When Jeremy came to do the original estimate, he was very prompt. He was very professional, knowledgable, friendly, courteous. I appreciated getting the photos he took that showed the appearance of the gutters from above. They were good about calling to let us know when they were coming to do the work. When it rained, they let us know promptly that they wouldn't be able to come and do the work as scheduled. We did have some trouble getting the company to come to do the work, but part of that was our fault; we were hoping to get them to replace some other wood trim as well, and since they are a roofing company, they were uncertain about their expertise in that area. They said they would look into the cost and availability. In the meantime we got a lot of rain, which delayed things further. In the end we decided to look elsewhere for the additional wood trim replacement, and asked them just to go ahead with the original proposal. They came over two days, did a very thorough job, fixed an area on the porch that I had a lot of concerns with, fixed the problems we were having with the gutter there so it no longer leaks when it rains, and improved the ventilation for the roof with the new soffit venting. The wrapping looks good and will be great for us, because we are getting too old to get up so high on ladders to paint. We are very satisfied.

They did very well. I think they did a very good job and they were on time with everything. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They were great. They used excellent products and the service was excellent. They were timely because they came the day after the storm and put some tarp on it. I had to have someone tarp the hole in the roof before the rain and all that. They deducted that cost off the final contract. What stood out about them is their customer service. They kept me informed all along the way and they handled everything with the insurance company so they provided me with all the documentation I needed and this made this whole double process a lot less frustrating. They weren't the cheapest but the quality was good.

It took a couple weeks to be scheduled, but once we were, the job was completed really fast. They did a fabulous job. They came while we were at work and the job was finished by the time we got home. We found no evidence of any mess and very few plants were injured by the ladders. (Most of the backyard is a garden so it would be difficult to avoid them.) They sent us before, during and after pictures. They didn't try and sell us a new roof. They said our roof was in good shape and they wouldn't propose a repair if they thought it needed replacing. We definitely will use them again next time we need a roofing job!

I just had them again because, I had a leaked in the roof and the water is coming down the basement. They redid everything but its not the roof. They took pictures and they said they resealed it and showed me the pictures and said that, "you're okay", and I still have leak after that and found out later that it was something else. But, they were great. I was satisfied with their service.

Called to make appt to have roof inspected for possible leak due to mold in bathroom. Initial response was within a few days. Called before he came. Received estimate next day or two. But after that, we emailed and called multiple times. One time they did call back and left a message, but the number they left went unanswered and with no voice mail. Spoke to the office again and got some details, but asked again to speak to the tech. They said they would have him call. Never heard, so emailed once more to the email address the estimate had for from, but still no response. We were ready to schedule the work, but since we couldn't get a call, we tried other companies for estimates. 13 days after our last attempt to reach Muth, they called and left a message. We've already had another company come out. While the initial experience was good, their poor follow through cost them out business.

I asked Muth & Company to check my home to see if gutter back-up is causing mold problem in/near my familly room . The appointment was scheduled promptly. Heather, who handled my call, was very pleasant. Matt arrived on time. In checking my home's roof, gutters, etc - Matt advised that gutters needed cleaned and/or replaced, & probably new roof (likely the new shingles were installed atop old shingles - so not really "new roof", as claimed when I bought the home 10 years ago), new plywood sheeting (current practice is thicker plywood), rework flashing around chimney,and definitely need chimney repair. (Chinks in the chimney mortar & how the flashing is installed around the chimney are causing water to seep into my chimney, fireplace, & ash-pit, and causing very uncomfortable physical symptoms). Matt's on-site approximate estimate for needed repairs was ~ $10,000. I received a call about 3 days after the inspection to review the estimate on my home's needed repair. I have not yet connected with Matt (as of 4/30/14) to review the estimate (due to my schedule, not Muth's). I was told I would receive estimate via email, but have not yet. I noticed, after Matt's visit, that several downspouts were not connected - really disappointed that Matt did not point out those as possible source of moisture (or other) problems.

After the initial quote, I provided a 50% downpayment and was put on the schedule. They were out within about a week to complete the repairs. The shingles matched perfectly (I had been a little worried about that) and all the flashing was updated and the trouble areas fully sealed. Though they had to grind down the stucco, the repair looked perfect. I was extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. Highly recommended.

They did an excellent job. They basically took care of what I needed them to do. The price is also excellent.

We were pleased with the price. When the weather finally cooperated, they finished the job in one day. They cleaned up after themselves. They are excellent and I highly recommend them.

Provider came out, quoted us a price to replace shingles and add flashing to repair leak. After receiving the go ahead, he set a date and time. His roofers arrived on time, were professional, completed the work, cleaned up and gone in the time frame quoted. Roof no longer leaks and looks good. Very pleased with the service provided.

They did a good job. The guy who came out to do the estimate was friendly, professional and answered all our questions. When I called the company with additional questions he always called back. After the roof was installed I had more questions and they were still available. Overall they did a very good job.

They came out and they looked in the attic. They gave us suggestions for different things. They wanted to put a hole in our roof for an exhaust of some kind and because of this we didn't use them because I was opposed to putting a hole in the roof. They would not install the insulation unless they could install the vent in the roof. They did check everything but I was disappointed that I wasn't able to have anything else done. They spent quite a bit of time checking the insulation and one hand, it was money well spent as they did explain what was going on up there. However, on the other hand, I didn't end up having any work done.

Everything turned out really well. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful when answering our questions, and the installation crew seems to have done a great job as well.

They are always a joy to work with and I highly recommend them. PS. This was the only roofer that did not try to talk me into replacing my entire roof or to tell my insurer that the damage was caused by a tornado.

The amount included an emergency charge of $175. They came out a little later than I thought, but it was still the same morning. From what I could tell, their work was excellent. The person who first contacted me was very professional. They sent me a copy of the invoice to my email address and gave me a $25 Angie's List discount which normally doesn't apply to emergency calls.

They were excellent. They showed up on time and got the job done in the time frame. I havent had any problems. I would recommend them to anyone.

Office staff were very prompt in scheduling the inspection and repair work, in spite of several occasions of snow that required rescheduling. The work crew arrived on time. When they found the roof still snow-covered, they swept off the snow as much as possible and returned later in the day, after the sun had melted the rest, and completed the job. Everyone, from the office staff to the estimator to the work crew, was very helpful, communicative, and pleasant. Of course, the real test of their work will be when we get heavy rain again. However, based on this experience, I anticipate they would be responsive and helpful if the problem should recur. Their work has a one-year guarantee.

I had ice back up into my roof vents on Friday evening before I was supposed close on the sale of my home on Monday. I had no idea why water was coming in and no way to stop it. Muth had a team on my roof the next day (not safe after dark). They saved the day.

It took a while to get back due to the awful weather, but they did call regularly to tell me they had not forgotten me.

It went well. I have to go back and look at exactly what the deal was because I think when I bought it I thought it was something different but it did help me point out a few things but I thought there was something about adding more installation and things and there really wasn’t. They did energy efficiency auditing. They came out and did the inspection and that was helpful because there was a problem with the way the house was built that they didn’t put a dry wall where they should have so like in the attic they should dried walled the other side it made just pop up drywall instead of actually putting it there so it wasn’t even there. There actually two men that came out and that was impressive that they both came out and they were going to do it and they gave me estimates on stuff but nothing really needed done so we didn’t follow up with it. I didn’t use it the winter it was definitely when it was warm but I have no idea. They were good. For the price, I think it’s an “A” I was really impress that two gentleman came out that knew what they were doing and they were a little older, middle age but its impressive that two people came out and taking turns like one is talking with me while the other one was looking and they ended and gave an estimate on all the work but they would possibly recommend. They were very upfront what actually was necessary versus what could be done on or wasn’t. Like I said they pointed out the other problem that I wasn’t unaware of taking an extra look above the garage. I definitely will use them again if necessary and recommend them.

They were excellent. They found that the weather was bad, and so they kept following up with us about when they could come out and do the work. They took pictures when they provided us with the inspection report. They were thorough and did a good job.

It was very good. They did what they were suppose to do and let me know of other things that needed to be done. They hire Veterans-which is outstanding!
