Arun called shortly after I booked the Angie's List Deal and arranged a convenient time to come out. He arrived at the appointed time and introduced himself and his company. He listened to my list of complaints and very quickly found and corrected most of them. He also took the time to explain why they had happened and what I could do in the future to prevent recurrences. He then spent time looking for a couple of odd happenings that I told him about and managed to find and fix those. I appreciated his good humor, thoroughness, and that he stayed longer than I had paid for. He refused my offer of paying for the extra time. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend Comp360 for any computer work that is needed.

Arun was very professional and showed up on time. He did a thorough review of my computer and how it was operating. I had him install an anti-virus protection system on my computer which accounted for the extra charge. He was very informative and helpful and answered all my questions. I would definitely use him again.

My laptop had literally quit working due to, I assume, numerous viruses. I checked Angies List and found that Compu360 was very near my location. I took the computer to the shop and was greeted by a very friendly young lady who explained the services that would be provided and the approximate cost if repairs were necessary. She stated the work would be completed in approximately two days. Since it was over the holiday I was in no hurry to get the computer back but was surprised when told it would only be two days. The following day I received a call with all the details of what was wrong with the computer and what steps would be taken to restore its original working condition, as well as the charges. I authorized the work and sure enough, the folllowing day I received a call that said I could pick up the computer. Overall, excellent service, excellent prices. I would definitely recommend this business for your computer problems/repairs.

Our computer had completely stopped moving, having way too many ads, popups, etc. (My teenagers are always downloading something). My husband had thought the "free" security systems were good enough. The gentleman who owns the company came to the house on time. He was professional and very polite. After checking our computer, he said we needed to start from scratch, (I believed him, as this had happened twice before with other companies). He had to take the computer, but returned it a few days later and stayed until we were sure all of our equipment was hooked up correctly (2 printers, etc) and our programs were working (ie excel & Word). He guarantees his work for I believe a year (something we had not received in the past from other companies). For $70 (using Angie's coupon) he protected our important items (photos, financial files); he hooked up our extra memory which my husband had bought but which had not been connected to the computer correctly, and he talked my husband into a real security system (addl cost), he removed all the viruses--our computer is like brand new! Unless the computer falls apart within one year, not due to our error, I would definitely use them again.

Arun was extremely knowledgeable as well as capable in correcting the problem I had with my home PC which was operating very poorly due to a virus problem combined with a lack of sufficient RAM. The cost of the service was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Compu 360 to anyone who has a computer problem.

This was the ideal in customer service. He nicely bridged his technical expertise and the average person's computer knowledge with clear and patient explanation. He was clear what was needed but no annoying upselling. He turned the job around immediately. Each time I was at the office, there were other customers in evidence so I think - I hope he does a good business. Arun deserves to make a success of his business.

he was back in an hour with the files copied to the new PC. He gave me a great deal on the used tower and flat screen. He made sure that I could access all of the things I needed before he left. I would call him again if I ever needed help.
