Wonderfully. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard to get it done on time, and cleaned up afterwards.

The crew was punctual and professional - they did a great job on the roof and cleaned up everything when the job was completed. Kelly the salesperson was very good with status updates and follow-up. I'd recommend them to others.

We had a very good experience with them. They did everything in a quality way. We have a continuing maintenance contract with them and we've use them for several years.

I'm extremely happy with them. It was a complete new roof down to the ribs.They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. I tell ya, the workmen they had working for them never quit working.

Everything from start to finish was top quality. Kelly (salesman) was thorough and not patronizing as he explained each aspect of the estimate. He answered questions, took additional phone calls and followed up each week to see if I had more questions. I appreciated the time he took and all the materials. Though we did not ultimately hire them, it says a lot that their competitors had nothing but praise for the work they do as well.

This firm responded to an immediate request and completed their work on time, despite the weather.

Muth Roofing provided me with before and after photos which detailed the great work that was done. Not only did they replaced the damaged wood and shingles, but proceeded to re-hang and clean my gutters as part of the job. The repairman made sure to inform me of the carpenter ant infestation so that I could address this problem quickly. The process took several hours and all debris was removed. I'm very happy with what was done and will definitely use them for future reference.

Muth provided a timely estimate of repairs and a detailed breakdown of what to expect. They really tried hard to make a sale, but they were respectful and allowed us to make the decision for ourselves. We had other industry professionals review the estimate, and they noted that it was thorough and appeared to be an excellent service at a reasonable price. Work was quick---just one day to complete everything. We had one discrepancy with a gutter after they had finished, but they came out within a couple of weeks to address that problem too. The office staff were friendly and worked well to communicate our needs to the field representatives. We would use Muth again.

I met with the sales agent and he explained in detail the product offered, warranties, etc. The next week, the roof was installed. It was done promptly and efficiently. The supervisor updated me about the roof's progress over the phone. After the work was completed, they thoroughly cleaned up the site. The job was well done, and the company was very professional. I can see why Muth is a highly rated company.

They did what they said they would do. They were done in a day. They cleaned up. There was nothing laying around after they left. They are a little pricey, but we had them do the work. They were cooperative. We noticed there were a couple of additional shingles needed. I talked to the guy during the day. They were amiable to any changes. They came back and shwoed my some pictures of what they did.

They answered quickly, came out to give an estimate, and they were very professional.

They were great, they came out and took their time to explain everything to me and to go over the 'what if' scenarios. When it came time to do the job, they were great. They cleaned up after themselves wonderfully and I didn't have to worry about my dogs running in the back yard after. There was a small issue that wasn't really their fault, but they were great and took care of everything. Their customer service is phenomenal, even when I frustrated. I would recommend them to anyone!

Very well-professional staff, did what they said they would do, quality work

The sales department is SLICK. The scheduling department is non responsive. The work looks excellent. The billing department not very courteous after accepting over $10,000 within 30 days!

I called Muth for an estimate. The person recommended to me by a friend did call me back promptly, but there were delays in receiving the actual estimate. It took over a week to get an estimate. The sales person insisted on a face to face meeting vs. sending me an estimate via email. I took off work to meet with him, but he forgot the appointment. He was apologetic and then emailed me the estimate. Overall, the experience wasn't great, but I do feel this is a reputable company and perhaps my experience was atypical. I would consider contacting them again in the future and giving them another chance.

Vent piping was replaced and reattached but crew forgot to re-attach gutter downspout. Called and they came back right away to re-attach gutter downspout.

I think they're a very good company, there were a couple of delays and things, but they seem like a very good company. The responsiveness was the biggest problem with them. They were difficult to work with, and then they were late on getting things back, and missed appointments.

They were very kind, professional and customer oriented.

Once work began they stayed on top of all work to be done, including coming back out to fix something the foreman wanted done better. Estimator even installed sealant and adjusted boot cap, a temporary fix to hold us over until actual work could begin. All staff were very professional and courteous.

I've used Muth for 3 repairs on my roof over the last 2 years (storm damage each time) and they have been stellar. Competitively priced, professional and thorough. Today, they came out to give me an estimate to replace some shingles that blew off last week. The guy climbed up on the roof, took photos with his iPad, and showed me the photos so I could see exactly what happened. His estimate was the least expensive and he offered to nail the shingles back up that I found in the yard as a temporary fix (for free) until they could get new shingles here and fix it permanently in a couple of days. Then he told me that for only $25 more, I could get a full roof inspection, gutters cleaned, re-seal all flashings, re-nail gutter spikes, etc. Even with the extra $25, it was STILL less than other estimates. 5 minutes after he left, I had a copy of the contract I signed on his iPad along with more photos and a service description in my inbox. I frankly don't have high expectations for customer service from a roofing company, but Muth has consistently surprised me with how good they are.

This is an update to the review I posted on 3/11/2017. On 3/12, at approximately 10:00pm, the company sent an email, with photographs of my roof. They evidently came at some point. My lower grade was due to their failure to leave anything that indicated that they came, or when they came. It was also based on their failure to follow up with me in the time frame promised. Based upon their eventual follow-up, I changed the rating from an "F" to a "D". Since we never discussed the work, as I did with other contractors, I can't accurately compare their price to the proposals I received from others. It was lower, but it did not appear to cover replacement of shingles not depicted in the photographs, and that is why I gave that category an N/A.

I was very happy with Muth. I asked them for an inspection since several of my neighbors were getting new roofs. I did need a new roof. Muth came out for an estimate and was excellent at explaining my choices and answering my questions. It was late fall, so their waiting list and the weather delayed the start of the work for a couple of months. But since I was not in a rush, this was not a problem. As soon as weather allowed, they came out. The job took 2 days to complete. At the end of each day, they did a great job cleaning up. They then needed to do the last bit of work and inspections for which I needed to be at home. They were great working around my schedule (coming over early morning before I left for work). It was a good thing I had the work done as they found there was a leak in my old roof. The warranty looks great too. Hope I don't have to use it, but good to know it's there.

They were fine as far as I know. They seemed efficient, very timely and very polite. They finished the job in a couple of hours. I checked other companies before I hired them. I was impressed with the worker that I spoke with.

The only problem we had was the siding on the gable has not stayed in place. And they've been out once and they have repaired it and its falling off again. (Pricing) They weren't the most expensive but they weren't the cheapest either. (Quality) The product seems to be okay.

Muth Roofing responded to my request for an estimate within 24 hours. I requested the estimate online through their website. The customer service was excellent and friendly. She scheduled the estimator to arrive within 3 days to inspect a leak on my roof. He was very friendly and went onto the roof and found the problem immediately. An asphalt shingle had a small hole in it and he took a photo of it while he was on the roof. We both went into the attic to verify the leak area and to see the roof boards that were rotted. There was an area about 2' X 3' that needed to be cut out and replaced with new wood (composite board). He calculated the estimate and emailed it to me within 10 minutes of coming down from the roof. My roof is 10 years old and I was worried about being pressured into a new roof but that was never mentioned. In fact he said I could get another 15 years out of it. There was no pressure to do any other work than what was needed to be done. He scheduled the repair and said their jobs were currently running about 3 to 4 weeks out. Muth communicated with me during the planning process and they actually got to the repair a little sooner than expected (within 2 weeks). The repair patch is almost completely un-noticable. You really have to look closely to even see where they patched it. The same style of shingle was used and with a little weathering it will blend perfectly. The repair was done by 2 men, it took about 2 hours to complete, and they cleaned up the debris after they finished. I am very happy with the service Muth provided from start to finish. Although we haven't had a heavy rain yet to test the repair, I was assured that if there was a problem they would take care of it. I will definitely call on Muth for any future repairs or roof replacement. I will also recommend them to my neighbors and HOA community. Thank you, Muth!! :-)
