All good! Pressure washed house/gutters/soffits, front porch, rear screened porch exterior and front sidewalk. Did a very nice job. Easy to deal with -- kept me well informed as to what they would do. Did a walk around with me at the end to insure I was satisfied. Good people and good work -- would highly recommend.

Thanks so much for making this such a smooth process! Paul promptly answered all of my inquiries through the messaging feature on Angie's List. I really appreciated his responses; they helped me to understand his process for washing the aluminum siding and some of the differences with vinyl siding. Paul came on the scheduled day and did the wash himself, and the house looked beautiful after his thorough work! We were worried some of the loose-ish end caps might come off from the siding, but everything was in tact at the end! We really appreciated his case to leave the house just the way he found it. To our surprise, Paul even washed the front and back sidewalks for no charge! When we opened the front door to leave for work the next morning, we just took a second to admire the beautiful fresh new walkway! Thanks again for a job well done!!

The work was completed as promised in their work estimate, and the green mold is gone.

Paul was very flexible as I had to emergently cancel the first scheduled visit. Came on the next time it was scheduled and did excellent work. My house and patios are so lovely now without the black and green mold, fungus and whatever else was there. I would definitely use again.

Simply outstanding. Very responsive both in terms of offering an estimate and scheduling the service. The work itself was very professional. The techs were kind enough to move some potted plants out of the way and then move them back when the cleaning was finished. The entire exterior looks better than it has in years. I will definitely hire this service again in the future.

Exceptional from start to finish. Had to cancel first scheduled service due to death in the family. Received condolences! When ready for work to be rescheduled it was immediately scheduled within several days time. Paul Reed and colleague completed work in a little over three hours with repeated gentler applications as needed to accommodate the safety of outbuilding roof textures. Price for two story, four bedroom home was $269. The large backyard patio was $200. He reduced the charge for the outbuilding as it was smaller than he had thought. Mr. Reed recommended that new polymer sand be spread over the entrance brick walkway as the power washing would kick the old out. That was $75...and was done the next morning. He has a strong work ethic and a care for the customer as well as the job to be done. He spotted pavers on the patio that had sunk in and corrected those areas on his own without charge. A good man and a good company, I highly recommend in all areas of service, work done and personal ethics and care.

Paul and an assist came in the rain no less, and pressure washed the exterior of the house, making it look like it had just been painted. The mucky sidewalk and patio were sparkling clean. Very good work from a very competent outfit.

They did a great job. They didn't disrupt and plantings or any landscaping. They covered that. They didn't damage the house in any way. Once before I had the house pressure washed and I guess the company used too much pressure and put holes in the eaves and soffits. They did a very good job. It was very clean. It looked like new siding.

Paul came when he said he would, power washed the house completely even though it was raining. The house looks great.

They did a fantastic job. Our house has gray vinyl siding, but one side of the house was more green and brown with algae, mold and mildew. They got everything back to like new. They weren't able to fix some of the discoloration of the gutters, the reason for which the technician explained to me before they began the service. More than anything, I was impressed by the responsiveness of my request for a quote, the professionalism, and their overall punctuality. I've dealt with a number of small contractors for various jobs recently, and have found many to be lacking on the customer service side. Not so with Paul. All communication was prompt, professional, and courteous.

Their pricing was good and they showed up on time. Their equipment broke down while working so they had to come back a second time. Their communication could use a little work.
