Description of Work: Jim cleaned my carpets which included a living room, two bedrooms and a hallway. He's always very thorough, very courteous, pleasant, punctual and accommodating. I have had Jim clean my carpets at least three times now. I would highly recommend SteaMaster to all of my friends.

Description of Work: The owner Jimmy has been cleaning our carpets for 5 years and he does a great job each time. Jimmy arrives on time, he's very careful moving items in our house without damaging them, he makes our carpet look & smell brand new despite our 4 kids & 2 dogs, and he's very trustworthy. We have established a really good relationship with him and have left our home to run errands while he's cleaning our carpets and amazingly not one item in our home came up missing. You really can't ask for more than that when it comes to allowing someone in your home without the concern of property theft & damage.
