The cleaning was done very well and with very short notice. The patio had a lot of weeds and grass and they made it look brand new. This is very professional and quality company that I would recommend.

We chose Preferred Pressure Washing Services based on reviews from Angi and the Better Business Bureau. They were fantastic! Paul was very responsive and was quick to reschedule when we had a scheduling conflict. Then the crew arrived exactly when they said they would. During the pressure washing, I felt like I was in a car wash! They did several passes as they cleaned. After they left, the whole house was spic and span from top to bottom. The outside of the house even smelled clean! We would definitely hire them back again.

Great! Paul Reed responded quickly with a quote and scheduled me. They did a really good job and did not ask me to provide a hose or ladder. They were polite and efficient. After trying other companies, I am really pleased with their work!

Great, communication was good and the work was very good

It went pretty well. They included our garage too which was nice. Our house was white so they said that some of the dirt marks were actually burned into the house overtime throughout the years. Overall they seemed to get it pretty clean and in a timely manner.

They were professional and complete with no damage to house or landscaping.

Great price and excellent work. Provider was courteous and did a thorough job of getting algae off siding. Front cement porch and sidewalk look like new!

Paul and his helper spent a good amount of time doing the job right. When they were done he explained what he had done, and frankly it was above and beyond what we had asked for.

They did a fabulous job. My home had several years of moss and dirt and is a very large 2 story home. The job was bigger than he had expected but he stuck to his quoted price. The crew was polite and cleaned up when finished. Items were moved and returned. The transformation is incredible.

Paul and his assistant did a great job, and went above and beyond my expectations. Everything is brighter and looks clean .. I will hire them again when the need arises. They power washed my home (vinyl siding), roof, sidewalk in front of home as well as 1 leading from driveway to front door and along the side of house, and driveway). Not cheap, but worth the service provided.

The house has vinyl siding. The work was excellent. The siding looked new after the wash was completed. The work took approximately 2 hours. The worker arrived at the scheduled time. Extremely courteous and professional.

Very pleased. Paul was great. He responded promptly to my email inquiries prior to service. He and his crew did a great job of cleaning my aluminum siding; it sparkles. Most impressive was that on our post-wash inspection, Paul noticed an area on a rear corner of my house that was not to his satisfaction. He brought the equipment out of his truck and redid that corner. Preferred Pressure Washing Services gets my highest recommendation.

I had contracted them to do the work described above. He was extremely responsive throughout the process of estimates, answering questions, scheduling. The week prior he emailed and said he had a 9:30 am mtg and would be over after. On the date of service he emailed and said a storm front was moving in. I scheduled off work for the service and I expressed via email I was frustrated and asked for him to call (weather was not a factor, it was noon and sunny, rain not moving in until late afternoon). He called at 11 after his mtg and I expressed my frustration and told him I felt I was pushed for other reasons ( his mtg, other jobs) I said I didn't understand why they didn't come (it was a heated conversation on BOTH sides) I told him If it was weather related of course I would have understood. I asked to reduce the work to just the house power washing as that was most important to me. He said he could come out this afternoon, but during our conversation he was angry I was frustrated and said he did not want to deal with me and my attitude so he would not be out and I could find someone else. He got very angry when I said I was going to write a review because as a customer I was frustrated for his lack of professionalism. i told him this was my experience and whether the work was performed or not, this was the experience I had with him, a business owner berating me as a customer. As a business owner you will deal with many frustrated customers, be honest, don't make excuses, but above all else don't speak to them the way you spoke to me.

It was superb. The two men were on time and immediately went to work. I was indeed in the presence of experts following a prescribed step by step approach. They wet the house down, applied chemicals for a mild soak then rinsed with a low but intense rinse. The results were astounding. The house was made to look great including the porch, sidewalk from driveway to house and the house itself. The entire process took about an hour. I cannot recommend Paul and his teams of experts. Paul thanks again and see you in 2 years for our next wash.

Update 04/10/2019 The were excellent, very professional, on time, and the work was outstanding, and I was very pleased, an A+ rating for the company. The owner Mr. Paul Reed, was very nice and he takes pride of his work. Him and his team did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Preferred Pressure Washing Services to anyone that would need a power wash service and make your home looks brand new.
