I found them to be responsive and informative. We have a black walnut tree and he gave me information about the black walnut disease.

They were fast and efficient. The office staff was pleasant and helpful.

Provider is extremely capable and professional. Employees are very knowledgeable and patient while explaining treatments. I have used them for several years and will continue to do so in the future. They have my full confidence.

Russell tree "experts" gave me a quote to get a few tree stumps removed (after submitting numerous photos and clearly describing everything about the surrounding environment) to which I agreed upon. After waiting several weeks for them to come out to complete the work, they finally gave me a 4 day window they would be out. I made several request to narrow this window but they refused. I took down a large portion of my fence as they requested to provide access. On the third day of the 4 day window I received a call from an unpleasant representative informing me they would not be able to complete the work they had agreed upon. Now I have a large portion of my fence down and have to find a company that is competent enough to complete work they give estimates for. I was very disappointed in this company. Probably gonna set back the rest of my renovation plans a couple of weeks.

They removed the tree without damaging the house, driveway, or fence. Cleanup was about as good as you can expect.

Most arrangements were done online and by email. I requested an estimate on their website. They sent someone out three days later for the estimate. We were not required to be present. The next business day I had an estimate by email. I sent the signed estimate back by email and received a notification the next business day that they were scheduling 3-5 weeks out and would contact us 2-3 days ahead with a firm date. We did get a phone call two days ahead, approximately 4 weeks after sending in the signed estimate. Again we did not need to be at home. All the work was done as stated, they left everything so clean that if it wasn't for the stack of firewood, you would never know they'd been there, and they even cleaned up a bunch of clippings we'd left on the ground after doing some pruning of our own. I received an invoice by email the next day. They are very professional and I highly recommend them.

The quote was extremely reasonable, the service was very professional. I did have to get on the schedule, and while on the schedule, a large branch fell on the house but they moved me up as much as possible which was very important for the insurance adjustment. My neighbor had recommended them and I glad she did. They will be my first call for my next tree service.

Had an estimate within a week of calling. Got estimates from 5 companies. Russell Tree Ltd was neither the highest nor the lowest estimate. Chose to go with this company due to good price, prompt response, good communication. Enjoyed working with the arborist for our region, TJ Nagel. He was very helpful in discussing the particulars of our job, and making sure it was what we wanted for our property. Communication with the company has been a breeze, and we were contacted afterwards to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Russell Tree gave us solid service, and I plan to use them again in caring for trees on our property. There was an ornamental duck casualty, remember to do a double-check on any garden beds for items you wouldn't want falling limbs to take out.

Very good. They set up everything by e-mail and performed the job on time. We would have preferred to have all the shavings removed as it was quite a job for us to do in the heat of the summer. Next time we will ask upfront if this service is offered.

They would get an A for service but they brought their heavy grinder to grind out the stumps of the bushes after four days of rain. They had told me it would be about three more weeks before that work would be done but then they showed up without warning. The grinder dug significant trenches through the soggy yard and they stuck to the contract which did stipulate they do *not* repair turf damage. TJ wrote and said they have no way of knowing the condition of every customer's yard before they come out and it would have been too expensive to reschedule once they were there and found soft ground. Since they don't repair turf damage I would have been more satisfied if they had been more careful not to cause it. Maybe they could have put down plywood since they *had* to do the grinding that day.

Love, love, love this company. Professional arborist on staff, not just tree trimmers. Removed trees for us as well and took stumps to mulch so we were able to have an even yard. Very customer responsive and honest. Fair pricing.

Arrived with large crane and truck. Carefully removed a large tree and several medium tree without any sections or branches hitting my house our cracking the driveway.

They showed up on time, did a great job bringing the trees down without trampling the other landscaping too badly, and cleaned up as promised. Very happy with the work, plan to bring them back again this spring.

The crew was very polite, worked fast, and didn't leave much waste behind. I had a lot of scrap wood that I chopped down in a pile in the backyard and they removed that for me as well. My two year old loved the truck and the guys would wave at him while they worked. Would highly recommend.

They did a nice job overall. I had a few branches I would have liked to have been taken down that weren't but I should have gone over it with them and I didn't do that. All the employees were very friendly and seemed to have a genuine care for working on trees.

I had to schedule several weeks in advance. They had to reschedule by one day as we got closer to the planned day. They came on time and removed the 3 trees as agreed. They did a good job cleaning up all the branches. There was some damage to the surrounding plantings, but nothing serious. I would use them again. I got three estimates and they had the best price.

Came as expected and left no debris behind. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

They were the cheapest estimate of the three other companies that quoted. All work was done well, with a good clean-up. I will continue to use them for my tree needs.

We have used Russell Tree Experts several times in the past, and have always been pleased with the results. It took a while (like 6 weeks) for them to schedule our work after I contacted them and requested it - apparently they're pretty busy with many clients. However, they did come, did the work we'd agreed upon, and cleaned up after themselves. We have a ravine backyard with many trees and they can't get a crane or any equipment in there to carry stuff out, so their work is doubly hard, and I'm impressed with how well they did. We will continue to use them for our tree maintenance needs.

Jose' Fernandez worked with me patiently over many weeks to hone in on exactly what I wanted to have done. He was very easy to work with and there was no pressure. The crew who did the work were very professional and efficient. The clean up was excellant.

Everything was great! They did the work while I was away from the house, so I came home to find the limb gone and the area completely free of debris. Ultimately, it was a seamless process from start to finish.

Service was prompt due to a cancellation. They performed all the work very quickly and then removed all the material. Russell Tree Experts did everything they told us they would do. We are quite satisfied with the result. We would certainly use them again if necessary. We have no reservations recommending them.
