A+ for everything and them some. They went to bat for us with the insurance company - they forced them to take care of what they should! They did beautiful work. I am a really picky person, and I couldn't find any faults with Muth! I would recommend them to anybody!

He at no provocation started working the numbers for how much air we were going to need per square footing. Chad Muth seemed much more knowledgeable on how to solve the problem, the problem being the mold we had remediated. The ventilation needed fixed and that's where the roofer came in.

Lori came out, determined that we had a flashing problem around the chimney (as did another roofer that I called). Their estimate was slightly lower than the other company, so I used Muth's services. It took a few weeks to get on their schedule, but once they scheduled us, the repairman was on-time. I was especially impressed that approximately 2 weeks after the repair, Lori (the supervisor) came by our house again to check the work, and re-did some of the caulking that had shrunk as it dried. She spent about an hour fine-tuning the job. I don't think that most companies would have come back to check on their work, or spend an hour extra on their work (after they'd been paid for the job), so this was very impressive. I also enjoyed working with a woman on this job. As a woman who's at home alone with the kids in the daytime, it's sometimes unsettling to have repairmen in your home that you don't know.

Muth handled our situation professionally. The estimator came first, very quickly after calling the company. Later, the salesman came to discuss the details and pricing. It was more expensive than other estimators, but the representative seemed more knowledgeable than some and the company has a long track record in Columbus, which increased my confidence that they would be there in the future if I needed them. The crew was excellent and the clean-up was complete. We are awaiting a final inspection.

Each of the people I dealt with from the girl on the phone, the estimator, the crew head, the crew, the supervisor were kind, considerate & not stressed. They worked 12 hour days. These people are honest, caring & considerate. Their warranty is the best I've ever heard of. Call to give the owner a start date, not just a delivery date for the supplies.

This was a pretty large job. I was extremely happy with the work!

Great. They communicated well with us from start to finish. The actual roofers worked very hard and got the entire job done, in about 2 days. The gutter installers listened to my suggestions and reworked our downspout configuration.

They did a good job. Lori, who was the person that I dealt with, wanted to please me and really wanted to make things right. I had questions as to whether she saw some conditions that other roofer had seen and she did see them and we dealt with it from there.

Called the company to get an estimate on replacing roof due to hail damage. They sent out a crew to take measurements, then Kelly came to the house to explain in detail each step of the process. I learned a lot about roofing that day. This helped me when I got other estimates to know what to ask and to make sure everything was included. It took some time to actually get our roof done due to the volume of repairs due to the hail storm. I wanted to wait for warmer weather anyway. They called the day before to bring out the shingles and completed the roof in 1 day and the next morning. They did a good job.

They were wonderful. Everything was done on time. They left the place spotless. I couldn't have been more satisfied.

Their estimator, Laurie, was excellent. Of the several roofers I talked with, this one seemed the best. Once the work began, (after winter weather ended), the roofers worked throughout daylight, and even after sunset. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. My sole disappointment was that this cost $2600 more, than our initial contract, said it would. This was because, my elderly house needed lots of wood replacement. A clause in the contract, did warn that this could happen.

Overall, it went very well. Todd, the salesperson, is very thorough. He took a lot of time to explain the contract and I did not feel pressured. It took about 10 weeks, from the time we mailed our contract, until they could come and do the job. The 8 guys that came to do the job were extremely polite, quiet, and fast. The only problem was, that they did not come with the ridge venting (Cobra II Snow Country), that was stated on my contract and instead were nailing bits of wood under the ridge roll. I know German Village is sometimes finicky, but this was not going to fly. It looked terrible. Luckily, the site manager agreed. They stopped work on it and returned the following work day, with the correct materials and finished the job satisfactorily. Todd came back to my house a week later, to collect the payment. Overall, I think it went well and I feel very confident of the quality of my roof.

We had Muth and Co. replace our roof last summer and then in October the hail storm hit and the insurance company adjuster determined that the entire roofing system needed replacement. As we were very satisfied with the job Muth had done for us last year, we contacted them for an estimate. The estimate was for more than the insurance adjuster had allowed so I authorized Todd at Muth and Co. to discuss the issue with the insurance company representative. The insurance company agreed to the Muth estimate price and the work was scheduled for May. Muth again did an excellent job for us and we are very satisfied with the entire job.

I called Muth because of the high rating in Angie's List. I told Todd Killinger, the Muth representative, that I had been burned with roofers previously and that the only thing I wanted was a good roof. I was not the easiest person to work with because I was being overly careful not to have any problems. The crew came out and did the work, cleaned up and left while I was out of town. There were some issues that I expressed to Todd. These were solved immediately. I have a beautiful roof and couldn't have asked for a more professional attitude from Todd. I would definitely recommend them.

Todd, the salesman, was great. Informative. The crew was polite, clean and professional. Cynthia did a great job of cleaning up all the roofing supplies, and they kept the debris out of the neighbors yard.

Work was to be done while weather was still cool. Work was completed in two days. No debris or litter left on premises. Bad roof sheet board replaced. New roof looks great. Time frame was great. Clean-up was great. All went great!

Excellent sales person. Original work had some mistakes, but the company was extremely responsive to address the matters. Very accommodating and even went above and beyond the terms of the contract.

Everything went very smoothly. They were on time for the appointment, found the problems quickly, gave detailed estimate, performed emergency repairs. The additional was scheduled and performed well.

Muth's estimate tried to sell us items for our roof that were not needed. We asked for an estimate on repairing nail pops and some shingles that were cracked along the gable due to being bent. Muth insisted that we needed much more ridge vent and told us the roof would be damaged if not repaired. I indicated that every single home in the neighborhood looked the same as ours. When getting a second estimate and doing our own research, we found out that the amount of ridge vent originally installed was up to par with code. Adding more would be more aesthetically pleasing, but would not make the roof better, or make it last longer.
