Description of Work: I used the big deal for a consult on my master bath remodel. He came and asked a few questions and took some measurements. Then we never heard from him again. I emailed a few months later and he apologized and told me he would have it by next week. That was three months ago and I still haven't heard anything. No one made contact with us after our initial consult. Very unhappy with their professionalism.

Description of Work: We contacted wm builders about repairing a water intrusion problem we are having with our 18 year old Westerville home. A representative of company came to our house in April 2012. He indicated that they would be willing to do the job and would get back with us with a estimate. That was 6 weeks ago and we have not heard back from the company.

Description of Work: Detailed plans for bathroom completion. This was for plans only. The plans were good. One thing was the length of time to receive the plans after the initial measurements were made. It took 3-4 weeks to get the plans.

Description of Work: Remodeled large closet, moved and added shelving. They did exactly what we wanted. They also repaired and painted the walls of two large rooms, they did a great job of covering everything and cleaning up.

Description of Work: 3500 sq ft addition. WMB took over the project after the original contractor was terminated after 21 months on the job and not having a roof structure in place. WMB completed the project in 12 months including all finishes. The structure is a radius design married into an octagon structure with many roof lines and pitches. The structure is exposed wood beams with exposed wood decking. (very complicated)
