Believe this provider to be very competent and knowledgeable and very fair in price. Did not charge for service when unable to correct problem. Would definitely use again for any future problem.

Arun told us to drop out laptop off to Heidi and she called the next day and said it was ready for pick-up. Great, timely service.

Once all the files were on the external hard drive, I copied them to a new PC that I bought. Recovered all files, and even saved all my 'favorites' on the web browser. Arun was also very responsive to questions I had for him. The next time I have technology issues that I can't resolve, I will definitely go to him for help rather than struggle to resolve the issues myself. Same day service.

He is prompt and comes when he says he will. He also sits down and tells you what he is going to do and goes to work. He is also very easy to get ahold of and is very accessible. He really knows what he is doing and his prices are very fair.

He did a very good job. He arrived on time and was ready to go right to work. I had been having trouble with my old email, so he helped me with that. Also, he went out and bought another router and installed it. It was also easy to get in touch with him, and I contacted him after he was recommended to me by a friend.

They were satisfactory and did the job. The guy came very promptly as always and took care of a virus, as well as a few other minor problems. One another occasion, he helped us set up a new TV and didn’t charge us for it.

He did a great job. He said that the reason the computer was running slow was because it needed more memory, and he added it for me. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and could get the job done with a quick turnaround. There were no issues scheduling a service with him, and I could just walk in.

I wasn’t very satisfied with the service. I don’t feel like he explained the problem very well and I couldn’t understand him very well. When he came back out the next day, he charged me full price for the visit, which was $90 for a 15 minute visit.

He was fast and came over the same day I called him. He was very reachable, approachable, and knows what he is doing.

He was excellent. I liked the guy’s attitude and the fact that he named a fixed price for the job, which he stuck to. I also thought the price was very reasonable, which was $40 plus parts. He worked quickly once he got the parts.

First of all, Mr. Singh and his office receptionist were more than polite and customer-friendly. We had had recurrent issues with our computer freezing, moving very slow, not engaging programs, etc that previous companies had been unable to solve. For what I thought was an extremely reasonable price (especially compared to what we had previously paid), Mr. Singh solved our issues--cleaning out the computer and all our files (though we did have to buy Norton) and we haven't had an issue since--almost a year later. And we did not lose any of our critical files. Our computer is working like new. I would definitely use Mr. Singh again.

Service requests are provided in a prompt and courteous manner. Response is usually within twenty-four hours and has occasioned same day service

He set up date and time to come to house to look at computer and was on time. Examined computer and found virus so had to take computer back to shop to clean up. We could have disconnected ourselves and taken computer to shop but we are not comfortable with that process. He returned computer within one day and reconnected for us. Also installed all updates for Windows. He is very thorough and we Highly recommend his work.

I contacted Arun after reading reviews on Angie's list. He came over promptly and quoted me an estimate. He was very polite and professional. He was able to sort out the problems very quickly and fixed them very promptly. What impressed me most was his willingness to go out of his way in securing answers to any questions I asked. His work was neat and methodical. I did not see him cut any corners. In the end, I had a couple of smooth functioning computers and an excellent Wi-Fi router. I will definitely hire his services again.

I brought my computer in because it was not charging and was told that I needed a new battery. I decided to do this myself but the new battery did not fix the issue. When I took it to a different service I found out my power cord was not working and needed to be replaced and that one of the connections by the charging are needed to be fixed.

He was very professional, very helpful, gave good advice, and was very imitable with my time, very prompt and courteous.
