Description of Work: I obtained a number of fixtures for a home remodel. The person who assisted me was knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with my selections. When there was a problem with one of the fixtures, the provider replaced the broken glass with no problems. When I found something I liked, if the price was more than I had planned to spend, I was directed to similar items with a more appropriate price.

Description of Work: We have a very large, open kitchen that is very dark. Northern Lightening was very helpful in suggesting different ways to correct this. We ended up purchasing a large hanging light for above our island and three pendant lights for above the sink.

Description of Work: Their selection of lighting is excellent and they will special order any items that are not currently in their inventory. They are very knowledgeable about every fixture - for example, knowing exactly how far down a specific light will hang. I bought a light for my dining room. They also special ordered some bulbs for outdoor fixtures at my office. They were efficient, friendly, organized and generally enjoyable with which to do business. They take quality customer service seriously.

Description of Work: I needed a unique light bulb. I found their name on Angie's list and gave them a call. they searched around and found the bulb I needed. When I went to pick it up they gave me a discount! The satff was friendly and courtious.

Description of Work: We searched and searched for an appropriate foyer light, and could not find one until we went to Northern Lighting. The friendly salespeople helped us find something we liked, and when they did not have it in stock, offered us the showroom model. They took it down, wrapped it up, and even gave us free light bulbs.
