"This updated review is long overdue and I apologize. Two years ago I needed some repair work done to my stack stone mailbox it was leaning due to excessive water erosion below it. I contacted multiple contractors including QPS without realizing it was the original firm that did the work in 2011. I didn’t expect any warranty coverage for the repair. Rob showed up, immediately recognized me, we reconciled and we proceeded to go over the needed work. Without hesitation, Rob, immediately said he would fix the work and not charge me for the labor or materials. I was floored, like I stated, he did the work over 5 years ago at the time, I expected nothing. He went above and beyond to make it right, above any expectations I had. He worked great with my schedule and got the repair done wonderfully over engineered for the need. Lesson for me, seek understanding, and above all, and in all, Grace! Rob and QPS is a great person and company, I would be thrilled to use them again and refer. He cares!"

"The young lady that scheduled the visit was exceptional. She was friendly and accommodating. Work was completed. The fellas were respectful, engaging, and highly knowledgeable. They took time to explain things in laymen terms and demonstrated how to operate each fireplace. For a beginner like me I was overjoyed to have the direction. They even offered to come back in the Fall to show me again how to operate the fireplaces. Exceptional service! I requested for them to put me on their list next May to complete more work."

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "* Fraud Do Not Hire* Hired Dave Blankenship owner of Dave's Construction Design llc to build a retaining wall and do a complete remodeling of a bathroom. Gave us a quote and was paid $7,800 in October 2022 had excuses that we thought were legit and he stayed in contact till March 2023 when he was supposed to show up to start the jobs. Stopped answering calls and text from my husband and myself. He took our money and ran and is posting on social media him out at the bar. Sad you can't trust people anymore. Do not hire this man or his company."

Because he didn't appear after several requests, we hired a gutter cleaner and will hire another maintenance company. We paid a pretty price and resent that he has be AWOl."
