Went great from start to finish. Measured rooms and gave Jim sizes over the phone to get estimate. He remeasured again when he came, which worked to my benefit because certain items were too large to move and were subtracted from the amount of work. Charges by the square foot. He arrived exactly on time and called before arriving to confirm appointment. I have removed all breakable items, picture frames, etc. from table tops at Jim's suggestion. He said he moves furniture to clean with the exception of items that are too heavy or have breakable items on them. Jim tested couch material before proceeding to clean to make sure that fabric would be OK. He worked very hard in all rooms moving furniture and cleaning. Placed pads under all furniture after cleaning to prevent damage. After cleaning stains from pets, he made future suggestions of how to treat. Cleaned my carpets the best of any company ever used, and will continue to use Steamaster from now on. Carpets are so clean!!

Great experience! The carpets look like new and the 20 year old sofa we had almost given up on it clean and bright again.

We hired this company once before and were happy with the work performed and the price so when we needed carpet cleaning we called them again. Jim was on time and again he was a hard worker. Jim cares about his business reputation and it shows in his work and treatment of his customer. He wants to satisfy you as a customer and we were satisfied with his work. Jim is the type of person we like to do business with - honest, hard working, and does a good job at a fair price.

James did excellent work. From the first phone call to the completed job, he was always prompt and receptive to our needs. He was very thorough in his cleaning and spent much more time than any previous company we have used. His price was excellent. Companies like Stanley Steemer have charged me twice as much for the same job but took nowhere near the effort. I hated dealing with carpet cleaning companies, but James made the process easy and enjoyable. I will continue to use Steam Master for all of my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

Before performing the work, Jim reviewed the work I wanted done and performed tests on the furniture to determine fabric content. This step ensured that the furniture cleaning process he uses is appropriate and would provide optimum results. One of my couches was old and terribly soiled and when previously cleaned professionally, did not come clean. Jim told me that he was confident that he could get it clean. I was resigned to the fact that anything would be an improvement. I got more than an improvement. He got the old couch CLEAN including the stains left by the previous 'professional'. My carpeting is just as beautiful as the day it was laid and the furniture is ready for company. Jim works alone and does everything the correct way. He is personable and sincere. He doesn't rush through to get to his next job. He cares about the work he does and appreciates his customers. He is a gem!

Jim was wonderful!! He did an excellent and thorough job. He returned phone calls the same day and provided a quote that was right on and VERY reasonable. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He even went above and beyond in fixing my screen door that the previous owners had disconnected (top & bottom latches). Thanks, Jim! I would recommend him to anyone and hire him again.

I discovered that one of the cats had used the carpet as their litter box. I was very angry at first then I tried to clean it myself with my rug cleaner, pet enzyme cleaner, Atmosklear, Zorbex, Woolite rug cleaner, vinegar and water and I got a BIG MESS. I was close to tears and was thinking of pulling up the carpet and getting tile. I called my usual carpet cleaners ( a Big chain service) on June 5th 2007 and they had no one that could come out at least until that Saturday and I could not have my usual cleaning guy( he had been out to our house so many times he's like family. So I got on Angie's list and found Jim at Steamaster. I called and left a message and he called me back in about an hour. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and we scheduled him to come out the NEXT DAY. He called before he came out and arrived on time. He was able to get the rug cleaned and smelling good. That big huge stain was GONE. He also used a deodorizer and the urine smell is gone. I am very GRATEFUL.

Jim returned my initial call the same day, asked questions regarding the material on the furniture, gave me a price, and we set a time for the job. He was upfront about letting me know there could be issues with the stain on the rug due to the source of the stain as well as the resulting chemical reaction from the cleaner I had used in an attempt to remove the stain myself. He ran a little late the day of the job but called in advance of the appointment to let me know he was about 15 minutes behind schedule. The job did take a little longer than I had anticipated but it was done right and happily the stain in the rug was able to be removed. This I was extremely grateful for, since the rug is less than a year old. Overall, the work was done well, Jim was very personable, and I will definitely use him again in the future.

After he was done and had moved the furniture back he asked if he did a good job and if any spots needed to be redone. He did such a good job no spots needed to be done. He put pieces of Saran Wrap under all of the furniture. Very polite guy.

I CALLED STEAMASTER AND JIM CAME OUT THE SAME DAY TO GIVE ME A PRICE ON CLEANING THE CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO TAKE CARE OF OUR HOME. HE USED SHOE COVERS WHEN WALKING THROUGH THE HOUSE AND REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I EXPECTED. THE BASEMENT AREA OF OUR HOME WAS BASICALLY USED AS A STORAGE AREA WHILE WE HAD AN ADDITION PUT ON OUR HOME. I WAS TOTALLY EXPECTING TO TEAR OUT THE BASEMENT CARPET BECAUSE IT WAS SO TRASHED OUT BUT DECIDED TO TRY AND CLEAN IT. JIM HAD TO DRY VAC THE UPHOLSTERY AND CARPET BEFORE HE COULD EVEN PERFORM HIS CLEANING PROCESS BECAUSE OF ALL THE DIRT IN IT. HE SAID HE REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO GET IT WET WITH ALL THAT DIRT ON IT. WHEN HE WAS FINISHED, IT LOOKS AS GOOD AS IT DID THE DAY WE HAD IT INSTALLED AND I WAS READY TO HAVE IT PULLED OUT. I WOULD HAVE NEVER OF GUESSED IT WOULD COME AS CLEAN AS IT DID. I AM ALSO A CONTRACTOR AND WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND JIM TO ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS WHO ARE LOOKING FOR CARPET CLEANING.

Jim returned my call same afternoon and scheduled appt. Gave courtesy call the morning of appt with ETA. Very personable individual. Had a very soiled area at foot of computer work station which was cleaned wonderfully. Gave me a few not-to do tips. Great job overall! Would definitely hire again.

Jim came out as scheduled. He was low key, assessed are carpet, explained different services available but no pressure to buy additional services. He was always polite. He was knowledgeable about his profession. He has over 12 years experience. He worked very hard putting a lot of physical effort into the cleaning process. He would go over an area until he felt satisfied. We also liked the fact that the owner of the company also performed the work.

Did the job, got stains out I never imagined would come out. Treated the job like he was cleaning his own house. When asked to clean something else he was honest and said the stains wouldn't come out. Did an excellent job. I have already sent emails out to my friends stating to use this company.

Jim arrived very professional in appearance and on-time. He took the time to very thoroughly steam clean the indicated areas around the house, including one section of the sofa. His price was charged as quoted and follow-up directions for the affected areas were provided. Steamaster provided both excellent cleaning and customer service and we will definitely patronize this business in the future.

Jim is by far the best. He did an amazing job on the carpet, which I originally thought we would have to replace. Our realtor now uses him and recommends him to her clients. When we used him in July, he was scheduled out for about 2-3 weeks, but he is extremely accommodating. We are very picky, and we very highly recommend him.

Jim did an excellent job. He was dependable, courteous, and hard working. Carpets were noticeably cleaner throughout. I would definitely hire him again. Due to time constraints, I was not able to do meaningful price comparisons so I've marked the price category as N/A - not able to comment here.

Mr. Drahos is extraordinarily nice and professional. He returned my initial call promptly and was very flexible with his scheduling. I told him I had tried to have the stains cleaned before, that I had low expectations, but that if he could just make it look better than it did I would be very grateful. He arrived on schedule and went straight to work. Three hours later he performed nothing short of a miracle. Mr. Drahos not only cleaned the uncleanable carpets, but he did such a fantastic job that they actually look like NEW! I am stunned and THRILLED over how good they look! They are pristinely clean, and they were completely dry by that evening. And his prices are absolutely unbeatable. Another company charged me more than 3 times that much and didn't get the stains out. He also didn't try to sell me a bunch of cleaners or services I didn't want or need. I will never use anyone but Steam Master again; he is wonderful!

Great results. Carpet had dark areas around floor vents, baseboard and closet doors. When he was finished, carpets looked like new. Previous tenant was a smoker. He used a deodorizer to remove smoke smell. Arrived on time, called in advance to say he was on his way. I would definitely recommend this company.
