The Electric Connection

It was wonderful. They are very responsive and efficient. They did the work quickly, and they were careful not to mar my wood floor with their tools. Their prices were very reasonable, and I was very happy with them.

They are really good, we like them.

The experience could not have been more positive. The fellows arrived on time (even a little early), did the work efficiently, were friendly, helpful (carried empty boxes to the street since it was trash day), and cleaned up when they finished. Their price was only about 40% of the estimate given to me by another electrical contractor.

The office manager was incredibly friendly and helpful and scheduled us for the first available service call. Our fan mysteriously started working again and *knock on wood* is still working so I canceled the service call, but because of the helpfulness of the woman who answered the phone - this will be the first company I call the next time I need an electrician.

The is a good experience. They went and picked up the generator from a home improvement store. They cleaned up well. They did everything on time. They did everything correctly. I would highly recommend them to others. I had estimates for up to 1500 dollars to do the same work.

We called Electric Connection and set up an appointment for an estimate. The estimator arrived on time and was knowledgeable. Our problem room was a 16 foot tall, sloped ceiling living room with no lighting except lamps. We wanted to put in recessed lighting, but one contractor told us it couldn't be done, and another told us the cost would be "in the thousands, maybe 4 or 5." Electric Connection said they could install recessed lighting in that room and gave us a price of $660. This was in July. Electric Connection was willing to delay work until our furniture arrived in October. As soon as I called, an appointment was set up within a week of the furniture delivery. The work was completed to our great satisfaction, and we have a wonderful, well-lit living room. I was very impressed with the quality and look of the brass floor outlets.

Our wires were incorrectly crossed in our new home. They were the company that did the wiring so we called them to come fix the problem. When we flipped our basement light switch off it turned off all the lights including our computer in our office. The technician, Asad, came out right away the next day and fixed the situation very happily and even gave us some advice on another issue unrelated to this one. The company didn't charge us for the visit and we haven't had any problems since then.

I thought they were really good. They came out right on time and the service man was very courteous and clean on the job. He was finished in probably half an hour.

I was very pleased, they were very polite, Wayne gave me the estimate, Micki was very nice on the phone, Todd and Hassam did the actual job, and I have no complaints, they did an awesome job and I would hire them again. I thank them...

Awesome! Everything was done properly and quickly. The two guys arrived a few minutes early on a Saturday morning and did everything we asked them to do. Everything tested and worked flawlessly!

The estimator was on time, efficient, and straight forward. The installer was extremely clean, professional, and did some extra modifications to the lights to make them work properly.

They have done an excellent job rewiring our home after the fire. They get done on time and bring wiring up to code. They do a good job of cleaning up after the job is done.

The electrician, Assad, arrived promptly (even early). He diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me an estimate and explained what he was doing as he went along. He was friendly and very professional. He finished the job and was on his way within 30-45 minutes. This was a GREAT experience, ESPECIALLY in light of the fact that another company wanted to charge me $500 for the job! I will call this company again without hesitation for any electrical work. :-)

The fan was installed quickly. I had previously tried to install this fan myself by following incorrect instructions from Hunter the manufacturer. After installation the fan ran with an annoying hum and the installer explained this was caused by a cheap wall switch. The hum could be eliminated by replacing the wall switch.

EC was EXTREMELY prompt in their reply. I emailed them on a Saturday when they were closed and by early Monday am I had a quote. We decided to use another electrician that gave us a somewhat lower bid and could begin the project sooner, otherwise we would definitely have used EC. Mikki was very friendly and courteous.

Outstanding job. I received three quotes and Electric Connection had the best quote and recommendation of a neighbor. They showed up on time, were efficient and effective.

Pleasant and courteous telephone call with Mickey to schedule an in-home estimate by Wayne. Estimate was through and detailed. Scheduled the work about a week out. It was a one man job from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Mark was the installer. Pleasant, courteous and efficient. Installation went exactly as specified in the estimate.

They came on time, their technician was very efficient and friendly. I was happy with the work.

I must say I am not easy to impress...doing a great job is expected as far as I am concerned. This company's serviceman was exceptionally polite and very professional. He showed me what was bent and what he would need to do to fix it. That is what I called him there to do, so the experience was nothing short of what I was praying for. Also, being concerning with cleaning up the dust from the fan blades was quite impressive!!

I read incredible reviews on Electric Connection and decided to call them. The person that called me back was extremely nice and knew what she was talking about. They gave me an estimate over the phone and they came 2 days later to complete the job. Tony and Travis were the electricians and they were AWESOME! On time, friendly, very fast, and made everything look easy. They finished including sweeping our den in 1 1/2 hours. The price was OUTSTANDING for what they had to do. Couldn't be happier! Electric Connection will handle all of our electrical needs from now on. Highly recommend Travis and Tony at their company. Great great job!

Very friendly, organized and prompt service and everything works.

Tony, from the Electric Connection, was very professional and responsive. He replaced the main fuse box with a circuit breaker panel, and he reconfigured wiring to remove the need for the secondary fuse box which was still in use. The service was upgraded from 100 to 200 amps to support modern-day electrical needs. Prior, the fuses were blowing when running the vacuum cleaner and lights were flickering. He reran wiring for areas of the home directly to the breaker panel, so the electric wasn't "daisy-chained" from one point to another to another throughout the home. He also fixed the outlets so they were code compliant, and fixed the wiring on light switches which were not working when other switches were switched off. They worked on our house for about three days, half of that time there were two electricians. After the job was completed, we discovered a switch that still wasn't operating correctly, Tony came back and fixed it within a couple days of the call.
