extra effort to get those out of the carpet. I was very happy with the work - my carpets look the best that they ever have..

I found SteaMaster on Angie's List last year. I used them in August. James, the owner came out and did a GREAT job!!! Better than any national name company I have ever used. Just as last time, James was very prompt in returning my call. He showed up on schedule and on time. James even gave a reminder call the day before to confirm everything. He thoroughly cleaned all of the carpets. He made sure the job was done right. And best of all, there are no pushy sales tactics. You tell him what you want and that's it. (With the national names, they push extras. And if you don't buy them, they don't do a good job!!!) I HIGHLY recommend SteaMaster!!!!!
