 + 0 moreThe man looked at the 1st job and decided bulbs needs to be replaced. After already speaking with them prior and advising them this would be a fluorescent lighting job, he still had no bulbs on his truck and had to leave in the middle of the job to go buy some bulbs before he could come back and replace them. On the 2nd job he looked at it and made some measurements and advised he would need to pick up somethings and took off. I haven't heard from him since. I first feel the charge on the 1st job was very excessive and then I also feel this was not a pleasant experience at all.
Description of Work: 2 service jobs involving fluorescent lights. 1) in the basement on an overhead that wasnt working properly and 2) in a bathroom replacing light fixture over sink

These included replacing overhead lights in the dining room and master bath; increasing electrical capacity for dining room light; installing and increasing whole house surge capacity protection; installing ballasts for florescent lights in two bathrooms.
Description of Work: I had several small projects for them to do.

 + 1 moreGreat ! Asad was awesome as always and a pleasure to have in my home :) The reason the cost was so high is we have a certain lighting system that is not commonly used in residential homes. The cost of being fancy is high when these go bad. The labor cost was very reasonable and they are a pleasure to work with. The always do a great job and answer my dumb questions !! Thank you! We will use them again in the future.

It was a real challenge considering our basement situation(Major Clutter), but they found a way to complete the job. We've since had a first maintenance , oil change, etc, and and it was first rate with Kevin White doing the work. He was very thorough and went over the in's and out's of the unit. I would definitely use Electric Connection again and ,in fact, would use them for other electrical needs.

 + -1 moreWe've used The Electric Connection in the past and always had great luck. This job was no exception. They quoted a start time of 8-12 and were there at 8 sharp. We walked the property and reviewed everything that needed done. They were able to complete most of the job on the first visit, with only minimal wrap-up necessary shortly afterwards. Once everything was done, they did a walk-through with us to make sure everything was as expected. They cleaned up afterwards and were very professional. The final price was exactly as quoted and everything has been working very well in the following 2 months. We were very happy and will use them for any electrical needs in the future!
Description of Work: Replaced electric panel, installed ground wire, switched some outlets, re-wired electric in our garage.

 + -1 moreWe had done a lot of the upfront work in digging trenches, laying pipe, etc. Electric Connection was willing to give a fair price for the installation in consideration of the work done in advance. They did the job well and came out to update a couple items suggested by the inspector. You can tell that the team we used Dustin, Lee and John have a lot of experience in this type of work. Chad, who we communicated with in the office, was also very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the start to the finish of the project.

 + -1 moreI called and had an appointment within a few days. Asad showed up exactly on time and completed the work in a timely fasion. I love, love, love my new fixtures!!
Description of Work: I had work done at my personal residence and at one of my investment properties. i had a remove and replace chandelier in my dining room. It was a complicated crystal chandelier that I had installed, and Asad knew exactly what to do and how to hang it. I also had them had a drum pendant light over my kitchen table. There wasn't an existing fixture there, so it took some work to get that fixture where I wanted it. I had a list from the inspection on the investment property that needed completed to make the home meet code. Asad knew exactly what to do and had it completed in no time. It was fixing the electrical box, grounding all outlets, adding gfi's, and repairing work that wasn't up to code thorughout the home.
