Muth & Company Roofing

Generally well. Excellent initial response but over 2 weeks delay in completing the work.

I really can not say enough wonderful things about this vendor. It was literally one of the best experiences I have ever had in the building industry, Kelly (salesman) was so incredibly detailed and followed through on every detail. I was exceptionally great!

I cannot say enough about my great experience with Muth and Co Roofing. They provided professional itemized paperwork on the replacement they would do on my roof, all necessary information about their company and had a great selection of roofing colors. Kelly Wenger, the representative I dealt with, was always professional, prompt and available to answer questions. The men the company sent took my roof off and replaced it in one day. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!!!! They cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I did not find one waste item left behind. Even the company Muth and Co. Roofing used to collect the old roof were very professional - calling me the day before to be sure of where they could deposit the large metal trash bin. I was quite impressed. I would highly recommend them, and have, to anyone needing roofing repair and replacement. I also found their prices to be comparable to other bids.

I was amazed by this company from start to finish from salesmen to the men that did the work. The estimate was in depth and there were several people out during the work to make sure it was being done properly. Everything was very professional and well done from communication, being prompt, and getting the work done on time.

My experience was very good from the moment I spoke with Todd about the procedure, estimate and to when he followed up with a visit to complete the project. The workers were quick, didn't leave me with a wet house and did an amazing job cleaning up. I did not find any evidence of their work on the ground around my house at all. I am very pleased with the quality of product and how it was installed and would recommend it to anyone. The company was good to keep in touch with me throughout the project and I knew when to expect workers on my roof. And it really looks nice - the texture pattern and color is perfect with my brick home.

I didn't receive a call back until approximately 2 weeks after I made the initial call. The girl did apologize for the delay. I told her we had already hired someone and the work was being completed when she called. Too bad, their loss.

The job went well. It took just over one day, the cost was a bit higher than other roofers, but the materials were of higher quality as well.

This is a wonderful company to work with. They had to keep rescheduling due to weather but would call me weekly with status. I have never had such a wonderful service provider to work with. The entire team that I interacted with was very professional and enjoyable to work with. And....they did a GREAT JOB!!!

They did very well. They were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up everything well and there was very little disruption while they were here.

A representative was out in a timely manner. Inspection was done and the job to fix the roof was scheduled to be completed within two weeks. They exceed expectations by completing the job within days. Every one of the representatives was professional.

In late November Kelly from Muth came out to give us the estimate. He was pleasant and professional. We liked the presentation and chose Muth to do the roof. Because winter was setting in, they were not able to come right away to do the work, but put us on the list as we waited for good weather. That weather came in late January. The Muth crew came and went in less than two days. On the first day, they worked well into dusk, trying to get as much done as possible. Their clean-up was excellent and our new roof looks great. I appreciated that they were punctual and kept me apprised of what was going on during the process. I was very impressed with the whole operation, start to finish, and would hire them again.

This is the best roof job I have ever had.

Todd Killinger came to the house to go over all the details prior to our hiring Muth & Co. He was willing to go over details a second time over the phone. It took us some time to decide on Muth & Co, and though Todd called a few times to check on our decision, there was never any pressure. Once we had given Muth the go ahead, they were able to get to us within two weeks. The work was done quickly with a minimum of mess. The company re-arranged their schedule to be able to meet ours. Todd later came back to check that we were satisfied with the work. They showed us the certificates to prove that their crew was licensed, bonded and insured, and that they carried worker's compensation insurance. This company was a little more expensive than we had planned on, but worth every penny.

They were excellent. They were on time. They were there when they said they would be. They were very polite and professional.

A=Excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better job. The installers did an excellent job, and as I said, did a few extras that I was not expecting to be part of the job. They kept me informed as the job progressed. They took care of the details that were not even part of the specific job. The price of the "leaf solution" product seemed to be high ($10/ft. installed), but it was comparable to other products available that didn't seem quite as well designed. The two installers took care of everything, including several unrelated problems that they found (replacing 2 missing roof shingles that they pointed out to me). Seriously consider Muth for your job and ask for Rob Carroll to do your job.

They did a superb job of removing the topper and gutters and sloping the new gutter. The quality of installation is superb. We had trouble with when they were going to come, it was 3 days later than originally planned. When they got there they did an excellent job. They didn't call us to let us know we had to call them when they didn't show up. It was a communication problem in the office, and there were no problems with the work crew.

We felt that Muth provided a very fair estimate, and worked with us very well to help the insurance company find and document the damage. Once we actually got to the roofers, we had an excellent experience and chose Muth from among several roofing companies. They were very apologetic about the original mix-up, and have been extremely easy to reach and responsive.

They were very professional. I believe they are great roofers and have a competitive price. I went with another company because Muth does only asphalt shingles and I wanted to explore other possibilities (I've ended up with asphalt shingles with another company, in the end). Jeff, the salesman, was right on top of things all the way. It was a difficult decision to go with another company.

They were punctual and cleaned up after they were finish.

Very good experience. Very professional. Explained all the elements that go into a well-constructed roof. We had to special-order the shingles, so the start of the job took a bit longer than expected, but once they arrived to start work, the crew worked very hard and finished in under a week. They cleaned up nicely afterwards and have followed up with multiple inspections to make sure everything is perfect. We have received many compliments from neighbors on the look and quality of the work.

I think the work is very good, but the one thing I asked them not to do was place the dumpster exactly where they put it. The sales representative came out and they moved the dumpster. There was a little snafu when they tore off the garage roof, had I known that I needed to cover the floor I would have because the floor was filthy with nails, sawdust, and pieces of wood. The sales representative came out and personally cleaned up the mess for me. There was not a decisive start time for the work they just said maybe tomorrow, and when I got home from an appt. at 10 they had the roof 1/2 tore off and I didn't have a chance to go through the checklist and make sure they covered bushes, the A/C unit etc., which they did not do. I had some real moments of anger and frustration, overall, I think the work was fine. They did eventually resolve my issues.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work, how quickly they got it done, and how the sales manager presented the information about their products. He spent a lot of time explaining things to me up front. They also spent a lot of time dealing with my insurance claims representative making sure I was getting payment from my insurer for everything that was getting fixed.

They did a very nice job, kept everything clean.
