Technician ended up replacing the hard drive and transferred all my information to the new drive. He also gave me some software tools to back up my computer. He came quickly, did a great job and got everything working!! This was on a Sunday!! Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The service was courteous, timely, and the result was perfect.

Neither service was performed correctly. Thousands of emails were moved into my email account and not my computer; later over a week's time the emails downloaded to my computer out of order and not in correct folders; what a mess; backup drive was not fixed.

Back up not repaired. Emails not moved from computer to computer. Emails were sent to my email account instead. I've had this service done before successfully from computer to computer by other computer repair company.

As best as I can tell, the work was done well and was done timely. The PC works much better and faster now.

The job went very well. Mr. Arun Singh from Compu 360 is a wonderful computer man. He fixed up all the issues I had with the new Windows 10 and helped us to understand what was happening without making us feel inept behind our computers.

Service was excellent and I would highly recommend to others. I know something about computers but am not a whiz. I had problems connecting the computer to the internet and spent 3 hours of my time and couldn't solve it. It turned out to be a malware problem I didn't know I had as I thought my existing virus protection would protect against such problems. I also had problems with the touch pad on my laptop. Arun solved those two problems in about an hour and the cost was only $82; he was well worth the money. Arun was professional and helped me learn a lot about protecting my laptop. I couldn't have asked for a better service and will absolutely use them again if I have computer problems.

The guy was very nice, came right on time, acted professional but they didn’t fix my computer. He just kept saying that there’s nothing wrong with my computer. He recommended that I buy a new computer but the one I have isn’t that old. He sold a few programs, explained everything but the computer was no better than when he arrived.

He was on time for our appointment. He found the problem quickly and was able to fix it. Highly recommend!

Provider came very on the same day I contacted him, very punctual. He easily connected the computer and advised me on removing malware and other items that could potentially interfere with computer performance. He diagnosed the reason I was not getting sound and recommended additional equipment I would need.

I was trying to add gigabytes under my tower and I bought it. I went to Best Buy and they wanted a $100 to install it. I called this guy at the Angie’s List and they only charged me $40. He even gave me a break on the price because he’s listed with the Angie’s List. He was done maybe in 20 minutes. I thought it was fantastic. This guy has been with me before so I would use him again plus he gave me a little bit off. I called him and he said he would be right over. He came over and bing, bang, boom, done. He is very professional, very quick and easy. He knows exactly what I needed and I have the two gigabytes to put into the tower, installed, and left. He was excellent. I called him and he was here the next day. He is just in Westlake. He’s been here before and he knew exactly how to get here. He’s very punctual.

Great service from start to finish. I had a computer virus on my laptap and Arun was able to come to my house on a weekend and fix it in no time at all. Very curtious and freindly service. He was very nice about working us in during holidays. That service made a difference in the way my computer worked. The only problem was that was they were so far away. I have AT&T as the provider for my internet and the gentleman that came from Compu 360 was very nice, very patient because The AT&T plug on my computer wouldn’t work. So I kept calling him and he was so nice on the phone, he didn’t get aggravated because he knew it was AT&T that was the problem, not what he did to the computer. Then I called AT&T and took care of that but because of that I had to drive out three times to this place and it was so far from my house. They are about seventeen miles from my home. You would have to pay more money, if they come to your house, so I went to them. I really didn’t know what price to expect because the computers are pretty expensive. You could buy the computer for $600 or $700 and to have it repaired for $300, I thought was a little high but I don’t know how he compares to other computer places in the area. So I don’t know about the price because I didn’t check around. He was very responsive. I would not use them because of the distance I had to go, because it was too far away for me to go. They did send me a Christmas card with a $20 coupon in it for a service but it would cost me $10 of gas just to get over there.

This is the second time I have used his services. He performs services that need to be done and does not try to sell another service to make more money. His honesty is admired.. Everything is done promptly with professionalism and quality.

The Compu360 people were very easy to work with--I dropped off the laptop and received free troubleshooting and an estimate the next day. Cost was much less than I expected and the computer works perfectly. They explained everything clearly.
