Description of Work: Needed to replace a light fixture in the entryway. Not complicated but came out when they said they would and got the job done quickly and done well.

Description of Work: Someone at Aspen Fireplace recommended this company to me. After seeing the good reviews they had on Angie's list I called and they sent someone out the next day to fix the electric in two rooms that was not working. He had all the plugs working in less than an hour.

Description of Work: E.E. solved an ongoing problem that the previous 2 services had failed miserably to track down. This is the only electrician service I have dealt with that I would use again, and if I ever have the need I won't hesitate to contact them.

Description of Work: We had lost power to one of our bedrooms. They checked the breaker box and found nothing thrown? They then went outlet by outlet and switch by switch until they found the problem. One of the outlets was loose and shorting, could see evidence of the shorting. They replaced the outlet and checked the remainder of the outlets.

Description of Work: We replaced the majority of our outlets and switches and had our gas line grounded. I thought Kevin was very hardworking and polite. He did a great job! I also liked that I could get an estimate for the services that I wanted performed over the phone very quickly.

Description of Work: Installed Generac whole house generator. They were on time, did the work quickly and professionally. They were clean, careful and efficient. They were a slight bit more expensive, but their staff regularly attend factory training and are professionally schooled.

Description of Work: They gave us advice on modulating the electrical voltage that's recorded on our surge protector for our entertainment system.

Description of Work: The Electric Connection installed a backup home 14 kw generator with automatic transfer switch. They gave me the best estimate of the three companies I called. The estimator clearly explained in detail what it was they were going to do. They included the cost of a third party plumber for the gas hookup. There were two installers from The Electric Connection; a primary guy and a helper. They arrived on time in the morning along with the plumber. The primary was Chad. He was clearly well trained and experienced. He was also very tolerant of my questions and answered them fully. The unit was completely installed and tested by 2:00 that afternoon. One year after installation I had it serviced. The service man had also attended Generac's school and carefully showed me what he was doing for the annual service and how I could do it myself. We've had one outage of a day and a half. The unit started automatically as it is supposed to and ran the entire time without missing a beat. It switched seamlessly back over to AEP when their power came back on line. I would strongly recommend this company and their employees. The training they have received makes them exceptional.

Description of Work: We had a light fixture that fizzled out and popped. It was burnt. We were afraid it would cause a fire. They came out and added new wiring and a new light fixture.

Description of Work: They installed an aeration system timer for our septic tank. They also rewired the septic tank.
