They did what they were supposed to do. They cleaned up their mess. They didn't damage any property. Reasonable price. I've used them probably 7 times over the past decades.

I called and the owner showed up the same day (!) to assess the tree and the additional stump we wanted removed. His crew showed up just hours later to remove the tree. (I have pretty much never had that level of responsiveness from a company.) It did take a few additional weeks to have the stumps removed, but the tree was the top priority. Everything went well.

Excellent....... Dave and his crew have done tree removal for us a number of times in the past and always A+ professional service and clean-up.

The work they performed was excellent, but the customer service was sporadic. They did excellent work when they showed up. They did not call the schedule anything they just showed up. They gave me a rough estimate on the trees and it ended up being more than what they had estimated and they did not communicate that well. But the work they did was excellent. So I am kind of torn on those guys. The work they did was excellent. They did not schedule anything we will show up when we can. The owner was not very responsive. They did not schedule it they just showed up one day. I heard them outside and I went out and met them. We never scheduled anything they just showed up. The professionalism was great. I probably would not use them again, I am going to try a different one right now.

Good. Damage to a plant in the landscaping was applied as credit to price. Very fair and reasonable. Had a little difficulty confirming schedule.

The work was done to my liking. It was a little challenging to get scheduled. Once we did get scheduled, the service was completed promptly. The crew damaged a plant in the landscaping but the owner agreed to pay for the replacement. This was handled very professionally.

It was a good experience. They were cheaper than other providers for tree removal. They were efficient. It took just a few hours. I don't think I was home at the time.

He is a neat guy. We have used him before. We've used them several times. Great work for a reasonable price. The work was all done in one day. They cleaned up when done and did a nice job.

Awesome. Called David on Monday and he was able to get out to my house on Tuesday to grind the root. All of this was coordinated over the phone as I was at work while he performed the work.

Perfect The cost was to remove the tree, stump removal and tax which to us was extremely reasonable.

Dave came over around noon and said that his crew was finishing another job and would be they had lunch.to do the work. Chad and his helper arrived at approx. 2:15pm. They did a excellent job trimming and cleaning up after they finished

David was out the same day that I first called him to give an estimate. The tree that needed removed was a very large Elm that was leaning directly over my neighbor's home. This was by no means an easy job, but David and his crew were able to remove it without any problem. Westerville Tree Service definitely has the skilled personnel and the equipment needed to do the job properly and safely. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend their services.

David quoted me over the phone and we went with a handshake agreement. A week later they cam out and removed the trees. The stumps followed the next day. They did a great job, left my yard spotless. Ground the stumps far below grade, which a lot of services charge extra for. I plan on using again.

The tree removal was fine. I called they said they would come out in a week or so and arrived the next day. They broke one of our landscape lights and cut the electrical wire. When we called to tell him that what it cost to replace 35.00 he said it wasn't his fault because it wasn't marked. First of all he never asked us to mark it and secondly he came out the next day vs. the week he stated so we did not have a chance to mark. He admitted the damage but told us he would not take responsibility for replacing the landscape light.

First let me say this guys bid was about the lowest, and I got 3 or 4 bids. The job they did was AMAZING for the price. I don't know how the owner made any money on the job. I had about 4 very professional guys working for a solid 2 hours on this job with super nice equipment. No need for a tree climber, they drove a piece of equipment into my back yard that would lift the workers 50 feet in the air. Limbs were carefully cut and tied off to avoid damage to my house. I have other companies that made me nervous about falling trees, not these guys. Talked to the owner for a while, he knows his business.

I got a reasonable estimate on Tuesday, the tree was remove on Wednesday, the wood removed and the lawn cleaned up. I am completely satisfied with the work and would not hesitate to use their service in the future.

I called on a Monday and was given the estimate over the phone. Dave promised that he would get to the job by the end of the week, and he completed it on Friday (despite a couple rainy days). He called me right after it was finished. The job was done well with no problem at all.

These men were so careful and precise! I asked that they try to avoid all nearby seedlings and bushes, and they did! They literally had to put the rear tree down in an area with exact precision--within inches! And they did. They did not just meet my expectations; they exceeded them. I will gladly hire them again. They are professional and very good at what they do.
