Muth & Company replaced a portion of my gutter that had been disconnected by a landscaper. The original gutter always overflowed with ice each winter so a larger gutter was recommended and installed. It looks and functions great and both workers were nice and efficient in freezing temps. The only issue was getting the job completed within the promised 2 week time frame. It took 3 weeks before I received a call then I wasn't able to be available for another 2 weeks. I've used this company in the past and they work hard to please the customer. Clean up is a priority with them as well.

They did an excellent job! Lee spoke with me before beginning the work and also took pictures to show me the gutters. Set up a maintenance agreement regarding work for the year.

They identified a possible cause of the leak. They caulked the suspected spot and said to call back if the problem came back.

Came with me into attic, I showed him where the water was coming in. Climbed onto roof to inspect exterior & found likely problem. Crew came as promised and used paint provided to blend in - had asked whether I had matching paint, tho' they would have tried matching it.|Staff friendly when I brought in rest of payment, explaining I had been out of town & had to make them wait a few days. Definitely would use again & recommend.

Called them from the great reviews on Angies List about a small wet spot on my ceiling just above the joint of a bay window. Carl came out the next day and inspected the caulking and flashing around the window. He recaulked and pounded down the flashing. He suggested a complete roof inspection due to the age of the roof and also some areas he photographed showing some wear. I agreed to a one time roof inspection which was scheduled within days. Totally satisfied with the job. Received a complete report with photos within hours after their inspection and gutter cleaning. There was nothing to do at this point only a couple of areas to watch. Will certainly use them when necessary. Very efficient and professional

I made arrangements to leave work and meet them for an estimate. They arrived and took measurements and offered ideas for replacing my chimney trim boards. I was told the estimate would be sent to my e-mail. The worker called and gave me an estimate on part of the work discussed. When I made it clear that I needed the additional work too he told me that his boss "did not want to mess with it. " ( The chimney trim ) I said "well your a roofing company aren't you?" and he said "that's right a roofing company". I feel he was quick to offer to replace my facia boards and gutter, but would not replace the trim boards on my chimney because he was strickly a roofing company was unreasonable after they both men had told me it would not be a problem.

Jeremy was great. He took pictures of what was wrong, talked about it, and got the work done. They were professional, clean. They made me feel very good as they did their work like they were doing a professional job.

We called Muth & Co. Roofing because we had a leak over our front door. Bruce came out; up on roof and into attic space. He determined that our leak was not from the roof but the stucco area and "bird box" where the two roof lines meet on the house. He suggested having a stucco person fix the problem. After having been on the roof and into the attic space, we were on the driveway talking and he spotted something. Back on the roof, he was able to completely lift the ridge vent in the air a few feet. Whoa - not nailed down with 3" nails as it should be and the plywood was not cut to completely vent the roof properly. He showed us pictures. We received a bid to complete the work as promised the next day. After5 agreeing to the proposal and remitting half of the cost as a deposit, we were called to schedule the work. the workers arrived on the day a promised and completed the work efficiently. It took about a half day or so. We again received pictures by email of the completed work along with our paid invoice. We are very happy with the work and would recommend this company.

It was excellent. It’s been several years now and haven’t had any issues with it since then. After my experience with the inspection, I used them again for roof repair. So I used them again since the Big Deal because of the quality of their work. They came out a month after I bought the deal. I like the quality of their work.

Muth Roofing did their usual fabulous job. No more leaks on our top floor ... and that's the most important part, but we also appreciate how easy it is to work with this company. The estimator took photos of the problem causing the leak so I could see exactly what needed to be done. They called ahead when the roofer was on his way out, he worked slowly and methodically. There were no nails on our driveway afterwards (unlike when our neighbors had their roof redone). There might be cheaper roofing companies out there, but none are better!

Had a complete roof installed by Muth & Company. Everything went very smoothly and as expected. They did a great job covering up plants and things around the perimeter of the house. Excellent job cleaning up afterwards. Jeremy was a pleasure to deal with and explained the process very well. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. The new roof looks great. Muth arrived on the date scheduled and went right to work. 2 men worked together to repair the leak around the chimney flashing. What I especially liked (and why I chose Muth Roofing) were the before and after photos. They clearly showed the damage and the repair. The workers were polite and professional. Muth also has an excellent website. I was able to quickly view the estimate, photos, and return it to them. 1/2 down and balance on completion seemed a good way to do business! From the first contact with Muth to the completion of the project, every person we had interaction with and every action that took place can be summed up with one word, "Professionalism". Our first meeting with Muth was with Kelly, their sales manager. Kelly is very easy to talk with, is knowledgeable in roofing technology and the product solutions they offer. Kelly's knowledge, coupled with their sales collateral, product samples and brochures, took the stress out of the decision making process. We selected GAF's Lifetime Roofing System. The warranty covers the roofing system, not just the shingles. The new roof looks wonderful. After the job was completed an inspector from Muth came by and did an inspection of the roof and of the grounds around the house. Muth is very professional. I would use them again and I recommend them. They did not fasten a strip to the downspout after the repair was completed, but that is a minuscule nit pick. They came out in a timely manner to give me a quote. They gave me a competitive quote. I agreed to it via email. The work was scheduled within two weeks. They phoned me when they were available to perform the work. I did not have to take off of work for them to perform the work and we settled up via credit card. Easy to work with, very responsive, hassle free. Good experience.
