My dog got sick on the carpet while I was at work. I cleaned it as best I could but the stains were still visible. I called Jim on a Thursday and he performed the work the very next day. The carpet looks great! He is so thorough, professional and courteous. Jim is the BEST!! I have utilized his services many times in the past 10 years and have always been pleased with the results.

I will DEFINITELY use him again! He arrived promptly and worked non-stop until the job was done.

Jim has cleaned our carpets (and several family members) for years. He does a GREAT job and makes your carpets look and feel like new! He's very efficient and gets the job done quickly and at a fair price. Doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need and is very cautious about what he can and cannot clean. We are thrilled with the results!

The best carpet cleaning I have had in 14 years. This is a one man operation and he takes the time needed to do a really good job. The bigger companies I have used were in and out in 20 minutues. Awesome.

I had other companies clean carpets for us in the past, none had worked as hard, took the extra time, and got the results as Jim at Steamaster. Steamaster was highly recommended to me and now I see why. He will be the ONLY carpet cleaning company I use and recommend to others. If someone were to offer half the price I would not even be tempted. If Steamaster doubled their price I would still use them. You get what you pay for. Jim at Steamaster gives you quality work for a reasonable price. My grandchildren crawl around on our carpeted floors and I feel much better about this knowing the great job Jim did. I'll have him clean our carpets 2 - 3 times every year now that I know how dirty they get and the fact that it increases the life of the carpet too.

We are very pleased with the service that we received from them. They put on a spray solution after the service to protect the carpet. The price may have been a little high, but we are very pleased with the quality of the service.

As always, Jim was punctual, professional and did an outstanding job cleaning everything. He spends more time and is much more meticulous than any of the bigger chain places I had used before finding his company.

Overall, Jim is a hard worker and very thorough. With pets at home, I realize some spots are harder to remove. However, all areas turned out nicely.

Jim was great from the very beginning. My husband and I had recently purchased our house as a short sale and the carpets were in pretty bad shape. Although we will need to replace them we decided to just have them cleaned for the time being. Jim returned my call the same day and was very professional and courteous. He was able to come out and give us an estimate within a week. His price was great and we really liked him so we booked him. During the estimate he told us certain spots that he didn't think would come clean, though he would try. He also was honest in telling us that the carpets really aren't in great shape so to not even bother with scotchguarding. We really appreciated his honesty. He called the day before the service as well as the day of once he was at the house (I had to be at work) and then called again when he was done. He really had his work cut out for him but he did a great job! He was able to get out stains that I thought for sure would be there permanently. I would highly recommend Steamaster, Inc. and will definitely be using Jim again in the future.

Jim was extremely patient and professional in accommodating a time for us to get our carpets cleaned. I have light beige carpet, my two and three year old really put it through a beating. We have had other companies clean it and it only came out so so, and usually was real wet after too. Jim did an amazing job, paid attention to detail and the carpet was not sopping wet like other times. I am extremely pleased with Jim and the job performed.

Jim arrived around 10 AM and did a walk through, measuring all rooms and providing a written quote. He then got to work on the carpet cleaning. Although I did not think my home was that big, it was evidently a pretty big job as he spent 8 hours performing all the cleaning.My couches have never looked this good! They seriously look nearly new and I have four cats. The carpeting is spotless and he worked very hard and meticulously to remove all stains. This is one of the hardest working contractors I have ever had the pleasure to work with.I would recommend Jim to friends and will definitely hire him in the future for carpet and upholstery cleaning. He tested all upholstery prior to cleaning to ensure that it was appropriate for steam cleaning. Jim also has a great personality and was fun to have around the house all day!Thanks Jim!

I am very happy with them. There were a couple chairs I wanted him to clean and he was only able to clean one of them, because the one wasn't meant to be steam cleaned. He was honest about it and explained. I also wanted a rug done, but he was honest about what he could and couldn't do.

jim arrived on time and proceeded to start work. he did a very, very thourough job. the carpeting looks new. he applied a stain coating to the light colored areas. total time 5 hours. placed furnishings back where they belonged. very satisfied.

Jim is the best! He is the only person we will hire to clean our carpet. He made the whole process so easy and did an amazing job in record time. Jim is extremely professional. I do recommend that you call him several weeks before you want your carpets cleaned. Since he does such a great job, his schedule gets booked quick.

James came on time, measured the areas to be cleaned and presented a detailed proposal, James is very professional. His equiptment is high end and quite new. After three hours from arrival to departure he converted our carpet into like new condition. Even the edges against the base board and around the pool table legs were beautifully done. Was I pleased? I was thrilled! I think the fact that James ownes the busuness and also performs the service contributes mightily to the quality of the finished product and the value received. My expectations were exceeded!

We have used Steamster/James for years, and he comes in spite of the fact that he is on the west side of Cleveland and we are on the east side. This time, a technical problem (new equipment; not his fault) forced him to go back west and have it fixed and to come back the next day to finish. When finished, he did *not* want to charge us. We refused, and demanded to pay. He relented, but charged us only the lower price of a previous job. James is a top-notch guy and a professional. He really knows his job, and you can trust him. He came out, was on time, price was fair & he did an amazing job. I am giving his name to 2 people looking for carpet cleaning.

Well, we had a cleaner come out way less than a year ago. It looked great while it was wet but like it hadn.t been done when dried. So, this time I really,really researched Angie's List and chose James Drahos to do the cleaning. I can't say enough good words about him. The carpeting looks like new. Even old stains were gone. Steamaster is the only company I will ever use again, so I hope he says in business for a long time.

Jim is always professional, courteous and and extremely thorough, spending significantly more time than any of the chain cleaners I'd used previously. The owner, Jim Drahos, explained on the phone how he charged for his services. He arrived on time, measured the spaces to be cleaned and told me the cost he had come up with. He worked very hard for four hours cleaning all the carpets listed above. He moved all the furniture agreed upon without help, and by the time he was done, he had worked up a sweat. He went to great lengths to get the carpet clean, and when he was done my carpets looked fantastic. He was very professional, friendly and respectful of my belongings. I cannot say too many good things about his work, and would recommend him very highly to others.
