Very well they were on time and they cleaned everything up. I was pleased with the work they did for me. I would be more than happy to use their services if I need them again.

They took it down very quickly and they cleaned up after themselves and the tree very nicely. I didn't have any interaction with the tree guys,and didn't have any problem with them.

When I made the initial call (July 24) he (I'm assuming Dave) asked for my address and he then told me they only work in the Westerville area - we live in Powell. I told him I was really disappointed since I had done a fair amount of research and felt they were a reliable choice after reading the reviews. He asked where I heard about them and I told him "Angie's List." At that point he said that he could come out over the weekend and give me an estimate. There was no phone call and he never showed up. I waited until late afternoon on Monday (July 28), expecting a call from him to explain his absence, it never came. I then called him back, there was no apology for not ever showing up and when I asked when he might be able to give me an estimate he said he "might be able to get over there sometime this week." I explained that I needed to have this completed by Aug. 15th when we were scheduled to have work done on our driveway. It is now Thur. July 31st and I have still heard nothing about scheduling a time for an estimate. If the company was too busy to handle the work right now they should have said so, don't play games and promise things you don't intend to follow through on or can't deliver. Also, the company profile lists their service area as "Delaware County" - of which we are residents. At this point I feel that the lack of progress has forced me to search for another company in order to give a new company a fair chance to complete the project within the necessary time frame.

The manager's name is Dave and he is incredibly professional. They worked very fast and they were thorough. Dave checked every tree on the property and recommended what needed to be done. I would definitely use them again.

They were quick to return my phone call and to come over to give a quote. The work was done the day after I agreed to have the work done.

Excellent job. The team, led by Dave, was extremely hard working and professional. Very conscientious. Also pruned an extra tree I added on the day they came for an extra $50. Estimate given was exactly correct and amount paid was as much as 60% less than other companies we had out to quote estimates for us.

Dave showed up in the time frame indicated and did what we discussed.

Job was performed fine; workers were nice, but one man had a sticker on his hardhat that I found offensive and unprofessional.

I called for an estimate and Dave told me $40 for a small tree trunk about 8" in diameter. I called on Thursday and he said he could come out on Monday. On Saturday afternoon, he called and said he was "out front". Luckily I was at home. He "drove" his tree removal machine into my backyard and removed the stump in about 5 minutes or less. His helper raked up the surrounding grass and they left.

They came out on time and started right in on the work we asked them to do. They were very careful around the house and did not ruin the grass while doing the work. They took out allot of branches from all the trees on our lot. They were complete in the amount of time they said it would take. My neighbor was so impressed that he had them do his trees that day! I would use (Westerville Area Tree Service) for any tree trimming needs.

Dave came out to our house for the original estimate; he is extremely knowledgeable and is definitely an expert on trees. From the beginning Dave was prompt and spent a lot of time explaining the work I needed done on our 1 acre lot with 50+ trees. I accepted the original offer to remove 12 trees and parts of about 6 additional trees. That work was done very professionally and they were so thorough in cleaning our yard we didn't see 1 leaf or branch laying around. Dave then gave us an estimate to trim and shape an additional 30 trees and remove 15 stumps. Again, superb job and the trees look absolutely fantastic. They did such a great job, at such a great price, that we have had multiple neighbors asking for their business card. We will undoubtedly use them for any future tree service. Thanks Dave!

Our experience was almost excellent. Two staff members arrived at the time agreed, performed the work quickly (90 minutes!), cleaned up appropriately, and were generally pleasant. The best part of the experience was that they came out the same day to complete the work - who does THAT anymore?? Two suggestions: don't smoke on the job and be honest when you say you can back your truck down the side of the property without driving on the neighboring homeowners' lawn. Luckily, the tire tracks were not severe and my neighbor wasn't home, but had I known they would go so far over the property line, I would NOT have agreed to let them try it. It did make their work much easier, and thus, the job went more quickly. Overall, it was well worth the money.

Westerville Tree Service came out, on time, to give an estimate for taking down a broken tree limb, some additional trimming, and hauling away all the branches. The day I called to schedule an appointment for service they had just finished a job in the area and arrived within an hour. I am very satisfied with the work, fair price, and their professionalism.

Really did a great job & did it within a few days.

Called and asked him, the price of delivering and stacking a cord of wood would be. He told me, and the price he gave me, was the best that I have found. I told him, he didn't have to deliver it right away, to take his time, if he had other things to do. Well low and behold, he was there the following morning with a dump truck, full of wood, and in an hour, the wood was dumped and stacked. He also raked and cleaned the area up, where he dumped it. ''GREAT'' job. I would recommend him to anyone. I believe credit should be given when credit is due. He did such a good job, my daughter ordered a cord, and had it delivered the next day. They had just moved here from New Hampshire and they loved the price and work.

Did a good job and cleaned up afterward. Excellent price compared to other quotes as high as $235.

Great experience. Dave the owner gave me an estimate quickly and started the job less than 1 week from our meeting. The crew was great. They cleaned up everything and Dave even put down grass seed where the trucks had dug up the grass. Will definitely use again and recommend them to anyone.

The gentleman, Dave, was very nice, friendly and worked with me on the price. They were extremely prompt and were able to come out within a few days to do the work. The price was reasonable. Good quality work.

I THOUGH THEY WERE PRICED SIMILAR TO OTHER BIDS I GOT. THEY HAD DONE NEIGHBORS' TREES. THEY WERE UNABLE TO COMPLETE WORK IN ONE TRIP, AND IT TOOK THEM A LONG TIME TO FINISH THE JOB. WHEN I GOT THE BILL IT WAS MORE THAN WHAT WAS THE AMOUNT AGREED ON. WHEN I CONFRONTED IT, THEY SAID IT WAS A MISTAKE SO THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX IT.

DAVE RESPONDED TO MY PHONE CALL AND CAME TO THE HOUSE TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE WITHIN 24 HOURS. OTHERS HAVE COMMENTED THAT NO WRITTEN ESTIMATE WAS PROVIDED - THAT WAS ALSO MY EXPERIENCE. WE DECIDED TO HAVE DAVE AND HIS CREW DO THE JOB ANYWAY, TRUSTING IN THE POSITIVE COMMENTS WE'VE SEEN HERE. WE WEREN'T DISAPPOINTED! THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN A TIMELY FASHION AND BILLED FOR EXACTLY THE AMOUNT OF THE VERBAL QUOTE. EVEN MY NEIGHBORS HAVE COMMENTED ON THE COURTESY OF THE CREW AND THE QUICK JOB THEY DID. I'LL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN WHEN I NEED TREE WORK DONE.

OWNER, DAVID MARTIN, MADE AN ESTIMATE ON TUESDAY. HE AND HIS CREW ARRIVED ON FRIDAY AND REMOVED THE TREE, ALL THE TREE BRANCHES, AND TRUNK WAS REMOVED FROM THE YARD. THE AREA WAS LEFT VERY CLEAN.

DID NOT GIVE WRITTEN ESTIMATE, BUT WERE THE BEST PRICED OF 3 ESTIMATES. VERY FRIENDLY...QUICK... AND REMOVED ALL DEBRIS. THEY EVEN PICKED UP WORK FROM 2 NEIGHBORS. WILL USE AGAIN.

THE OWNER CAME BY AND WALKED AROUND THE YARD WITH ME DESCRIBING WHAT HE THOUGHT SHOULD BE DONE TO EVERY TREE. HE SEEMED TO BE VERY COMPETENT AND PROFESSIONAL, BUT ALL I GOT WAS A VERBAL (NOT WRITTEN) ESTIMATE. IT WAS THE HIGHEST OF THE THREE WE ASKED FOR.

MR. MARTIN WAS ON TIME; HE AND HIS CREW DID A GOOD JOB, AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AFTER THEY FINISHED.

THEY ARE WONDERFUL! YOU WOULD NEVER EVEN KNOW THEY HAD BEEN HERE EXCEPT YOUR TREES LOOK DIFFERENT WHEN THEY ARE DONE. THEY WERE THE BEST PRICE OF 4 ESTIMATES, AND THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND GREAT TO WORK WITH. I WON'T EVEN CALL ANOTHER TREE COMPANY.
