Preferred Pressure Washing Services

To Mr. Reed I wrote the following: "Do you guarantee your work? My husband did not see this on the estimate below. I have explained to my husband that you soft wash as opposed to power wash. I have also told him the cleaning solution will not harm pets or plants. My husband did not have the opportunity to talk to you as I did so he asked me to send these additional questions. We will confirm the appointment once we have this information. What is your cleaning process? (Water temperature etc) What type of equipment do you use? How much pressure do you use? I think my husband wanted a number here. What type of cleaners do you use? How often should I have my house, gutters, etc cleaned? Are you a member of The Wood Restoration and Preservation Institute? Do you have any wood restoration certifications? Do you have any before and after pictures I can see? Do you have any references? He read Angie's List, but wanted to contact some of your customers personally. Are you insured in case you get hurt? Please provide proof of license, certification, bonding and insurance." Less then 30 minutes later Mr. Reed responded, "Please find another contractor to do your work. Thank you for your interest in my company." 10 minutes later I ask why? Mr. Reed failed to respond so about 3.5 hours later, I decided to write this review. There was no nefarious reason for asking these detailed questions. For example, the certification for Wood Restoration and Preservation was not for us because we have vinyl siding. I was asking for a friend who has cedar and such a certification is important to aid her in selecting a company to power wash her home. I contacted a competitor and asked the same detailed questions and the response was immedicate and detailed. He admitted that he had never had a home owner ask such detailed questions, but he welcomed my inquiry.

A+++ I can't say enough about this company. We needed our deck to be power washed and stained. Paul contacted us promptly after my email, and was very friendly and accommodating as I am rather picky about how things are done. He scheduled the power washing and allowed over 2 days for the deck to dry completely before scheduling the stain appointment. They were very prompt for both appointments, and so friendly and professional! The power washing went great, and I can not say enough about the beautiful job they did on the stain. They covered everything completely, and truly took their time to make sure that every bit of the deck was sealed, and to make sure that no stain got on the house. It looks like a new deck. Between their promptness, their professionalism, their accuracy and their kindness, I highly recommend this company (and we did our homework and researched many companies). If you are wondering who to hire for the job, don't hesitate, call them! They are amazing!

They were punctual, professional, and did an outstanding job. The walk way looks beautiful. His crew took some extra time to make sure that it was even. Came out beautifully. Couldn't ask for better than this.

Good. They were going to be in the area, and they fit us into the schedule They assured me that anything that would get messy during the cleaning would be rinsed down before they left. I ended up having to clean French Doors and a Sliding Door after they were done, and I didn't appreciate that.

Paul did an excellent job staying in touch with me during the scheduling process and followed up in a timely manner on the work that was performed. I was not home when the service was done but the area around the house was just as tidy as I left it. There was no damage to any surrounding plants or flower beds. Upon follow up from Paul I mentioned I still saw some mold on the underside of the siding and he came back and corrected the problem the next day. He is very concerned with the satisfaction of his customers and I greatly appreciate it. I would recommend his company for any further pressure washing needs.

Excellent work.House has very old siding and gutters,looks almost brand new again.We live next to an alley,so the diference was staggering. I don't have a driveway or a long sidewalk so instead they did a little wrap around walk and our steps,above and beyond what was expected. I also had an unexpected family crisis which kept me out of town for almost a month,Paul was very understanding about late payment and very courteous as well. Highly recommend and will use again in a couple years.

Very responsive to phone call. Set up appointment to meet our needs. Punctual. Very nice worker who was happy to answer questions, discuss detail of needs and what we wanted done before , during and after the work. The results were better than expected and we should have had this done years ago. Our deck paint is starting to peel and he was very careful to not strip off any more paint but make the deck look much cleaner. Very pleased with the work. We will be getting a quote from them on re painting the deck in the near future.

Paul arrived as agreed to provide an estimate of cost of the project and was friendly while offering suggestions on other service he might provide while on site. We agreed on price, date of service and provided a written estimate via e-mail. On the day of service he called early to advise me that the would be later than scheduled time because of an employee absence. This created no difficulty and he called prior to arriving to advise of his approximate time of arrival. He was polite, very apologetic and proceeded to complete the agreed upon work in a timely and efficient manner above and beyond or original agreement. He granted an additional discount because of the delays and billed me by internet invoice. I was quite happy with the communication through out the process and appreciated being advised of the delay. They did an excellent job and I would gladly use Precision Pressure Washing Services again.

I emailed Paul requesting an estimate on getting the exterior of my house washed. He was prompt in his replies and quoted me with a reasonable price, so we got it scheduled. The tech (Drew) arrived early and took me on a walk-around to make sure he was aware of any trouble spots. He got right to work and did a thorough job getting my house clean. It took about 3 hours for the whole job (My house is 2146 sq feet). When the work was complete he took me around the house again to make sure the job was satisfactory. Both Paul and Drew were friendly and professional and I would easily recommend this service to anyone looking to have the exterior of their house cleaned!

I contacted Paul via Angies list who responded immediately with a quote, including military discount. He was very pleasant and detailed as to what all would be included. I was scheduled within a week. Andrew called to see if he could come 1/2 hour early the day he was scheduled which was fine. Andrew came, did a walk around to point some things out, discuss what he would do and ask for any specific requests. I did ask him to spray off under the air conditioner, the cement slab and the lattice below the deck. He asked me if I wanted him to do the retaining wall (which I had not considered), for an extra fee. I agreed after he said the fee was negotiable. We had had our house powerwashed a couple years ago, but not with this amount of detail. Andrew was here about 2 hours and did a very complete detailed job. He removed the moss/mold which was growing on our front stone porch and retaining wall and all of the dirt off of the house. I was particularly happy to get the cobwebs and spiders removed from the sunroom windows! I had not expected to pay as much as this to have our small home pressure washed, but I do have to admit that this company certainly did a fantastic job. I will have them back in the future. This company was great to work with and they did a super job of cleaning my vinyl siding and concrete sidewalk and stoops. I was fit into their schedule at a time that worked well for me. Andrew, the technician, was very courteous and helpful. I've had my home power washed before, using other companies, but never has it looked this good. Service beyond expectations!

Contacted immediately and within a week the work was complete. House looks great. Andrew was very professional. Would definitely use them again.

I called Friday afternoon and Andrew, a very nice young gentleman arrived as scheduled at 8:00 Monday morning. He did an excellent job washing house, all cement (front porch, driveway, and sidewalk), and deck floor. We are quite happy with their service.

I am really impressed with how clean the exterior of my house looks after the pressure washing. It's as though my house is new again! Drew, the man who did the work, was extremely polite and professional.

I called the owner, Paul, for help on very short notice, due to the provider I had hired becoming unavailable. Paul went over to the building the very same afternoon, got back to me quickly with a better price than the previous provider, and committed to doing the job the very next (very cold) day. He took care to protect things like electrical outlets from the water being used, and left everything looking fine. Paul did such good work that the renovation company working on the building was highly impressed. He really saved the day for my work on this project. I have also found him to be personable, honest, and easy to reach. I would like to recommend him for "Pages of Happiness", because his service was so outstanding and basically performed a rescue!

I found the quote absurd considering I was supplying the paint. In fact, I think I was punished quote wise for having my own paint. The cost was over 25% of the original cost of the fence which is absurd. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I contacted the owner, he gave me an estimate, I accepted, we scheduled the work, he showed up the day he promised. Perfect!

Excellent Service. Paul (owner) was very professional on the phone. He gave me an estimate based on my estimates of space size. He was able to work with my relatively short time deadline, altough I could tell that wasn't extra easy for him to do. When he arrived at my place, he realized that he had underestimated the time and manpower it would take him to do the job. At that point, he left me a message explaining the situation and stating the slightly higher (but fair) fee . He also offered that I was free to check other around for other estimates, if I desired. Instead I called him at his next job site and asked if would still do my job at the slightly increased fee. He and his crew were able to return that same afternoon and work into the evening to complete the job. They did very nice work. They moved a lot of furniture off the space and moved it back to all the right spots. We were quite happy and would be glad to hire them again.
