Second time I have used Jim to clean carpets. He is by far the best carpet cleaner I have every used.

We moved most of the heavy furniture out of the way and vacuumed the carpeting prior to the appointment. Jim, the owner-operator, came at the appointed time, got right to work, and cleaned the carpeting for nearly three hours. He needed only an outside water faucet to do his work. Jim pointed out a couple of old cat stains (hairballs) that he could not completely remove, but for 15-year-old carpeting, it looked quite nice when Jim was finished. The carpet was odor-free, even in the "bad"spots. We were pleasantly surprised that the carpet was not very wet at all when Jim left and that it had completely dried in just over 24 hours so that we could move the furniture back. Jim wore slippers during his work and put plastic or foam blocks under furniture that was on the carpeting before he left. We got our money's worth of service from this company.

Jim was punctual & couteous. His work is impeccable. He is by far one of the best carpet cleaners I have use. I referred him to my parents who are very hard to please & they were equally as satisfied. His price is fair for the amount and quality of work he does.

The first day, Jim's new equipment (under warranty) stopped working, and he had to drive to the mechanic/seller to get it fixed. I was not at all Jim's fault. As we agreed, he came back the next day, and finished the job. When it was time to pay, he did not want to charge us because of the problems. We flatly refused, and asked him to write out the bill. He did, and when we paid, he said that he charged us the same as in 2007 (lower than the 2010 fee), when he worked for us last (he also worked for us in 2004). That is Jim ... fair, hard-working, and professional. We heartily recommend him!

JIm was on time. Did a walk through and asked us to point out the areas that bothered us the most, and asked us what we wanted put up on protector blocks and what we did not want moved, and asked us if there was anything to stay away from. He worked methodically and meticulously through each room. He did not rush. He did an outstanding job on the stairs, which were particulary bad. About a week later we recieved a follow up card from Jim asking for a report card, and did we need help removing any protector blocks. Very good experience. We have recommended Jim to our friends and family.

Jim is terrific. He measured and cleaned areas thoroughly. He is professional, neat, and meticulous in his work. I definitely would use his services for full room carpet cleaning.

Jim calls the day before the appointment to remind you of it, and will also call if he's running a few minutes late on the day of the cleaning. He is reliable, hard-working, and does a great job!

Jim exceeded my expectations. Jim has cleaned my carpets before and I have always been pleased with his work. This stain was so bad I thought I would have to replace the carpet. He actually charged me less than $75.00. I was so happy with the results that I paid him more than he charged!

I was having a party the following weekend, so I was hoping to have the carpets done the following week. Jim returned my call and gave me an estimate over the phone and could come out the following Wednesday. He arrived on time and measured the rooms. Unfortunately, I had given him wrong measurements because I wasn't sure about the size. The difference in cost was minimal. My husband had called while Jim was working to emphasize that the stairs were extremely dirty and to ask him to spend more time on them. My husband had a bad experience with a previous carpet cleaner who didn't do a very good job cleaning the fronts of the stairs. There were no worries, because Jim was very thorough, cleaning tops and fronts of the stairs - making the carpet look amazing (which is difficult since the carpet is light beige and picks up every speck of dirt that comes across it). Jim told me that there was a stain in the landing that he couldn't guarantee that he could get out. Even though the carpet is light, I can't even see the stain he was talking about, so he must have did some extra work on that spot. Overall, I am extremely happy with the work he did and I would highly recommend him.

Carpets were not new and we were a liitle leery of how they would turn out. They looked fabulous after the job was done. We will call again for upholstery cleaning and cartpet cleaning in future!

They are very friendly and the owner does most of the cleaning. He is very professional and good at his job. It is a small company that functions very well.

James was a very likeable young man. He was professional and hard-working. He was on time, he was courteous, and he was very conscientious in the manner in which he cleaned our carpet. The carpet looks great. We're very pleased!

Jim returned my call promptly and scheduled us within one week. He called ahead and arrived as scheduled. I have had many carpet cleaners over my 20 years of pet ownership--none even comes close to Jim in terms of quality and pride in his work. Jim spent over 7 hours cleaning without a break. He got out stains, removed pet odors, and left our carpets looking brand new. I am so impressed with the amazing level of service and attention to detail. I will call Jim at Steamaster for any future carpet/furniture cleaning needs at our house. This type of service is quality A++++.

Jim showed up on time and spent approximately 4 hours to extensively clean everything included in the project. He is always good about looking for stains so they can be treated and hopnest about the fact that some stains may not come out. That being said he does his absolute best to remove any stains from furniture or carpets being cleaned.

The estimate received over the phone based on room measurements was higher than the actual price. The price included deodorizing. Nice surprise! The work was very professionally performed. We had old pet stains to remove. Given the age of the stains, Jim did an excellent job of getting them cleaned up.? Jim cleaned seven rooms, upstairs hallway, and stairway.? This cleaning job was far superior to the one done by another company years ago.? I will definitely call SteaMaster again!

Fabulous. When I called, Jim gave me an estimate over the phone and was able to schedule the work within a week. I mentioned my parent's home had soiled, high traffic areas and he was honest in explaining what results I could expect from the cleaning. He arrived on time, was completely professional and did a wonderful job. I would recommend him to everyone.

James was scheduled to arrive at 2:30 but called the night before to say he might not arrive until 3 or 3:30. This was no problem and actually worked for us a little better. He checked the circular area in the one bedroom and told us it was crushed fibers and that they might not be able to be raised. He then proceeded to start the cleaning. He worked for about 2 1/2 hours. When he was done, he came down to settle the bill and apologized, as he thought the stains were tougher than he originally thought. When we went up to check the carpet, we were amazed!! The carpet looked brand new with only minor impressions from the furniture. We could not understand what he was apologizing for. Even the circular area in the one bedroom looked much better. There's only so much you can do when the fibers are crushed that badly. James was able to restore it enough that we no longer feel the carpet needs replaced, saving us $300. He worked very hard and diligently. By the time he left, you would never have known he was there, other than the beautiful clean carpet. James obviously takes pride in his work and he should. We will definitely use James again and you should too!

Did an excellent job. Cleaned a carpet in our computer room that another company using a "dry cleaning" method had said it could not be cleaned. It had a chair mat near the desk and the carpet overall had become very dark and under the mat it was bright. Jim did an excellent job and it looked like new. You can not tell where the mat was.

Jim did a great job. Worked with his cousin and they worked quickly and efficiently. Jim explained everything completely and detailed all the potential costs before he did the work.

They were available within a week to come in at a time that was convenient for me. They called the night before to confirm the appointment. They called twice on the day of the appointment to let me know when they would be arriving- this was very helpful. They came at the time we had arranged a week earlier. Once they arrived they measured all the areas to be cleaned and comfirmed the price with me. Jim worked extra hard at trying to remove a mystery stain that was on the living room carpet. Although it couldn't be completely removed, he was able to lighten the stain considerably. I did appreciate the extra effort he put into trying to remove it! I did not get other quotes on cost so I can't comment on how good the price is. It did take a full 24 hours for the carpets to dry.

Arrived on time and worked diligently for almost 3 hours cleaning carpets. The carpet looks great. Ron is a true professional and takes pride in his work. I've used other services, but believe me there is no comparison. I highly recommend this company!!!

I have never in my life seen such a perfect job performed. The carpets look like brand new and the owner took special care to see to it that I would be most definitely impressed and satisfied with the quality of his service. I really was most definitely impressed.
