Description of Work: Great bunch of youg guys that worked very hard. The young owner took the initiative to use what I had and make the yard look great.

Description of Work: installed new brick patio where one did not exist before (had to remove old concrete walkway). built pergola over new patio, attached to house on one side. two projects were split up because of birth of owner's baby. so original schedule somewhat disrupted. but good communication allowed us to change plans and accommodate his needs and my needs. pleasant and friendly to deal with. nice workmanship.

Description of Work: great escapes put in a stone paver walkway, 100 sq ft. I had used another landscaper this year and was very displeased with the service. great escapes proved to be very good. in particular, they kept me informed every step of the way. that was important. definitely would use them again.

Description of Work: I hired them to make repairs to my raised paver patio and walkway. They added a drain and re-laid the pavers. The work was done in time and met my expectations.

Description of Work: Great Escapes replaced a raised brick paver patio with a composite deck and brick paver patio. They started the job on time. Did a wonderful job keeping me informed when delays arrived because of Summit county zoning and weather. The quality of workmanship was great. Every employee was friendly and polite. They did not use foul langauge while they worked, or play loud music. | |Brandon (the owner) listened well to my suggestions and talked through any concerns I had. They went above and beyond job specifications when they helped us bury a cat who had been run over by a car during their time on the job (Cat's death was not at all their fault.) | |Overall, I loved working with them. I would highly recommend their work. It was excellent, professional, and we love our new backyard!!

Description of Work: The two gentlemen cut low branches off a number of trees in the yard. It went extremely well. They arrived early and worked hard the whole time. They did exactly what my husband and I wanted. I recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Talk about a complete transfomation!!Its absolutely beautiful! Its what I always wanted my yard to be. The friendliness & professionlism among the "guys" was the "icing on the cake"!!

Description of Work: Overall, it was a good experience. Brandon was EXTREMELY kind and professional. He's well spoken, and the best landscape person I've ever dealt with. He had good ideas, and was able to communicate them well. However, his crew seemed a bit too green/young to have the knowledge of working in a yard. They also seemed to lack the stamina for a full day of hard laboring. It was pricey, but utilizing someone at the end of the season lends itself to higher prices. If his crew hustled a little bit more, I would be more inclined to use them again.

Description of Work: We've been meaning to renovate our side yard, the vegetable garden, with new raised beds. The project is simple ... tear it all apart and then rebuild it. It was a daunting task that needed a team to tackle it. The young crew took on the job of backbreaking work and didn't stop until it was finished and finished right.

Description of Work: Sent a message to the company on 04/28/2014 explaining what I was looking for and a request to call me back to schedule a time to meet up and go over some extensive front and back landscape work. Not a peep till 05/12/2014 when I received both a call and message. Good effort, but to late, two weeks to return a call is horrible. I understand that it spring an busy but all I needed was a call and set up an appointment. I wasn't in a hurry so I could have been weeks out, nevertheless, best of luck. I have chosen to look elsewhere for services.

Description of Work: I requested them to clean the leaves out of my ivy, mulch them and place them on a meandering pathway I developed through the ivy and around trees. They did an excellent job.
